Helpful and Simple to Use

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides all of the information I need to prequalify and contact my prospects accurately. In addition, the Intent Signals feature is like NOTHING ELSE I have ever seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is costly and difficult to secure single licenses - sometimes, leadership questions value/ROI initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding qualified prospects and the correct individuals to contact in the c-suite.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive and expansive database for contacts. Has been the best tool I've used for this purpose

some of the phone numbers provided were inaccurate

Finding contacts for my accounts so that I can prospect and increase pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using DiscoverOrg for the past 5 years, as long as I have been in Business Development and Inside Sales roles within my company.
I most enjoy the ability to build a list of accounts and then export my contacts directly into my Outreach instance. This has saved me enormous amounts of time, eliminating the need to manually enter them one by one. Discoverorg then checks Outreach for duplicates and allows a couple of options on how to proceed
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the direct dial phone numbers are not available and so the main telephone number gets imported into my list, not helpful when your calling 20 prospects at one company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach typically has a low number of contacts for mid-size companies. With it's Discoverorg saves me tremendous amounts of time by allowing me to export as many as I choose at once. I am so grateful that this saves me from having to manually enter each contact one by one.

I love that info on company employee growth and subsidiaries are just a click away!

I wish my custom lists were easier to toggle back to

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the comprehensive knowledge on the test and within the training modules. It allows you to understand the ability of the tools and technology. I also enjoy the fact that social profiles are available to create connections. This tool plus sales navigator on LinkedIn is a home run.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some questions on the test were not reviewed in the training and the only way to get the answer is if you have insights unlocked; it seemed like an upselling technique. Also, some questions asked for help did not populate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving lead generation and selling points for specific companies. We understand the tools more comprehensively after completing certification courses.

Zoominfo is a critical tool for any business

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can not only find important contacts, but I can also get an idea of the customers install-base, projects and funding.
What do you dislike about the product?
What's not to like? It's awesome! I highly recommend Zoominfo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have more meaningful conversations with customers because I have insight to their business and pain-points.
The benefits are more customer responses, and increased pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your company doesn't currently have Zoominfo and you are in sales, you need to make your case to your management that they are probably missing out on lots of deals without Zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
I searched for company data online and found a lot of information including company phone numbers also. They arw really a great source of information for businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data could not be found related to small countries.

Business data information. Know about the top contacts of a company.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful is the addition of cell phone numbers. I've been using ZoomInfo for 3 years now, and ever since joining with DiscoverOrg, everything has tremendously only gotten better since.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least is that, sometimes, the information is out of date. However, they do have an option to "suggest an update," which has been very useful when I come across those profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems ZoomInfo has helped me solve is getting more people on the phone. I'm able to view usually three different phone numbers for one prospect.

Also, the intent tab has been GREAT. The intent tab lets you see recommended contacts in certain problem areas that pertain to your business.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the specific details that ZoomInfo provided. Also having me execute live searches and use real companies to generate actual results.
The new features and functionality are helpful such as Intent and some of the changes to the UI are easier to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The course and test time-consuming. Maybe a shorter test with fewer questions. It was a lot of information to digest and test on in a short period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am researching future prospective companies to reach out to generate new business for my company. I am solving the problems of who is the best role to reach out to. What size is the company to reach companies that meet my territory scope. ZoomInfo has all the filters and categories I need to do so.
