They are very consistant in communication and provide regular updated to their database and features. We are able to work closley with a Client Services Rep to provide any support we need.

Zoominfo allows us to do a quarterly export of new lead generation for our sales team to outbound with. It allows us to capture leads that fit our ICP and target markets.

I like the way it helps me triangulate inforamtion I need for sales prospecting and understanding my targets as well as information on partners and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to track down info that is otherwise very difficult to find. An example is a cell phone # for a business owner that I'd like to meet. It's easy to use.

Occasionally, the information that I receive is not correct.

I am able to indetify & verify email addresses and phone numbers for key prospects that are otherwise hard to find.

Zoominfo is actually very impressive in terms of contacts and information. It will allow you to reach decision makers that you previously had no access to.

Occasionally there are contacts listed that have left the company.

ZoomInfo Gets You What You Need Fast
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly gather data about companies I'm researching for leads is exceptional, and the Workflow system for automating Intent leads as they populate is outstanding!
The onboarding was extremely helpful, and I feel like our liaison has gone above and beyond his call of duty.
I was able to pick it all up very fast and begin implementation almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism of ZoomInfo Sales is that it might be cost prohibitive for a small company getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It often provides a peek behind the curtain when I'm trying to learn more about a company. Companies do not always broadcast the data we're looking for on their website or LinkedIn pages, and ZoomInfo helps us bridge that gap.
Easy to Use and a Great Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
We often get incomplete lists or lists that are missing contact or company information and we rely on ZoomInfo to fill in those gaps. The system makes it easy and the files I get back are ready for import to our CRM with minimal manual clean-up needed.

With how I use the platform, I have nothing negative to say.

ZoomInfo allows for an improvement in the quality of data we get from outside sources. If the list isn't complete, I can run what I have through ZoomInfo and the information I get back fills in the missing data points for easy import to our CRM.
Great tool for sales outreach!

It's easy to pull hiring manager contact info. from a specific industry and location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contacts are no longer valid, and it's hard to find the "suggest an update" button now to ask for removal of these contacts that have asked us to remove them from our list.

It helps us to draw interest in our staffing services, and to gain new business.

ZoomInfo has incredibly valuable, easy to access, real-time data about companies and individuals within those companies that can help targeted prospecting. It's simple to set filters and parameters based on the verticals you're focusing on and set up update emails to alert you when new data is available.

There are so many options it can be overwhelming initially, to determine how to best find the content you need. However, there are valuable trainings and account managers to assist and answer many of the questions that come up.

It's helping our company locate leads, determine industry trends and access contact information for decision makers.
