Zoominfo is an easy way to gain intelligence into organizations

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo gives me The ability to link my salesforce to it and upload contacts to start prospecting right away. It is easy to get lists of people and understand the hierarchy of organizations quickly to understand who is the best person to reach out at said organization. It is easy to show how big organizations are and see what technologies are being used. Gaining access to cell phone numbers is another key to my success when using the tool, with people not being in the office anymore, the cell phone is a main key driver for my success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one main thing is finding out someone doesn't work at the company anymore when they are on the zoominfo webpage. I have made a few calls into organizations, and the people haven't worked there in some time. Sometimes I get confused when trying to find companies as well. We had some sessions with our CSM which really helped understand some of the interworkings of the tool, but before that I was a little lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales intelligence and Prospecting is the key to what I'm doing at this point with ZoomInfo. The technology used is also a significant aspect of the tool that I very much enjoy. I can see which accounts are using my competitors to target better what is going on. I have been able to generate very targeted lists to help with my prospectings and generate meetings in this way.

Getting into accounts via ZOOM Info is great. I am cutting research time

What do you like best about the product?
I have been actively using ZoomInfo for three years now - I like the accessibility of information and how you can narrow down your search based on location, department, job title, etc. It has made my cold calling so much easier and so much more accurate—less wasted time on unsuccessful prospecting and dealing with gate keepers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they don't have all the correct information. Also, dislike the limited exports and having to pay more $ For more exports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time but having direct contact info all in one place. Cuts down on prospecting time.

What do you like best about the product?
pretty accurate DM information. I really enjoy the interface.

cell phones are sometimes wrong and connect to the wrong people

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of available contacts with complete information is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough business emails. Inability to use tags across users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had started a new software business with zero contacts and needed a quick way to reach out to as many people as possible. We have already scheduled and signed up multiple clients from ZoomInfo's database.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Zoominfo is to use. I use it every day to find names, addresses, and contacts. I also love using Zoomintent!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I can complain about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One major problem that Zoominfo has solved for me is the ability to find updates contacts

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to gain access to cell numbers quickly. The Salesforce integration is fantastic and the chrome extension is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Under advanced search, the text box for companies moves when you click on it creating an additional click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing people via cell phones is extremely helpful while many people are working from home. Sales are really tough when you cannot get people on the phone. Zoominfo breaks down this wall.

What do you like best about the product?
The Chrome Extension is a very fast and useful tool that is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The home page or dashboard seems a little busy to me. I would like to see a streamlined UI for the main interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The information that I am able to gather on businesses within the target market/vertical that my organization is focused on is extremely useful. From contacts to company news, especially size and financial info, is very valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of time it saves me and the accuracy of the data. Exporting contacts very clean, easy and helps establish gaurdrails, rules of engagement and clear account ownership in salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The titles of the contacts are not always up to date, wish this was more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get phone numbers to reach prospects which is the most valuable thing in sales in my opinion. You are able to find contacts in an extremely fast method with a seamless transition to your CRM. I have used this tool, then been unable to use it for 2 months, then went back to it and i have never experienced such a lag in productivity during the time we lost it. If you have this product, then lose it -- there will be pain.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the tool for high output, enterprise sales. If you're enterprise team can afford this tool and isn't using it -- CORRECT THAT. This is the cadillac and an absolute must have. The recent acquisition of Chorus.ai proves their commitment to continued innovation in this space they are leading.
