What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with Chrome and our CRM. A wide variety of filters and certified companies by ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
When exporting companies into our CRM, I am only able to push 25 at a time. I would like to see a minimum 50.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can increase prospect levels, trusting ZoomInfo's data. Too early to tell but I believe we are going to see higher SALs.
ZoomInfo helps me to look for Company's information for prospecting purposes

I like ZoomInfo in managing the feeds on G2

One of the thing i dislike is that some companies has no contact number

The benefits that i have realized was the help i get in getting information for prospecting my clients

I like the new interface. ZoomInfo provides me the correct contact information of the company I am looking.

Zoominfo has always been a part of my pre-call planning. It helps me dial the correct contact. Question not applicable

Dialing the correct contact is the top challenge any salesperson has; this tool makes my prospecting task easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can find all the information I need on an account or lead all in one place, also the integrated widget makes it so easy to use at all times!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more updates on lead information ... for example, if someone has left the company. But overall, I am thrilled with zoom!

I can find the information I could not access anywhere else, for example, personal emails and phone numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to dive deeper into your research, then this platform is what you need. It made it much quicker for me to find the appropriate and accurate information I need! I was able to find information that I was unable to find on any other platform. Zoom makes it easy to link with your current CRM platform as well!

Info is very accurate, there are hundreds of thousands of companies with contact info of the person in charge of what I need.

I dont have much complain being completly honest.

Most integrated sales engagement platform that I've used.
It is easy to use, manage documents, attachments and also to track those attachments.
Works wonderfully with salesforce and outlook.
Activity icons on the main page show people's engagement with your emails, providing you a snapshot view of your leads.

Editing a template can be a little tricky sometimes.

Sometimes the email setting for a plan doesn't work as expected.

I have noticed some of the contacts that I have been trying to locate were not in Zoominfo

The interface of Zoominfo is easy to use and everything is mentioned and explained in blocks and bits, allowing users to under the role of each function.

The count of the leads while exporting it changes automatically. Also sometimes the leads are without a source.

Scooping information on New hires, the benefit with ZoomInfo is it helps me get those leads all in one place and save my time and resources
