ZoomInfo is great!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find almost anyone I would like to do business with just by a couple clicks of my mouse. Cell phone numbers included in many profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The times when the service freezes up. However, it's not terribly often, and ZoomInfo usually fixes it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is our primary resource for identifying new business. It gives us the ability to find people without purchasing lists that might be unreliable. Not sure what I would do if we ever lost the service.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy and amount of contact information available make this a great sales tool. I have found quite a few new customers through ZoomInfo in only a few months of utilization. I found ZoomInfo to be such a great tool I recommended to the Sales team at a prior employer and they now utilize ZoomInfo and thank me constantly for the recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if unused credits rolled over to the next month, but for the most part the credits have been more than sufficient for our entire Sales team. However, even when we have used up our credits we are still able to view additional profiles on an adhoc basis. Other than that, I can't think of anything I dislike about ZoomInfo and it was a stretch to come up with any dislike at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use ZoomInfo for sourcing contact information for the exact type of contacts I am looking to reach. I find the information to be highly accurate and it is beneficial in that now it is much quicker to find contact information saving time and money for our company. Now I can spend more time communicating with prospects instead of searching for contact information. It is a rare occasion I search for an individual and can not find at least one form of contact information that puts me in touch with them. An additional benefit is the Org Chart portion that helps me identify the decision makers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MUST HAVE Sales tool. If you are looking for new customers, ZoomInfo is the way to go!

What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple things that I love about Zoominfo:
1. If you're working on listed accounts, you can upload the list and work on the insights and related connections within the accounts.
2. Moreover, you can set email alerts for your every list that if there is a development made in the account considering the new contact addition, leadership changes, and various market insights daily or weekly basis and trust me, it has been instrumental for me.
3. Also, if you're into region-based sales profile, you can do hunting by just doing an advance search and narrow it down to your region over Zoominfo, and the best part you can save that search which will keep building you new leads and get alerts for the same over your mail.
4. Running a campaign for your listed accounts is more manageable. You can download the list and narrow the relevant contacts, and within few minutes, you have all the contacts segregated and ready to run the campaign
5. Linkedin addon also captures details of the person you're prospecting over zoominfo.

- User Interface can be better because at times it's slow and data we are searching does not appear properly.
- The reach of Zoominfo should be increasing, which is happening, but it's slow. For a significant part, we get the details, but it would be better if the reach of Zoominfo spreads further ahead. Nothing much I disliked about this portal.

- Better account management with multiple stakeholders' contact details over the portal helps with reaching them out.

Integration with CRM, Advanced Search and Filters to narrow down your search results towards your Top accounts/prospects, Intent, and transparency to show the accuracy of contact info

Oftentimes the tools become unresponsive if I am exporting bulk leads to my CRM,

Finding the right and reliable data for contacts that I need to talk with. Benefits include a reliable, safe and accurate data set for persons I can sell to.
Best tool in the business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has the most options for finding prospects and information without being very click heavy. I have used ZoomInfo at multiple companies and I have been able to learn something new about search features and functionality at each place. The Web Sights feature has been huge for me in a Partner Development role because I am able to distinguish the orgs visiting the website and reach out to relevant companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Technology section for companies is not the most useful or reliable in understanding what types of software and tools a company already has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to build out an entire prospecting playbook for a new department based on using ZoomInfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the most comprehensive search tool on the market. Other tools have nice features and can be useful, but overall, ZoomInfo will never give you any fits. I have never had to message or call support for help. It is very easy to use and just flat out works.

Easy to use to tool to get the information you need
What do you like best about the product?
The easy ability to get the right information when you need it. Especially when finding certain aspects of an organization can be difficult. Such as technologies in place, organization chart, and Linkedin connections. My favorite feature is the ability to have all of the prospect's information right in front of you when doing a sales call. It makes for better questioning and shows that your aware of their organizational needs and goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information can be outdated at times and navigating through the data can sometimes be challenging. Creating lists without the proper training can cause wrong data to be put into prospecting lists and create problems. Continuously updating your search and lists is the only way to get the correct information into the right place. Company intentions can be outdated when they are looking to implement a new product or service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to information about prospects without having to use multiple applications. Having the accurate information you need for the prospects that fit into your ideal profile. Some benefits I have realized with ZoomInfo is the ability to reach prospects without having to use; search engines, websites, Linkedin, and multiple excel spreadsheets. The biggest benefit I have realized is their training and certification. As for companies start to use this application and service to reach out to more prospective clients and prospects it helps with your career to be able to get the right information at the right time.

My recommendation to others considering ZoomInfo is to take the time to go through their product training and certification to avoid problems with the prospecting process and adding the wrong information to your marketing/sales outreach platforms. Ex. Putting in competitors' information.
