What do you like best about the product?
Easy, quick search from the website. Contact information seems to be mostly up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow can be confusing. Sometimes I think I know how to do what I'm trying to do but the am not really supported in the UI to get there. I.e. Lists vs. Saved searches. Blacklisting and whitelisting. etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed in which to get relevant leads in front of sellers. Identifying buying cycles early enough.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is very accurate in email and phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't very user-friendly when uploading lists. If one section is missed, I can't go back and update, but instead, I have to redo the entire list. Also, it does'nt save my preferences from past lists; I have to choose them every single time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me locate businesses to prospect that are more mid-size versus small or giant.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to connect and upload current information compared to my salesforce records as well as the Opp Alerts!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many times, the people I'm trying to communicate aren't in Discover.Org and there isn't a way to find them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to find new Business Development Opportunities and guidance with conversation from the Opp Alerts.

Accurate, useful sales data - with some drawbacks

What do you like best about the product?
Data accuracy is on point - possibly better than any other data vendor. The human research component and recurring validation make sure that you aren't wasting your time on wrong number, bounced emails or invalid prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product/pricing model is a pain - it's meant to force you to either target a single department within certain geographic limits, or to pay out the nose for access to their entire data set. They have a lot of gaps in their data set where they've been unable to fully confirm contact data. Some of the data sets in high value industry (e.g. Marketing Managers in SaaS companies) are so over-farmed that they never answer calls or emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building an ABM model - feeding an outbound sales team. We've found areas of opportunity within the data set that have helped us meet our sales/sdr goals.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best databases for current account and contact information with extremely easy to use interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to bring SFDC information into account search criteria within the platform, although this would be a major technical hurdle to do this I believe
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
efficiently add accounts and contacts to the database and confirm accurate information. Run lists of accounts and contacts to target prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ability to create lists in different segments, verticals, geos, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to have saved searches toggle on/off who you've already uploaded to CRM. Have to deduplicate elsewhere which is a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding customers in my target market- specifically using a certain product we are trying to displace. So far all of the leads I have engaged do in fact have that installed product.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of the blue chevron on the side of my web pages that allows me to do a quick search on companies or people. It allows me to quickly find out where the headquarters of a company is, number of employees, revenue, and more. I like having quick access to all of the data as well as potential contact information. It has really helped me to enrich our existing leads and find new ones to prospect. I also like that the list creating features allow you to create a list with search parameters as broad or narrow as you'd like. This helps me to really dive deep if I want to see something very specific.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I've only found two things that I dislike about DiscoverOrg. 1) I'm uncertain about the accuracy of the Scoops. Often times when I call an organization that supposedly has a project in the works, they either don't or have already completed one recently, or the contact given has no relation or idea about a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data enrichment and integration has been a problem we've been working on over the past year. DiscoverOrg has definitely helped to enrich old data and it's integration with Salesforce has been great.

Zoominfo for the win!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Info daily in my job in sales. I look up phone numbers and emails for prospects and contacts, look at org charts, look at intents and scoops as well. I love the Salesforce integration as well. Being able to look at a contact from my salesforce is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone numbers are wrong, or it will say the contact is not with the company any longer but they are, but it cannot be 100% perfect. We use Outreach and I wish I could enroll a contact in Outreach without having to export o salesforce first, but that is a limitation on our side. Not much to dislike about Zoominfo honestly I would say one thing is it's not very intuitive or user friendly in setting up intents. Takes a bit of practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the correct contacts when expanding reach in an account, having new contacts to prospect and call on, identifying key executives in a company. Lookign at org charts, and setting up intents. All these thing benefit me daily, with having the right contact information to more easily reach contacts and set up meetings. The intents give me insight into what my customer is interested in.

We are able to quickly identify who may be actively researching and who to contact, leading to more time in the day for productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has a great support team to follow up on inquiries. If there is any incorrect information, they are quick to remedy the problem and find where the leads are located. The service is very easy to use and they have an excellent training team open to helping. There's a lot of features and I know I'm not using half of them to their potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are about 10% of the contacts are no longer with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finding leads into Fortune 500 companies. I have used other services and this has been the best.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You really need to think about what you need in terms of targets and where they will be housed in the company. I find who I need overlaps into various departments C-Suite, TEDD and Marketing.
