What do you like best about the product?
I like the accuracy of contact information provided in this platform. Nine out of ten times, the information will be correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the ZoomInfo chrome extension because, sometimes it won't reflect the contact information that you can through ZoomInfo website. I use the extension when I am using LinkedIn, I rely on it alot and suddenly one day, I noticed this. Which is a huge drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am confidently dialing the prospects as I am sure that the contact number will be mostly accurate. Even if contact number is wrong, which is very rare, I will have the right email address.
In some cases, if they don't have the contact information, we can raise a request. So, they will dig out the info. My call connect ratio has been increased since I am using ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the best of breed when it comes to quality business intelligence. We came to ZoomInfo for that reason and that reason alone, we wanted high quality, reliable information, and so far, it has delivered just that!
The sales and onboarding process has been great so far. The sales team went to bat for us. The onboarding team is highly organized and ready to get us up to speed quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sorry but I don't have any downsides at this point. We are just a few weeks into our relationship with them. I guess if I had to choose, it would just be figuring out how to fit ZoomInfo into my regular workflow. But that's more on me right now than them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed reliable prospecting and target account data. It was taking us way too long to build our prospecting lists manually and we needed to become more efficient on that end of the process. ZoomInfo has drastically reduced the time it takes to identify target accounts and contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
In this COVID world, working remotely and limited in-person contact means I need the right company and the right contact now. I can not spend valuable face time randomly knocking on doors virtual or otherwise, I need the right contacts the first time I know, and the right information when they answer. ZoomInfo provides me with this information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I have so much information I am afraid I have not been spending my time filtering and organizing. I need to move from driving this fast car as fast as I can to driving this fast car as well as I can. Sales is not a drag race it is the indy 500 or sometimes Lamans effective strategy is important even with the best tools

Finding the right people in a company to speak with, and tailoring my message to their story. I have the right amount of business intelligence combined with the proper connections

The ease of use. I have. I rarely have issues and when I do the team is lightning quick to help.

I truly don't have anything negative. If anything the cost.

I am having no issues currently. I've checked into intent as well and that's pretty cool.

The Newsfeed alerts sent to my email always keep me up to date in my accounts. ZoomInfo ReachOut extension has been wonderful; when researching contacts on LinkedIn, this extension allows me to see their contact information such as email, phone number, etc. It's been a great experience! I would highly recommend using ZoomInfo to get in touch with the right individuals in any organization. Thank you!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of ZoomInfo is that it can link to my LinkedIN page (which I've used to prospect for in the past). It's a one-stop shop!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that on LinkedIN sales navigator, I can't save/export all of my leads at once. It will only look at the ones on that page (i.e. 25 per page, have to click page two to get the others)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting has become a lot easier. I love being able to search for job titles, and getting access to emails/phone numbers makes outreach so much easier. I save a lot of time.
