Easy and in depth contact and company search

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and there is a lot of data about both the contacts, companies, recent developments etc. that can be used in sales and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time the data is inaccurate, especially emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly and easily finding leads, easily exporting them to my CRM and finding information on companies.

I love the number of contacts and the accuracy of the information. It saves so much time

Some companies are not in the system yet or have no contact information.

I can save time and increase revenue by having accurate information for customers.

Search functions for individuals - very powerful

Nothing, I've never been used to a tool being so effective in what it does

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is so much data available—everything from news, scoops, and tech to org charts and contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
98% of the time, the data is excellent! The other 2% is outdated or incorrectly matched up. Of course, it isn't easy to keep tabs on millions of companies and individual employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I confidently know who I am calling, how long they have been there, several ways to reach them, and more.

Great Product!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo and its user-friendly platform enable me multiple venues to create lead-generating activities, update info (news, hot scoops) on prospects and clients, as well as a fantastic knowledge section to keep sales skillsets sharp and current.

ZoomInfo's add-ons such as ReachOut Extension and their mobile app make grabbing information easy and efficient, with no need for multiple browser tabs or dual-screen shuffling.

Recently, I upgraded to using the Intent functionality, and WOW, truly my most favorite part of ZoomInfo!
What do you dislike about the product?
Credits for exporting contacts do not roll over. For example, if I have 1000 credits a month, if I do not use them, I lose them. I would love it if they were able to roll over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows me to plan my daily cold calls with their detailed filters easily. They make cold calls warm by providing scoops on companies so you can always know the latest information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is a fantastic tool that keeps on getting better!

Mine is organizational access for Discover. org. It's a fantastic database for all kinds of market research.
What do you dislike about the product?
Single sign-on should have been there. Otherwise a very usefull database

User-Friendly and Incredibly Useful

What do you like best about the product?
Uploading lists of company names and tagging them for faster searching, viewing org charts by department, mass exports into Salesforce. I probably use advanced company search the most, sorting by region and revenue. Also, the Chrome plugin is incredibly useful. Let's say I can't find a company in the search, but I know their website. I can go to the website, or LinkedIn profile, click the Z tab, and boom, all that information is right there and I can do a direct export into Salesforce to create the new account. ZoomInfo University is also super useful when learning how to use the platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only 25 exports at a time is kind of a hassle and I'd like to see a report of unmatched companies on upload lists so I can quickly search for those manually, rather than having to download the list import and scroll through to find everyone that is unmatched. Finding duplicates would be nice too, especially when uploading a list of 3000 companies at once. I would also like to see the parent company followed by child companies in a dropdown menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information, getting news scoops on target accounts, sales insights. I cross-reference contact information with LeadIQ and tend to find ZoomInfo more accurate for direct work phones whereas LeadIQ excels when pulling mobile numbers that aren't found in ZoomInfo. I've also compared ZoomInfo to Crunchbase Pro and CB Pro is at least two to three years behind ZI. They have a really cool interface for searches, but the contact information, exports, and tech usage insights just aren't there. CB Pro is great for prospecting startup accounts and newly funded companies, but the benefits of ZI just outweigh CB tenfold.

What do you like best about the product?
The data is clean and reliable. Every other competitor in the space provides inaccurate information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search speeds could improve and some features could be more exposed on the main navigation instead of having to deep dive all the time for a specific functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound prospecting. This helps with 75% of the legwork with the amount of detail they go into and allow you to search with

What do you like best about the product?
The Intent signals are very useful. We drive hundreds of valid new company prospects and thousands of new contacts monthly.

The Continuous learning webinars provide refreshers and new learnings to improve the use

The customer support representative is knowledgeable and very accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The factory automation and Shop floor control intent are misplaced under Warehouse Operations.

The contacts for digital factory, factory automation, or Shop floor control are incorrect / way off ( we often get plant facility managers)

Getting focus on potential prospective companies that have some interest in the type of solution we offer
