Zoom has made my job much easier within a matter of weeks

What do you like best about the product?
The agility to look up people, positions, contact info so easily has saved me hours of work each day
What do you dislike about the product?
Most days there is a lag in the system. I have already cleared my cache and still takes a while to load info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im realizing how unorganized I have been all year

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The ability to locate multiple contacts from almost every company in the world. The ability to save a wide range of searches. How easily it syncs with OutReach.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found something I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making contact is always hard. But with so many people available to connect Zoom makes it easier to get a contact on the phone or through email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time trying to understand the features. Reach out for support. Dive in fully because you'll find so much every day!

Amazing Tool to find qualified Companies and Contacts!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily you can find a contact's mobile number, direct line, personal email, and work email. The time it would take me to find all that information individually would slow down my work flow dramatically. I work in Sales, and I need to find contact info quick, add it to my automated process, and move on to the next prospect. This has truly sped up my processes and ability to reach more people quicker. I also love to have the extension within HubSpot which allows me to quickly update their info if it has not been recently updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mobile and LinkedIn information would transfer to HubSpot when exported. It does slow down my process as I have to manually copy and paste the mobile number and the LinkedIn link. I am not sure if this is a fix for HubSpot or Zoominfo. I also would like the ability to create better searches to find more companies/prospects. I am in a very specific vertical which means I need more customization. The filters are great, but I would love the ability to make a more refined search, maybe been a Boolean search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that ZoomInfo is helping me solve is now I can find contact information that isn't easily attainable via google. When you put in a prospects name into Google, there is a big chance you cannot quickly find their info. The other problem that ZoomInfo helps with is finding key companies that match our specific target. You are able to filter with size, revenue, employees, and more. This has increased performance greatly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using ZoomInfo for anyone who is in Sales, or in Recruiting. You can find company and contact info so fast!

Great for Contact Sourcing

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data and information given is unmatched. Can find anyone from nearly any company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike; it works very well, and doesn't give me any problems. Some extremely small company contacts aren't searchable, but that is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an SDR and having the ability to search for companies and contacts, both the ones that come to our website and cold leads, is extremely helpful. I can do my outreach so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend ZoomInfo if you're in sales and need to have a lot of contacts to reach out to. Very valuable tool for that.

What do you like best about the product?
The correct emails and phone numbers, the ability to reach out on LinkedIn. The faster I can find the information the more likely I will connect with right people in a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating to find the results I want when Building out a list. Seems the more detailed I get sometimes will give me less results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The contacts we get from zoom help us with connecting with the right companies for our business. In turn we are helping our customers better service there customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For lead Gen, Marketing, SDR,&Sales teams it's a must have tool to equip your team with.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's ability to grab all relevant information in a simple to use, highly intuitive platform makes my prospecting much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts aren't always accurate, and it will omit a fair amount of employees
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapidly understanding a company from a glance, and getting contact info is my biggest problem-solver with Zoom

The Best Up-to-Date Database I've Ever Found

What do you like best about the product?
The executive contact names are up to date, as is their contact information. (phone, email address etc.) Also, when quickly looking up a prospect or client by either company name or contact name ZoomInfo includes a small section on what that particular company does which is extremely convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real complaint has been that when you create a list by "Contact Name" it doesn't allow you to then organize (within ZoomInfo) the data by very many fields. For example, in my process I might create a list starting with contact info and then want to sort that list within Zoom by Largest to Smallest Revenue. It's currently not possible. It's possible however to export that list into Excel and then of course sort any imaginable way. Not a huge deal, but would just be a nice-to-have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to uncover businesses within my Market and specifically within my niche within the market.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about ZoomInfo ia that you can find so much information in one place. It cuts down on time when doing my research by being able to log into a single source and find all of the info you need. The quality of information seems to be pretty relevant and gives me a good starting point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to get a little creative with how you search for a business, but there a lot of options. Using the url, name of business, or sometimes fewer words from the business name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me to solve havng to open multiple browsers to find information about a a company.

Great Product - More Accurate Than Competitors

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo does account based research better than anyone. While some competitors can beat them on lead gen, the account info and integration with salesforce are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo is not very intuitive to set up and start using and it took me a couple months to make use of it. Definitely could be more user friendly, but really works once you get into it

Account creation and auto imports into salesforce for territory, account-based selling

What do you like best about the product?
The large amounts of trainings, both recorded and webinars.
Customer service is exceptional
Technical support is super helpful
The product overall gets very granular and deep.
Im not the most tech, and I am able to create, move and navigate with general ease
What do you dislike about the product?
In getting set up it can take a second but our company was acquired and there was deep tech resources needed from both entities.
There are some gray areas where help is needed but those may be more of a 1 off as opposed to a consistent issue
Connection issues sometimes when in outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversations based on various technologies, or random topics to bring the prospects guard down.
When you cant find trust building topics on a prospect in LinkedIn, you'll for surely find those details within Zoom Info.
My own prospecting tool was LinkedIn. When you add in ZoomInfo. You get the whole meal, with dessert, and left overs for the next day.
