Great data - dated UI

What do you like best about the product?
I think the data they provide is fantastic. It's extremely helpful when prospecting and looking for the correct contact information. The org charts are extremely helpful as well. Support is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit dated and could use some revamping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting and finding correct and reliable contact information, company information and org charts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it seamlessly integrates into Salesforce. It is really easy to download leads into campaigns in Salesforce and instantly start marketing to them. I am also really enjoying seeing what technology our prospects are using. This has been extremely useful in how we are framing our messaging to these prospects. One feature that has been instrumental to our sales team is the org chart. The org chart has been a huge help in helping to identify who to target and how to target them. The summary reports are also really helpful as well as it has all of the information we need in a digestable format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been finding that employee addresses are not always accurate. This has been a bit of an issue in our direct mail campaigns. I have also been finding that phone numbers are missing too with some of the contacts. This at times proves to be frustrating, especially when I am trying to set call campaigns with my inside sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our top of funnel lead generation goals with DiscoverOrg. We were having an issue in generating new leads, DiscoverOrg has helped us with this problem. We now have access to contacts at all of our top prospect companies. Additionally, we have also seen an uptick in meetings set using DiscoverOrg. We are now able to target the right people at the right time resulting in more meetings and more revenue in our sales pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend DiscoverOrg to any marketing professional. The only thing to be cautious of is permission based marketing. If using a marketing automation platform, you'll want to check to make sure you can blast emails to leads who have not opted in.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the information on companies consolidated in one place. It really helps when you are trying to find companies to prospect quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the companies aren't always up to date when you reach out to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the ability to quickly load prospects in to Salesforce to enable us to reach out to more people. It's helped speed up the process considerably.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check info before moving forward with contacting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of moving leads from DiscoverOrg into my Sequences in Outreach, the Advance search is very useful, my CSM is the best! Such a help having her assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead accuracy, a lot of times DiscoverOrg will have the person's name wrong or not have the accurate email for that person leading to many awkward emails later. Also they don't have many records for small companies.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it so easy to find the right people and filter across fields to get exactly what I'm looking for. The data is also usually up to date, so I don't have to spend time double checking unnecessarily.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part I don't really have any dislikes. I do wish that my saved searches would update and remove the people I already uploaded to Salesforce. It also seems that the people I upload don't merge with existing contacts and leads in SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to save time and prioritize who I prospect
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it! The searches aren't as robust as I would like, but aside from that it's really great. You'll definitely benefit from using it

What do you like best about the product?
Strong lists of contacts, but also provides intelligence on the business, including recent potential projects. I also like that I can find similar companies from which to prospect within a single industry, but to assists with competitive reviews for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see Linked in connections within Discover org rather than having to jump out to Linked in. Competitors provide this feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding best contacts within an organization, and quick access to their company finances, size, and competitors

Great tool for insights into your potential customers

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new OppAlerts! It gives me information on what my potential customers are working on and who to contact about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that when I import a contact into SFDC it automatically has an "Engaged" status
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job is lead generation so it solves almost all of my problems. It makes it quick to find out who you should talking to and a lot of current and background information for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy is good. data that are provided is good but it is quite difficult to find the date that we are looking for. the result that the discoverorg shows are accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the data are not available. the data that we search are maximum shows as no result found. hence this makes a major issue whenever we are in a search.

Helps to extend sales region and helps to find new accounts
