Great tool for Sales Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and fast. If I have a contact that I met and I can't find their contact information, I can always search my contacts organization and find someone else's contact in that organization to help me out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the information is 100% accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce time spent on trying to find more leads contact information

I do not like the landing page. It includes too much information that is not useful to sales.

We are exporting lists for specific ERP's and adding clients to our pipeline.

Be ready to consistently download lists as credits allotted per month do expire.
Great Tool for anyone in sales/business development
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is phenomenal in terms so of helping us blueprint our customers, understand key internal relationships from an organizational hierarchy perspective. We have also benefitted from being able to find direct contact information for our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't see too many downsides but integration with salesforce would significantly make us more effective

Great tool for finding who you need to talk to. It changed the way we looked for contact information
What do you like best about the product?
I love the directory-like feel. It allows you to quickly build lists and export them to your favorite CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new format makes it a little harder to find your last saved list or saved searches but everything else is much easier though. I would say that the redemption can be confusing but work with your rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to keep the right contacts in our pipeline and we are able to better understand what's going on in our customer's business. I would say that being able to quickly get to the people that visit our site or click on our campaigns is great!

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate, information is 95% accurate. I also really like that you can search by first name and city to narrow down your search if you are unsure of the last name of the person in the company to are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the feature to type in a physical address to be enabled. Obe able to search by phone number would be nice as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in Business Development and it helps me find contacts phone and email info, I otherwise would not be able to receive over the phone.

The inaccuracy of intent, cell phone numbers and job titles.

Capture wider audiences to prospect. When one contact burns out, I can pivot to another with a few scrolls on the contacts list.

The accuracy and currency of contact information is outstanding. The Intent and Scoops functionality provides valuable organizational insight upon which an introduction and dialog can be established.

The technologies information available should be exportable.

We use Account-based Marketing to drive our Value-bases Selling campaigns. The market research information available to target accounts is excellent!
