What do you like best about the product?
I really like how DiscoverOrg verifies its contact information every other week. For instance, it will say "contact information verified on 11/12". This gives me confidence when I reach out to prospects via email/phone, because I know that there is a higher chance that their contact information is correct and it is likely that they will see my email or hear my voicemail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like how some people's contact information is screened. When I am prospecting C-suites within a company, a lot of their information is blurred out with their contact information. This can be frustrating at times when the content is locked. Also, the org charts sometimes don't have a lot of information. They will only have 1-2 people at a company showing in the org chart, which isn't too helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am bridging the gap of finding prospect's contact information in order to reach out to engage with them and create awareness for our SaaS platform. I am helping our company find the right contact's with the verified contact information on DiscoverOrg. With this, I am able to create high-level business conversations to help our company get in contact with the economic buyer. This allows us to have deeper value conversations with the right prospect about our platform. In return, this largely helps the prospect become more successful within their company by seeing the value of our product and implementing our SaaS platform.

It's a nice tool to have.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool to find contact information for contacts at target accounts. I also like the new Newsfeed feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say ZoomInfo is helpful about 70% of the time. There are a number of contacts with only a phone number, or only an email. I also run into contacts who are no longer at a given company, so it's good to cross-reference with LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup, we're working to ramp up our marketing efforts. While it would be great to have a pure inbound lead flow, outbound if vital to the success of our business. ZoomInfo makes it a lot easier to build out contacts in target accounts so we can spend more time working to engage with people and less time hunting for contact info.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very helpful tool, I just wish the data was refreshed more often, and a bit more complete

What do you like best about the product?
The information that you get thru this website is absolutely amazing. It is truly a one stop shop for all the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything that I dislike. This website has been everything advertised.

Cuts down on the research for a company and the contact.

What do you like best about the product?
The contact information is great and easy to use. Scheduled notifications are wonderful, and good way to keep up with account activity!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a challenge to search and find the information you're looking for. It's a powerful application, so it can take some time to learn all the intricacies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to get better data on our leads and lead generation. We've gotten better information to make better decisions now.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is our current standard for verifying a contact's information for outreach and prospecting needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
A LOT of data found in ZoomInfo is outdated, but this is easily bypassed by our current prospecting practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comprehensive prospecting database when looking for customers by industry and location.

Don't take this information as your only source of truth. Fact check against other prospecting methods.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are many mid-market and smaller companies details. Also like the interface/layout of the software it is very easy to use.

I like how the search automatically breaks up search words into different keywords automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many old contacts are still listed, people who've left the company, old numbers etc...

Why can I not make a suggestion if I have the correct info?

I find myself cross referencing with linkedin every search to make sure I'm reaching out to the correct person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a lot of time searching for the correct person to speak with.
Huge benefit's in mapping orgs quickly and finding the right dm. I save hours a week using zoominfo and it seems to be a much better product than it's competitors, at least for our market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use and powerful, and now that data.com is sunsetting this is a great database for saving your team time.

Zoom 2.0 is the update I needed

What do you like best about the product?
I love the look of the site with the switch to 2.0 and how easy it is to navigate. Zoom has always been easy to use and pretty intuitive even when I couldn't find something but something about the switch to this new format has made that easier than ever. It has a clean look and the easily collapsible search fields are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes the data isn't the most up to date. I understand how hard it must be to keep millions of contacts up to date so I can't say it's a big detractor of using the site. I've found that Zoom has the most up to date info just a few months after I've found out about a change with one of my main contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me find the best contacts and leads within a health system, hospital, or medical group. Not only can I target specific departments, but I can also focus on different titles. Having different strategies has lead to success in my role and a constant source of new leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a tool to help supplement your current process of developing leads, this is it. It has so many other features as well with videos for how to use some of the features based on your role within your company. The tools they give you to make the most of the product really help enhance your experience and give you no reason to not utilize it to the best of your ability.

Great for increasing efficiency in outbounding

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to fire through a call list and make notes as you go is incredibly useful in terms of making the most of your time. Being able to schedule and automate emails is also great. The integration with Salesforce really makes this product excellent. Salesflows also provide a strong capability to have multiple campaigns running without having to have constant input from the user. The interface is well made, and there are rarely any issues with pulling contacts from salesforce into the Tellwise UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes difficulties with the connection between Salesforce and Tellwise, but it can usually be remedied by refreshing the systems. There can also be a delay between activities and when it is updated in Salesforce. Sometimes contact lists will fail to populate, but this can usually be fixed by refreshing the page. I have experienced issues with the calling service, but again if you hang up and have it call again, it will work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing efficiency and allowing reps to send the calls and emails they need to without having to take the time to log their activity. I believe when combined with other prospecting tools, Tellwise really allows a rep to be the most productive they can be. Along with that, the logging of activities in Salesforce automatically is great for managers/analysts and above, who can get a better idea of how their employees are spending their time.

Excellent product for integrating phone and email into Salesforce.

Great and easy lead source

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is an easy to use program that allows us to find the correct leads you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were migrated from RainKing over to DiscoverOrg. What we found is that not all the content is available to us that were available through RainKing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find high-quality prospects. The integration with SFDC as well as using the Google Chrome extension make it very easy to do that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DiscoverOrg is great for finding new prospects. If you run a business that reaches out to all sorts of prospective clients (IT, business development, operations, sales, etc.) you will have to pay more for all the different types of people.
