What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info has allowed me to find the contacts I needed specific to the industry I'm working in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes companies are miss categorized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to find the contacts I need quickly

What do you like best about the product?
The Intents feature is powerful. And the ability to quickly get actionable intelligence on prospective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info isn't available, but that's rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using ZoomInfo I used an inferior tool to gather contact info on potential customers. I now have the ability to track down names and email addresses for the right contacts I need to be successful.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides the correct information about companies and prospecting I am researching. I am able to find valuable and up-to-date research on ZoomInfo. I am grateful that it has the company's tech stacks. The best part about ZoomInfo is that i've realized that without this tool I would be spending a lot more time looking for prospect's correct information and the most beneficial aspect is the integration with Salesforce where I am able to auto-upload my prospects and lead directly to Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where I have to refresh ZoomInfo and not use it because it is slow. I also dislike that the tech stacks of companies are out of date and rarely correct. This has caused confusion when talking to prospects and other members of my company. One other issue with ZoomInfo is that they tend to have people in companies that are extremely out of date and confusing when compared to LinkedIn. For example, when I am prospecting an account and I see a person in ZoomInfo is the Head of IT and when I look on LinkedIn they have been in other roles for over 5 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issues of reaching prospects while everyone is working remotely by providing me the correct contact information. I've realized that without this tool I would be spending a lot more time looking for prospect's correct information and the most beneficial aspect is the integration with Salesforce where I am able to auto-upload my prospects and lead directly to Salesforce
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend anyone is the career of sales who also uses Salesforce for their CRM to use ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is hands down the most powerful tool for prospecting. It's my first stop when looking into accounts I'm targeting and saving lists for Intent and Scoops helps me narrow down who I should prioritize.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if I could more easily tie the info I find there into Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the right contacts at accounts and narrowing down my prospecting list.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accurate information that ZoomInfo provides. Everything from numbers to emails, to the place of work, is always super helpful for prospecting

Sometimes the current place of work is incorrect. But overall, it is accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding the contact information for prospects so that I can call in or email them.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to get contact info for prospects. Super simple and takes very little time or effort to get the information I'm looking for. When building a campaign, I can import an excel list to quickly get the info on my target companies as well as my target prospects. I can also simply use the search feature when I am on the website. The Chrome plug in is great as well as I can simply go to my target companies website, and their executive information is available right in the plug in. Saves us significant time in the selling process. Company firmographics are useful as well and save research time and create authenticity when calling into accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit dated, and it could benefit from a brushup. It's nitpicky, though, because it's in line with other business-to-business software. Overall it's hard to complain about what you get from ZoomInfo; having used other similar tools, it is the best in market solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to get company information. Saving our sales teams a lot of time and effort that would be spent on doing research to devote to people to people selling interactions. Benefits have included an significant increase in pipeline as well as sourced opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it -- the cost is worth the time you will save from not having to do company research, not having to manually build lists of potential targets, and the increase in pipeline and closed deals you will see from the implementation of this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo delivers more than advertised -- amazing for sales intelligence, marketing support, and also more niche use-cases such as figuring out which software vendors different companies use. Data is very accurate and up-to-date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike -- works exactly as I expected and our team is very happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales intelligence; understanding which sw vendors that companies use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like zoominfo for its ability to search and find various contacts. Zoominfo is a great tool that can be used so well. You can find the rright things and build the right things with it. You can also search so many various places. It is great. I wish all websites took similar approaches to zoominfo. I think zoominfo does provide a good service, there has been multiple times in which I have found a contact ffor what I am looking for in zooominfo, - which is awesome. I think the other thing that I like about zoominfo is what it does when it gives someone a score of how accurate it is. Therefore you know if the lead is still there or still around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the import feature I believe zoominfo could make this better. I think zoominfo could do better when it comes to building out the program. They could make the connection to salesforce better and actually createa. great way of doing things. I think I would like zoominfo to take that into consideration. Furthermore I think that zoominfo could have more information, it does not seem to be providing enough information. I think in addition to the above the other issue I have witth zoominfo is that you can not always search well they have all the filters you could ever want but sometimes it is to much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find contacts and leads within zoominfo. The benefit is the score, the more score I have the better, it is awesome. furthermore, I have found that zoominfo is great - which is awesome. I think the other thing that I like about zoominfo is what it does when it gives someone a score of how accurate it is. Therefore you know if the lead is still there or still around.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think you should use ZoomInfo if you need to find contacts; it is one of the best tools out there to find contacts. Furthermore it has a great scoring technique to find out how good a lead is.

Best tool for SDRs!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the only solution you need as an SDR. I love the fact that it saves me manual work by integrating so well in Hubspot! I can now quickly add contacts and get prospecting without wasting time adding them manually into Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The emails and phone numbers provided are primarily accurate! My email open rates and conversations have drastically increased, i.e., more meetings booked, i.e., more pipeline sourced!

Go for it! The ROI is huge!

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of accurate contact information is impressive. The intent and scoops sections are a tremendous help to focus on particular businesses looking for specific solutions. It allows me to find the right person in the right job position at the right time when they are researching a project that I can help them with. Overall, it is a considerable help maximizing the time of salespeople. I have found many many contacts that I would not have found on my own. I am also able to find complete contact info by only adding an email or even a phone number. I can even enter a personal email address or a personal phone number to cross-reference a person I am trying very, very hard to locate
What do you dislike about the product?
Search methods and email notifications are challenging to master and use effectively. The UI is a little bit spartan and not very intuitive . The colors are a little plain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is finding the right people to reach out to at the right time. The alternate methods of contacting some are usually available on the company profile. Zoom shows me mutiple ways to contact the proper person. It even shows personal phone numbers and personal email addresses that let me cross reference them . It allows me to find compaies that are looking for all the products I sell when they are at the start of buying/ research process.
