Complete platform with everything you need to capture data, website hits, CRM integration. Best, largest, and most accurate database available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point puts them at the top of the price range. Not for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo provides faster research times, easy integration to CRM, and accurate data capture, contact info.
Great tool making my success a reality! Would recommend 100%!!!!!

-We can fetch the data of the organisation as per the Company and Revenue size.
-Very good app for Sales and Marketing team to generate leads and sales for the organisation.
-360 degree over view on the organisation.
-We can also get the linkedIn URL of employees, Job description and other details in the report.
- Their is a option cald Summary report- where it will help to build the PPT's and fetch the Technologies and Heirarcy of the organisation.
- Zooinfo, high quality product and best option.
whenever I need to send bulk emails for webinars I use this tool to export the data from this. I am using the new version of ZoomInfo and this version is very effective and easy to use.
-Zoominfo is a fantastic tool for any leads generation activities and general leads gathering as well. Zoom info offers a very large amount of accurate data to make sure that leads have the correct information.
-You can then sort by the type of lead/contact and then use that to hone in on your Business Development plan. It's a fantastic tool and one I'm glad that we have.
-The integration with our CRM system was seemless and one of my favourite aspects is the "Reachout" tool which you can use when searching on other sites such as Linkedin to quickly find contact information on Zoominfo just by visiting someone's Linkedin page and using the Reachout function.

-It some times shows multiple users and we cannot browse.
- Not all the data are 100% correct.
Eg: their will be a employee who left the organisation or role has been changes is not updated in the data at times.
-ZoomInfo needs to update their database more frequently as a person who has been in a company for months does not show up on Zoominfo in that company rather the previous one
-Some outdated contact information.

It is very easy and fast to use to grab any information in the business.
It is a great tool for database tools for sales and marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
What's not to like? Organizational charts, technographics, accurate contact information including mobile and personal emails??? Makes my job easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts are not up to date with regard to title and/or if they are still at the company. That being said, if I hit 9 or 8 out of 10, that still gives me a number of contacts to go after!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to the right person from the get-go is enormous! The amount of time that I have to spend searching through LinkedIn trying to figure out who is where AND not having to play email naming convention roulette makes all the difference!

Zoominfo makes it easy to drill down on the industry and contact job titles that I am seeking out to target with our marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo extension is great when it works as it should, but it tends to be very slow at times. especially exporting contacts.

Reduced time researching leads online which allows me to focus more time to focus on reaching out to qualified leads. Huge time management benefits for our company.

Take the time to go through training courses, this will make it much easier when you start using it daily.
Powerful tool for marketers, inside sales and sales
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of ZoomInfo is the accuracy and completeness of the data, especially for North America. Many other features are helpful, for, e.g., integration with HubSpot, the intent topics, etc. I also like the user managment and admin dashboard. Adding a user is a breeze.
Their onboarding and implementation was great. They assigned a customer success manager who cheduled all the mportant training and onboarding calls which was very helpful . They also followed up on the use and helped us schedule followup up training calls to make sure we were using the all the most imprtant features.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently nothing much that we dislike being honest. Maybe it could be priced more competitively. However, I must say that it is a much more powerful tool as compared to others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo currently helps us in multiple areas. One of the significant being list building, be it companies or contacts for different segments. Another problem is identifying intent-based lookup for companies and contacts. Another issue we had was the data quality. The quality of data from zoominfo has been great so far
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please ask for a trial if you want to use other features like intent topics and workflow; it will help you decide. There is a per-user data limit; you may negotiate to get a higher data limit. The ZoomInfo sales team was flexible enough to make changes to the contract, which helped close on zoominfo pretty quickly

I'd love for contact's cell phone numbers to be included when I export contact info.

My time is now focused on making contact with the right companies and the right contacts at each. Previously, I spent far too much time contacting just about anyone in hopes of being led to the right people, and I was rarely successful.
