What do you like best about the product?
Most integrated sales engagement platform that I've used.
It is easy to use, manage documents, attachments and also to track those attachments.
Works wonderfully with salesforce and outlook.
Activity icons on the main page show people's engagement with your emails, providing you a snapshot view of your leads.
Voice messages can be pre-recorded.
Word Docs, PDFs and URLs can be easily added to the templates.

What do you dislike about the product?
Editing a template can be a little tricky sometimes.
Recipient activity leads to notification floods sometimes.
Sometimes the email setting for a plan doesn't work as expected.
Ui needs some improvements.

The accuracy of the data is excellent. It appears to be updated often

I have noticed some of the contacts that I have been trying to locate were not in Zoominfo

The interface of Zoominfo is easy to use and everything is mentioned and explained in blocks and bits, allowing users to under the role of each function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The count of the leads while exporting it changes automatically. Also sometimes the leads are without a source.

Scooping information on New hires, the benefit with ZoomInfo is it helps me get those leads all in one place and save my time and resources

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy and depth of the data are superb. I reviewed competitors to ZoomInfo and the ZoomInfo platform stands head and shoulders above their competition based on the amount of data available.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo's platform can be a bit glitchy. At least twice a day, I find myself needing to refresh or log out of my account due to ZoomInfo pages freezing up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting in touch with decision-makers that I likely would not have reached had it not been for ZoomInfo. This has directly impacted my book of business positively.

I can find the contact details of literally anyone in the world and create lists of companies/executives that help in my outreach and makes my work much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have issues with slowness or can't find exactly what I'm looking for.

My email outreach has been great, sending multiple emails to clients about our services/offers. Benefits are great as sometimes 1 client response can generate my business and commisisons.

Some contacts can be outdated and inaccurate

Tough to find contacts and hard to find people to reach out to leads and make first contact.

Utilize all tools made available
Fabulous resource if you are in sales or recruiting
What do you like best about the product?
Access to people's phone numbers, email addresses and title. Not always accurate but in general its mostly, maybe 90% accurate information. And what other resource will give you this valuable information? I love ZoomInfo. You can narrow down your search with so many different factors. Size of company, revenue, industry, # of employees. I would be lost in my job if I didn't have access to ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to export to an Excel file I think you are limited in terms of the amount of information you can download.

Access to people's names, titles and contact information by company.
If you have the budget - worth the price!

The signals are useful for finding interested buyers. I wasn't able to convert any but it helps limit your outreach to interested buyers.

Without proper training, the software can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing prospects and being able to connect with them to build a pipeline quickly. BUsiness development work becomes a lot more efficient!
