Excellent Resource
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is easy to use and contains the data we need.

Some features are not as intuitive as they could be.

We are using DiscoverOrg to find qualified leads. We have had great success thus far.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact you can search for contacts that work for a company is brilliant, it means you have warm leads that you haven't had to go out and search for yourself. The hierarchy tree is a very good feature too.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I am based in the UK there is sometimes a lack of contacts in the Education, NHS and Government sectors. Sometimes contacts are not up to date too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role is based on finding prospects and creating new business, DiscoverOrg helps me with this.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg provides info which is not available online like, direct numbers, annual revenue org chart. Another important business insights are scoops which are available helps in reaching the prospect at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of companies available is less, not all contacts have direct numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg helps me and our team be well preapred before prospect reachout. Insights of the prospect helps us to understand about the prospect and his company.

I prefer the export data functions as well as the daily insights into company changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there are often incorrect persons listed despite being 'checked'. In these instances, it would have been faster to search online rather than via this method; these are far and few between.

Mass insights. Both realised and actual.

I use a search engine and a social media site to aggregate most of my insights. DiscoverOrg has an exceptional product that enables me to fill in some gaps and gain insights not listed on the work-based social media site.

Account Intelligence, Org chart and accuracy of the contact details provided

Locked contents for CXO levels and most of the email id's seems to be missing for some of the specific accounts

Finding right decision makers and reaching out to them to increase sales funnel and add new logos from Net New accounts.

Highly recommended for sales and marketing departments to build their database of the right contacts and increase sales funnel

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have the ability to locate people who fits my search criteria which then helps me improve my sales goals. I also like that the database is large, growing, and constantly improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be inaccurate in it's descriptions of a person, meaning titles can be a bit ambiguous at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the business problems we are solving are finding good prospects and leads that match our search criteria. This definitely helps with the speed of the overall sales qualification and cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how DiscoverOrg integrates with Salesforce so seamlessly and updates account or contact records on a nightly basis, this keeps our accounts updated and helps us figure out our prospect's org charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data will often contradict other prospecting tools, and occasionally the org charts are old and inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my account database up to date and cleaning up our duplicates. We also us the company info to organize reporting by annual revenue and industries.

Do your homework! The recent acquisition/merger with similar company will make this service unstoppable.
Great Data, Clunky Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the data is by far the best I've ever had. DiscoverOrg guarantees at least 95% accuracy, and there is no reason to doubt it. When errors are reported, they are followed up and reported back on. Client service is exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is rather clunky. It loads slowly, and could be designed better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use DiscoverOrg for prospecting and lead generation. We haven't seen tangible results so far, but that is because of the nature of the prospects we are trying to reach, not any fault of the platform.

my biggest dislike was the feeling that it was hard using DORG for outbound research on 3rd party platforms. I like ZoomInfo better for finding contact info but since they bought ZoomInfo that doesn't matter
