What do you like best about the product?
Offers easy to use and provides customer contact with 80-90% accuracy. It was easy to search. I really liked the ability to look at org charts,
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo needs to update their database more frequently as a person who has been in a company for months does not show up on Zoominfo in that company rather the previous one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the additional browser extension, which allows you to search for contacts in real-time on whatever internet page you are on.
I always recommend Zoominfo. Even more so after events of 2020
What do you like best about the product?
Cell phone numbers. In today's pandemic climate it's almost impossible (getting better slowly) to reach prospects without cell phone numbers. Zoominfo has the most complete database of mobile numbers for professionals that I've found. There are lots of systems that will integrate with your salesforce or allow you to advance search a large number of prospects but Zoominfo has the most mobiles I can find. I have advocated for Zoominfo at two startups and advocated for upgrading the service at another.

They don't need to discount very much because it's in demand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently the #1 problem was that everyone was working at home so company numbers were worthless. Now it's better but mobiles are still the best way to reach your prospect. So I find what companies I want to call based on buying signals then get contacts and mobile numbers from Zoominfo.
The data is accurate. usability and integrations are super friendly! Best program I've used!

How accurate the data is and the integrations with SalesForce - as well as my list's are updating in the background!
I use Zoominfo at least 3-10 times a day, and it gives me information such as financials, locations, and employee count, as well as the decision makers info. This is useful in my conversations with prospects as it shows that I have done my research and makes them feel like I know a lot.

What do you dislike about the product?
I actually can't think of any! It's been a game-changer. There are some permissions that I think my employer needs to set up (intent signals), but I think that is being used by the marketing team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed more accurate data; I had been using a competitor in the past that cost less money, but oh my gosh, was the data TERRIBLE. With the accuracy of Zoominfo, I reduced the amount of time spent calling wrong numbers, getting the wrong contacts, etc. Zoominfo has helped me get the right people quicker, and it's been fantastic. We had been using Seamless, and even with some complaints to their customer service team, they did not improve their data.
Because of Zoominfo, I can reach the people I want to reach via email, cell, direct line. I am able to get a good picture as to what their organization looks like so I can refer to those things in conversation and people so far really appreciate that.

ZoomInfo is an excellent tool for learning about new businesses to target and doing lead generation, The database provides plenty of useful information, a high level of overview of companies allows for a quick study and Mobile no. is one of the best feature.

Wholesome Database for Prospecting!
What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo for the incredible and wholesome database that it has. I am able to get a lot of helpful information such as names, email addresses, countries, verticals, industries, job titles, contact numbers etc from ZoomInfo. This is very useful for prospecting purposes, as I am able to quickly browse through all these details, filter them before importing them into my own Customer Relationship Management (CRM) such as Saleforce. The CRM integration also makes it extremely useful as I am able to track my conversations with these prospects. After importing to my CRM, I am also able to go an extra step to import these data into a sales automation tool like SalesLoft which is very useful in helping me to automate my email campaigns to prospects and land an initial meeting. Overall a solid database which I wish I got to know about it earlier in my sales journey!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike ZoomInfo for its inaccuracy. There are quite a number of contacts and details that are missing or inaccurate. I wish ZoomInfo is able to take extra steps to constantly update these data from time to time so that we are actually reaching out to real mailboxes. Additionally, also, I'm not too fond of the filters, the filtes can be a little more granular so that we are able to slice and dice the information further to get more accurate results for prospects. Moreover, I am hoping we are able to get a "Select All" button to allow us, users to select all the prospects at one go instead of having to choose a maximum of 10 prospects at one go. This would save us a lot of time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to solve the problem of not being able to get email addresses and contact details of decision-makers (DM) of prospects that we would like to reach out to. ZoomInfo's extensive database and information allow me to quickly get hold of all these useful data and information, which I can filter and then send out cold emails to get a response for a meeting. This is something very crucial and is bread and butter for all sales reps like myself. Hence, I really like ZoomInfo for its far-reaching data and information that cuts across numerous industries, sectors, etc

Zoominfo is easy and intuitive to use, great tool for ABM and prospecting!

Org charts should be by areas to make it easier to use.

Targeting the right contacts and personas in the different organizations, augment data and get more customers for the marketing campaigns that are aligned with the established target.
The best platform for finding contact information
What do you like best about the product?
The correct contact information. I found that Zoominfo contact information was right the majority of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything I dislike. It's a really easy platform to use on the desktop, The google chrome plugin and the mobile app. All work really well.

It's really helped me update my CRM with correct contact information.

Zoominfo has been extraordinary at the complete and correct contact inform it provides. I love the google plugin allowing it to work seamlessly with LinkedIn. Really great at correcting our CRM contact information.
A very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can search for companies who are seeking what I am selling and that I can get the ideal contact for my marketing campaigns and use that across LinkedIn and other social platforms to get my brand out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had an unlimited plan. That would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving finding people who are looking for the platform I am selling. I am getting more attendance to our webinars and getting more responses from our sequenced email campaings.
