Best Platform for Obtaining Contact Information for Targeted Prospects

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of using ZoomInfo to find contact information for our target prospects. The platform makes it really easy for us to find the right types of contacts in an organization and quickly obtain their direct phone number and email address. The ReachOut Chrome Extension is another great benefit because it helps us determine quickly from a company's website whether or not ZoomInfo has information on people with our targeted titles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if ZoomInfo has stronger company information. I find this information lacking on most accounts especially compared to the amount of contact information that a platform like D&B Hoover's has for companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps us drastically cut down on our contact research time enabling us to focus more time on personalized reach out rather than just finding contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about ZoomInfo is that emails are found for a large percentage of contacts & the emails provided rarely bounce back.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was never able to export my lists due to an error

Best place to find emails/phone numbers for your prospects

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Reach Out tool, it speeds up the process in finding unique information on my targets from a web page or Linked in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat lacking in data for Education & Central Government targets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This gives us a very clean list of targets in a specific vertical that we can then market to. This has given us access to customers we wouldn't normally be aware of.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a trial, you won't be disappointed.

Great tool for prospecting research

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to find key decision makers at companies I'm targeting. The filters and search criteria allow me to sort by criteria including management level, which is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The redesign complicated the interface when the old version worked more simply and got results with fewer clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main question ZoomInfo helps me answer is; Who should I contact at this company to offer my company's services, and how can I reach them?

What do you like best about the product?
The data accuracy is spot on! I can't say enough good things about the accuracy and up to date info!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts of the UI that aren't exactly clear, you pretty much have to learn what buttons do by clicking on them, rather than they being intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sourcing prospect data, making sure that we aren't wasting our time with outdated information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool depending on your usage. It can really help with how much time it takes to filter prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how fast and accurate the information is available to me and my sales team. It has really helped drive our business and take our performance to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much that I dislike about ZoomInfo, they have done a great job at adding new content and staying up to date with the latest plugins and trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo enables me to find accurate contact info for all of my prospects with direct numbers, direct emails, the technology used and job history.

Don't miss out on this great product, it has really helped our sales teams get better results. No brainer!

What do you like best about the product?
Direct phones and emails for the prospects that I want to pursue. Also super easy to build out customized prospect lists
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the leads can be out of data. However if the prospect has been with the company more than a year the info is usually up to date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having access to contact information for the leads we are pursuing. ZoomInfo has given us the ability to contact our prospects with accurate information through a variety of mediums

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how DiscoverOrg verifies its contact information every other week. For instance, it will say "contact information verified on 11/12". This gives me confidence when I reach out to prospects via email/phone, because I know that there is a higher chance that their contact information is correct and it is likely that they will see my email or hear my voicemail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like how some people's contact information is screened. When I am prospecting C-suites within a company, a lot of their information is blurred out with their contact information. This can be frustrating at times when the content is locked. Also, the org charts sometimes don't have a lot of information. They will only have 1-2 people at a company showing in the org chart, which isn't too helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am bridging the gap of finding prospect's contact information in order to reach out to engage with them and create awareness for our SaaS platform. I am helping our company find the right contact's with the verified contact information on DiscoverOrg. With this, I am able to create high-level business conversations to help our company get in contact with the economic buyer. This allows us to have deeper value conversations with the right prospect about our platform. In return, this largely helps the prospect become more successful within their company by seeing the value of our product and implementing our SaaS platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a nice tool to have.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool to find contact information for contacts at target accounts. I also like the new Newsfeed feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say ZoomInfo is helpful about 70% of the time. There are a number of contacts with only a phone number, or only an email. I also run into contacts who are no longer at a given company, so it's good to cross-reference with LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup, we're working to ramp up our marketing efforts. While it would be great to have a pure inbound lead flow, outbound if vital to the success of our business. ZoomInfo makes it a lot easier to build out contacts in target accounts so we can spend more time working to engage with people and less time hunting for contact info.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very helpful tool, I just wish the data was refreshed more often, and a bit more complete
