What do you like best about the product?
We often get incomplete lists or lists that are missing contact or company information and we rely on ZoomInfo to fill in those gaps. The system makes it easy and the files I get back are ready for import to our CRM with minimal manual clean-up needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
With how I use the platform, I have nothing negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows for an improvement in the quality of data we get from outside sources. If the list isn't complete, I can run what I have through ZoomInfo and the information I get back fills in the missing data points for easy import to our CRM.
Great tool for sales outreach!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to pull hiring manager contact info. from a specific industry and location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contacts are no longer valid, and it's hard to find the "suggest an update" button now to ask for removal of these contacts that have asked us to remove them from our list.

It helps us to draw interest in our staffing services, and to gain new business.
ZoomInfo is a goldmine
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has incredibly valuable, easy to access, real-time data about companies and individuals within those companies that can help targeted prospecting. It's simple to set filters and parameters based on the verticals you're focusing on and set up update emails to alert you when new data is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options it can be overwhelming initially, to determine how to best find the content you need. However, there are valuable trainings and account managers to assist and answer many of the questions that come up.

It's helping our company locate leads, determine industry trends and access contact information for decision makers.

IT decreases the amount of time it takes me to reserch a contact or company greatly and increases my efficency.

The search engine could have more catagories for companies and better ways to drill down into sub sects of industries.

Lead generation, zoominfo really cuts that time down and helps me find qualified leads to email and call.

The product's most valuable features are its accessibility and ease of use. Compared to other tools in this space, it is more user-friendly.

The product's setup process could be easy to understand for new users.
For how long have I used the solution?
We've used ZoomInfo for about five years in the oil and gas industry.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
We had some issues in the early stages of using the solution, but they've been stable for quite a while now.
I rate the stability an eight.

It's a scalable platform. We use it across our global operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, user friendly and quick, instact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the contact details are not correct / recent e.g. email address, direct and mobile numbers.
It would be better if the direct numbers, and mobiles numbers also get expoerted at the time we export cantacts from Zoom to Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting relevant contact and their details in accordance to our services, target leads, lead intellegence, company insights, scoops and planning.
Positive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is very easy to use and navigate and has a high percentage of contacts and details that we are looking for, i would say over 90% of the time we find the necessary correct details. You also only use credits for exporting data, which is different to other providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally hard to find European contact details, a greater coverage of this would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We especially use Zoominfo for contact details whilst prospecting and some buying intent.
Great Customer Service, even with the time difference delay
What do you like best about the product?
We utilize Zoominfo for all of our internal and external business development within the organization, very easy to use after initial training and more often than not the information in correct and factual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not have a dislike for it, if I was being picky maybe the layout could flow better, going from one functionality to another, but other than that hard to pinpoint a dislike.

Zoominfo gives us valuable information about our buying clientele and the ability to search for relevant contact details for them.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo sales is my #1 prospecting tool. Besides our CRM, ZoomInfo is easily the most active application I utilize on a day to day basis. Not only does it have robust contact information available for every company & industry, it also provides insights into prospects that is incredibly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employee counts, active employees & technology data can be innacurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo sales is solving the problem of manually prospecting via LinkedIn/Google and consolidating the necesarry information into one easy to digest & navigate platform. The ability to access data immedietly that would otherwise take hours to compile is invaluable in the prospecting process
