Thorough database with tremendous insights
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Discover is depth of available data with various ways you can slice and dice it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Non availability of technology companies. The database is only available for Enterprise Companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to identify right contact resources with their job functions to create an opportunity pipeline.

if anyone is looking for a in-depth analysis of Enterprise prospects, discover is the right product to go for.

Direct phone numbers often need further enriching

Leads for cold outreach. Have had good responses from emails.
Great for getting up to speed on targets

Ability to learn about prospect's infrastructure and know that contact info/role/responsibility are accurate. Also like the SFDC sync features.

Alerts not always on point - would love to be able to tailor them better.

The hierarchy of command helps me understand exactly who I need to target. If I get in at a lower level, I understand the path I need to take.

Sometimes the information is off due to titles being company-by-company, but this is not often enough to be a deal-breaker.

Time is money is sales, so I'm saving time and able to work efficiently through DiscoverOrg.

At times the titles are incorrect which means I need to find them in linkedin and update.

Sometimes the uploads don't work properly. Some of the data is also incorrect and needs quicker updates

I love the fact that I can get very specific with my lists and the process is very simple.

Sometimes the data is outdated, I wish the database was updated more frequently like when people leave an org or employee count.

Discover .org is very simple to use and the data base is very large. Its great for pulling org charts and pulling specific data to help build good solid lists
