Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg allows for an easy way to gain access to many people who I would normally have trouble getting in contact with, they also have an area called scoops which helps me understand more about what's going on within my accounts.The allow for plug-ins with other applications that help so much!

The main dislike is that sometimes there are incorrect titles or numbers/emails

DiscoverOrg is allowing me to gain information on accounts I originally wouldn't have

Contact info is regularly updated, and they have a great set of features to filter companies by tech stack/industry/size/etc.
Additionally, they have a research team that will fulfil certain kinds of request to expedite the uncovering of lead information.

It does not have great information for smaller companies (500 and below), which is not a huge surprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Plugs into Marketo to update database
What do you like best about the product?
We use it to plug into Marketo and keep our database up to date with the latest content information for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have two logins and it’s always kicking me out of my login for using too many browsers. A very small thing I know but annoying!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of keeping out marketing database up to date. Our sales people are horrible at updating contact information so this helps.
Live feeds and ability to stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to see which of my leads are showing interest in my emails. I also love that I am able to utilize the dial feature within salesforce or Tellwise.

Sometimes can be slow when I am creating new salesflows

Tellwise is great for tracking calls and emails and keeping your team accountable and organized.
You are able to plan emails and campaigns months out so that you can maximize your outreaches.

Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Whilst the entire product is still a little in its infancy and perhaps a few teething issues. The team are so responsive and open to change and suggestions and so you end up with a fantastic experience and a great result.
I see when all prospects open, click and respond and once they respond I don’t have to worry any longer. It is such a highly functional application and integrates so well with all my other applications. Really good tech.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite slow at times when running on chrome and scraping the screen.
Naming templates (labelling and folders) is not easy.

Wonderful tool for sales!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use and most importantly being able to track prospects interactions with my emails (clicking on certain links, email opens, and how effective my email templates are).
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that really bothers me is that some of the salesforce features are not integrated into the tellwise software. For example, changing lead status is not as seamless as other programs I've used. I need to open the record and change it manually. There is not a quick option on the side tellwise tool bar for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track prospects interactions, which is fantastic and I receive other useful data and other analytics that are very helpful when pinpointing the most qualified targets.

Tracks the # of calls (would like more options with that though) and will show when clients open emails and links they click on.

makes salesforce very very very slow. Basically pauses the system a few times a day. Any emails you send take about 30 - 40 seconds for the email to polulate.

Great for outbounds roles and follow ups. It is a great solution that any sales should have!

Hard to say because so little. It's very user friendly, simple to implement and deploy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see my contacts in a sidebar extension while in gmail and can send tellwise emails from gmail directly that tracks in salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few issues with hitting out email or call limit as a company so the emails take longer to send but it was an easy fix. There also should be a better way to send attachments without it looking so scary to the recipient. If they could view it like a normal attachment and not in a separate tellwise window that would be great.I would also love to see a better way to organize templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a lot of data from our tellwise account and can track the activity data to see how it directly is affecting sales. Management has an inside view into what reps are doing day to day and can make adjustments where they see fit.
