What do you like best about the product?
The level of granularity of the information, which allows to have insights on many areas, not only the workforce.

Extremely fast and effective action on suggested corrections.

Great customer support

Customized searches allow a great level of detail that saves a lot of time when researching and prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Restricted access for exporting certain fields like cell phone.

Unnecessary second step when exporting into csv.

Responsability matrix's sort options should be kept when changing page or adding a filter.

There could be more graphics to explain certain information like finances.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely love being able to look up information about companies that I would like to prospect for and I can use the several different areas to research the company such as being able to view everyone within the company and to see what kind of products they are currently using so see if my product would be of value to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I dont have anything that I dislike about ZoomInfo and I have used it for 2 years now with two different companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the challenge of making sure the companies I reach out to would need or benefit from the product I want to bring up with and even more so with the right contacts within the company and using the intent to know what it is they are looking at or needing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Zoominfo because it is a game changer when it comes to prospecting!

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily find, sort, and target accounts to prospect and create a fast database for prospective clients with the proper titles. The intent tool is excellent narrowing focus
What do you dislike about the product?
Always a challenge is the ability to keep up to date with changes in position/email/promotions. I have noticed that Zoom has increased its data integrity in the last three years, and it is much better and up to date. Best one out there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding companies and titles which would use our products and the benefit has been to create targeted list/contacts to reach out to easily and I get updates on those accounts

What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly the tool is. I really like how much information you can get for doing very limited types of searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the feeds could be companies that reps import.

Making sure reps are connecting with the right people.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to do searches and find contact information that helps me research my account base
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike. Cant really think of anything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not run into any problems other then perhaps some smaller agencies or sub-agencies not being listed in the organizational search. The benefits I have found are numerous. I especially leverage Zoom to look up contacts as well as the technologies that these organizations are using.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has full and complete information for nearly any contact type you can want. Searching for these contacts is made easy through the advanced search tool and also allows you to get as granular as you want. Perhaps the best feature, however, is that you can easily keep track of specific search types and contacts that you have already exported using the 'tag' feature. This allows you to prevent a situation where you are building out names that you have already started using. It is also a two-way street, so if there are certain organizations that you already have a relationship with or you don't want to gather contact info for, you can easily make a list of these accounts to exclude in a search.

Besides this easy, efficient searchability, ZoomInfo also allows you to upload account lists with little to no information and go off of that to create searches. My switch to ZoomInfo allowed me to save massive amounts of time in outbound prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search features may be difficult for some users to learn to use initially - many of my colleagues are unaware of features that they could be using to save them time. Additionally, the searches can load slowly at time and it is not super easy to search for a single account name - you must type it in and wait for results to show up, or you will get a list of contacts as opposed to the desired account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A minor issue that could be fixed is that when you create a tag for the first time and tag people you must go back and click 'tag' again. Contact information is generally accurate but there is a significant amount of wrong numbers on the mobile section. This is around 5% of exported mobile numbers in my experience.

The benefits of this product are it makes it extremely easy and efficient to get contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
90% of the time I have acess to a direct dial number and email.
Many times even the mobile number!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering options could be more refined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not enough prospects to call? Not with ZoomInfo!
Benefits? How about more scheduled meetings and closed sales!
