Mitigating Wasted Time and Effort
What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing ZoomInfo, I can uncover a multitude of contact information specific to my target audience. I can filter down to ensure that I am reaching the right people at the right level within the territory I am covering. ZoomInfo saves time on prospecting and allows me to uncover more opportunities!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more intent options available at our current subscription level. The ones we have selected currently have led to great success!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found the ability to quickly and accurately uncover the right contacts. It's beneficial to see how they scored in terms of the validity of the information. My territory and the sector I am involved with change often, so this allows me to expedite my prospecting and begin engaging the target audience with confidence.

ZoomInfo is an asset to any Sales Team looking to make a more significant impact.

What do you like best about the product?
Advanced filters help you identify the right contacts qickly. Usinf ZoomInfo I spend a fraction of the time serching for the right prospects than I used to. Combine this contact info that they have avalible and it makes ZoomInfo a home run. In a matter of minutes I can look up a sepcfic company, filter down to the contacts I think I most want to talk to, get their names, emials, direct numbers and usually cell numbers. A few clicks later all of thoes contacts get exported directly to my CRM. ZoomInfos onboarding staff has been incredilby knowlagable and helpful in getting us up to speed on the usage of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scoops only seem to be avalible on larger comanies. I now this makes sense becuse smaller compnaies dont have the same level of press releases and publicly avalible informtion. I also have had some diffficulty getting the "My Feed" custmoized to my liking, perhaps it just requiers more time and more marks of relevent or not. Not all Information is completely accuret. I have found some contacts that I already knew their contact info and what was in ZoomInfo was wrong. In my company it has some people listed as emplyees who have never worked here. I have found most of the infomration to be accurent but not all of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales, accurate contact info is invaluable. ZoomInfo has helped update all of our old contact lists and develop new targeted lists. I have been able to take old contact list from our company and upload them all once and zoom info will match updated contact info and filter out anyone on these list that are no longer with thoes comanies. That lets me see what companies I need to readress and what people I dont need to bother contacting.

Best experience in getting the perfect data according to the particular region and geography.

there are no dislikes, however, there are few things to add on, like Age and hobbies of the leads and contacts

I dislike the price and it can inhibit some people from using it.

Getting prospect's information and understanding how an organization is structured.
Amazing data provided in Zoominfo.
What do you like best about the product?
I have reports set up on my account list that show me intent signals for any of my accounts that are looking or doing research in our market segment. Every day i see companies showing up in this report. We specifically target those accounts and contacts and that is helping us find more prospects. I find that i spend an hour + a day on Zoominfo because the data is so good and timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Intent reports could be a little more revealing and would love to get those in a spreadsheet form every few days but, what is provided is 100 times better than what I was getting so, I really can't complain. We are limited to the number of names I can export into SF so, I have to do a lot of handwriting or cutting and pasting of contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Past problem was not being able to find leads/prospects in my rather large territory. That problem is solved. ZoomInfo, combined with my partner community is provided a lot of territory intelligence for our sales team.

Try it. Have someone show you how and individual rep would use the product on a daily basis. Get some of their trained support people to walk you through how to create reports and mine for the data. You will be impressed. In

What do you like best about the product?
So, to begin, I am a sales guy and I use ZI to get people to call. I work by phone mostly and ZI has phone numbers of many of my prospects. So, the best feature ZI has is that they have so many numbers, I'll never get done calling them. They're also updated constantly so lets say I take 100 phone numbers for a particular account and then revisit it the next year, many will have been added.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too expensive for a private person I'd say but then again most people don't need it for everyday life. It's sometimes a battle to get it approved given the cost but at the end of the day the power of ZI is undeniable. Some features and workflows took me a while to find so in the beginning I wasted at least 30 hours doing something in a ridiculous way that was unnecessary. But I tihnk they offered me a session with a specialist which, because I'm stubborn, I turned down...so, don't turn down the coaching sessions. Calmly explain what you need and chances are it's already there. It would be awesome if there were keyboard shortcuts for many operations but I use a Streamdeck to automate many operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales guy with a very niche and specialized clientelle, the main task and challenge is to find out who the prospects are. Let's say you do this with LinkedIn and go through many many profiles to identify people with the right titles etc. Well, in my experience, this takes an extremely long time. With ZI I can say, look there are 2,000 scientists atAbbVie and ZI has direct phone lines for many of them....so why not just call everybody? That's what I do and it's been great. After a short while, I know who my key prospects are.

What do you like best about the product?
I like leveraging Zoominfo because all of the information I need is in one spot - I have clear insight into the organization's industry, revenue, reporting structure, roles, titles, ect. The news function and insights are beneficial as well. I also find value in the daily emails of newly identified companies within my territory/ search criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike - the tool is intuitive and provides all the information I need when finding new names and companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding new companies and their IT leader's information for prospecting.

Saves me a ton of time when prospecting - it has all of the information I need in one place and most importantly the information is very accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy the layout of ZI is to navigate and to find the best contacts. The potential volume a company makes is useful too along with where the company is based.

I do not think there is a back button, so I have to keep using the recent searches to go back a step.

There are no severe problems. The benefits are great for learning about the company hq phone numbers and structures within the company (C-suite, etc.).

Applying all the filters to get just the right "formula" for your output can take some time, but the subscription option for your search and ability to open recent searches helps with this

Using Zoominfo helps me build momentum and spend less time researching and more time connecting

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo gives you contact names and titles that were so hard to confirm before. ZoomInfo makes it easy to find companies that you did not know existed. Being able to see financial information and number of employees make is so easy to find companies that are in our sweet spot. The extensive list of contacts available for a company makes it is to prospect for infomation. The unlimited ways to sort data and filter for the perfect companies makes it so easy to get to productive prospects. Saving searchs and being able to get weekly email updates on companies that on those searches is like getting free money dropped in your account. Not having to search for that information is invaluable. Being able to select Intent Signals by services needed is an easy way to go to market with a marketing and sales campaign. The Events tab makes it easy to find events and trade shows that you would not normally know about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is too much info a dislike? I have not seen anything in ZoomInfo that did not bring value to the platform. There are a few instances that the data is out of date but ZoomInfo makes it easy to submit those companies for more review. Information on smaller companies tends to be less accurate than the data for larger corporations. I dislike the fact that more people are learning about ZoomInfo and taking away the edge that we have against our competition. The education platform for ZoomInfo leaves a little to be desired. The certification does not really give you a working knowledge of the platform. The training is not real world senarios of how you would use the platform day to day. The webinars have been better at getting real world use training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are developing lists of prospects for sales and marketing for our services. ZoomInfo is much better than any list of services that we have used in the past. Getting Intent signals for services our company sells makes prospecting new clients much more manageable. The benefits of having this data available far outweighs using other services to compile this data. When the data is not available it is like having a hand cut off. Having a list of technology being used by a company makes it easy to query a list that you sell a specific service too. Websights makes it easy to keep up with press release info from companies and know when they may be in need of your services. We know get alerts when criteria we specify is met by a company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is better than any stagnet list service on the market. The real-time updates of data and the constant access vs. past list generation are much more helpful daily.
