Zoominfo is great
What do you like best about the product?
I like zoominfo for its ability to search and find various contacts. Zoominfo is a great tool that can be used so well. You can find the rright things and build the right things with it. You can also search so many various places. It is great. I wish all websites took similar approaches to zoominfo. I think zoominfo does provide a good service, there has been multiple times in which I have found a contact ffor what I am looking for in zooominfo, - which is awesome. I think the other thing that I like about zoominfo is what it does when it gives someone a score of how accurate it is. Therefore you know if the lead is still there or still around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the import feature I believe zoominfo could make this better. I think zoominfo could do better when it comes to building out the program. They could make the connection to salesforce better and actually createa. great way of doing things. I think I would like zoominfo to take that into consideration. Furthermore I think that zoominfo could have more information, it does not seem to be providing enough information. I think in addition to the above the other issue I have witth zoominfo is that you can not always search well they have all the filters you could ever want but sometimes it is to much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find contacts and leads within zoominfo. The benefit is the score, the more score I have the better, it is awesome. furthermore, I have found that zoominfo is great - which is awesome. I think the other thing that I like about zoominfo is what it does when it gives someone a score of how accurate it is. Therefore you know if the lead is still there or still around.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think you should use ZoomInfo if you need to find contacts; it is one of the best tools out there to find contacts. Furthermore it has a great scoring technique to find out how good a lead is.
Best tool for SDRs!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the only solution you need as an SDR. I love the fact that it saves me manual work by integrating so well in Hubspot! I can now quickly add contacts and get prospecting without wasting time adding them manually into Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The emails and phone numbers provided are primarily accurate! My email open rates and conversations have drastically increased, i.e., more meetings booked, i.e., more pipeline sourced!

Go for it! The ROI is huge!

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of accurate contact information is impressive. The intent and scoops sections are a tremendous help to focus on particular businesses looking for specific solutions. It allows me to find the right person in the right job position at the right time when they are researching a project that I can help them with. Overall, it is a considerable help maximizing the time of salespeople. I have found many many contacts that I would not have found on my own. I am also able to find complete contact info by only adding an email or even a phone number. I can even enter a personal email address or a personal phone number to cross-reference a person I am trying very, very hard to locate
What do you dislike about the product?
Search methods and email notifications are challenging to master and use effectively. The UI is a little bit spartan and not very intuitive . The colors are a little plain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is finding the right people to reach out to at the right time. The alternate methods of contacting some are usually available on the company profile. Zoom shows me mutiple ways to contact the proper person. It even shows personal phone numbers and personal email addresses that let me cross reference them . It allows me to find compaies that are looking for all the products I sell when they are at the start of buying/ research process.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find almost anyone I would like to do business with just by a couple clicks of my mouse. Cell phone numbers included in many profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The times when the service freezes up. However, it's not terribly often, and ZoomInfo usually fixes it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is our primary resource for identifying new business. It gives us the ability to find people without purchasing lists that might be unreliable. Not sure what I would do if we ever lost the service.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy and amount of contact information available make this a great sales tool. I have found quite a few new customers through ZoomInfo in only a few months of utilization. I found ZoomInfo to be such a great tool I recommended to the Sales team at a prior employer and they now utilize ZoomInfo and thank me constantly for the recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if unused credits rolled over to the next month, but for the most part the credits have been more than sufficient for our entire Sales team. However, even when we have used up our credits we are still able to view additional profiles on an adhoc basis. Other than that, I can't think of anything I dislike about ZoomInfo and it was a stretch to come up with any dislike at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use ZoomInfo for sourcing contact information for the exact type of contacts I am looking to reach. I find the information to be highly accurate and it is beneficial in that now it is much quicker to find contact information saving time and money for our company. Now I can spend more time communicating with prospects instead of searching for contact information. It is a rare occasion I search for an individual and can not find at least one form of contact information that puts me in touch with them. An additional benefit is the Org Chart portion that helps me identify the decision makers.

MUST HAVE Sales tool. If you are looking for new customers, ZoomInfo is the way to go!

1. If you're working on listed accounts, you can upload the list and work on the insights and related connections within the accounts.
2. Moreover, you can set email alerts for your every list that if there is a development made in the account considering the new contact addition, leadership changes, and various market insights daily or weekly basis and trust me, it has been instrumental for me.
3. Also, if you're into region-based sales profile, you can do hunting by just doing an advance search and narrow it down to your region over Zoominfo, and the best part you can save that search which will keep building you new leads and get alerts for the same over your mail.
4. Running a campaign for your listed accounts is more manageable. You can download the list and narrow the relevant contacts, and within few minutes, you have all the contacts segregated and ready to run the campaign
5. Linkedin addon also captures details of the person you're prospecting over zoominfo.

- User Interface can be better because at times it's slow and data we are searching does not appear properly.
- The reach of Zoominfo should be increasing, which is happening, but it's slow. For a significant part, we get the details, but it would be better if the reach of Zoominfo spreads further ahead. Nothing much I disliked about this portal.

- Better account management with multiple stakeholders' contact details over the portal helps with reaching them out.

Integration with CRM, Advanced Search and Filters to narrow down your search results towards your Top accounts/prospects, Intent, and transparency to show the accuracy of contact info

Oftentimes the tools become unresponsive if I am exporting bulk leads to my CRM,
