Excellent tool for research and prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
Identification of people by role/title. Intents. Scoops.
What do you dislike about the product?
running out of credits... I then have to wait for the next month to do more work with the tool or ask my company for more credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identification of new prospects based on industry, size, location etc and then finding the right contacts within those organizations for campaigns and callings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an excellent tool for research and prospecting.

ZoomInfo Is Crucial to my Success

What do you like best about the product?
I love the vast amounts of contact information on various companies and. the employees that work there, that I use to. know who to target. As a business development representative half the battle is figuring out who to target and then finding good contact information and loading them into your day-to-day tool for carrying out email/call campaigns. ZoomInfo is absolutely in my success and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advanced search feature could. be a little better. Sometimes it brings up results for companies that I didn't submit in my 'text input list'. I think it may be because the company I entered is owned by a much larger company and that's the one that shows up in the search. Either way, it's not helpful. Also, don't like how you can only upload 25 ppl from an advanced contact search into your CRM M(Outreach in my case) at a time because that's how many ppl are shown on each page and you can only select the people on that page at at time. The other option is to extract the full list to a spreadsheet and then upload from there, but it never comes out as nicely as when you do it straight from zoominfo. I also think the news section could be a little better. And I don't find the scoops or intent data useful at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem that each BDR, and BDR team faces, which is finding good quality contact information on the right people at the right company. Zoominfo makes that easy by providing, title, and a linkedin link which I find absolutely crucial to verify the information and sometimes learn more about their role. I love that part of it. But overall it's just being able to easily upload quality contacts iinto my outreach tool, and put them on a sequence from there. It saves so much time I would spend guessing at contact information gleaned from linkedin or each companies website. The amount of time it saves compared to doing it without zoominfo is literally immeasurable. Absolute lifesaver.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides granular contact details and the ability to sort contacts by title, department and region. It's easy to use and most importantly the data is accurate 90% +.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not be able to download contact info without a charge. I believe I am capped at X amount of downloads per CDW policy. I have not tried to do so yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting into other LOBs that I would not have access to prior, and better visibility to IT organization contacts and the overall company organization. And company news and market trends is a nice feature too.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's ease of use is what I like best. Seldom do I find myself confused on how to attack a particular task with ZoomInfo. Additionally, I would say the accuracy of the contact information is surprisingly great. I cannot recall ZoomInfo providing me inaccurate contact information once. Lastly, the ability to adjust the accuracy of your search is a great feature- I appreciate the honesty from the platform. The market research is also another great quality of the platform that allows me to essentially live inside of ZoomInfo for everything prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the integration aspect of ZoomInfo is something I look forward to being improved upon. Communication between Salesforce, Outreach, and other Sales Development tools. To build on this, the lag between these channels can oftentimes make the task more tedious than it needs to be. Also, the exporting of contact lists has always confused me. When I try to export contacts into an excel sheet, it doesn't really work. I wish there was some sort of function where I could export contacts into a google sheet with the click of a button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact research primarily is what I use ZoomInfo for. The time to value with ZoomInfo is incredible. Within minutes, I can have contact information for key decision-makers within my key accounts. This would take me hours of research on my end if I were to try to do this alone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. You will be shocked with how incredible this platform is.

The ability to populate prospect lists within minutes has been great for our company. Especially working within the robotics industry.

Compared to competitors, I can’t seem to think of any flaws.

The need to travel.

What do you like best about the product?
Trustworthy data and innovative tools to help us find the right people. I think the intent and Websights data is really powerful to see what organizations are in the market for our solutions and what organizations are already researching us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has so many features and filtering options it takes some time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new prospects, help with conversion and data cleaning. The biggest thing for us is to develop a more robust outbound marketing approach to the right targets.

I couldn't do my job without ZoomInfo

What do you like best about the product?
- The data is about 95% accurate
- The bulk export to SalesForce saves me a ton of time
- Alert emails help me stay on top of my territory and uncover active ICP companies
- They have innovated a lot over the course of the past year since I started using it
What do you dislike about the product?
- Frequent status issues, like the extension loading very slowly or the search bar not working well. But these issues are typically resolved fairly quickly.
- I wish it was a little bit smarter at mapping to existing SalesForce accounts... if the company is called Acme in Zoominfo but Acme Inc. in Salesforce, but both have www.acme.com as the domain, I wish it would pick up on that instead of having to manually search for the account in Salesforce. But this is relatively painless.
- I haven't found much value with scoops (i.e. they say that an account is researching into X topics, but when I reach out to them, they're not interested.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I'm an SDR so heavily focused on outbound prospecting. ZoomInfo allows me to scale my outreach really effectively.
- With everyone working from home, having access to accurate mobile numbers is critical in reaching my prospects (as no one really picks up their office lines anymore).
- The "Outreach Generated" contacts (i.e. AI guessing at the contact information based on what it knows about email patterns & LinkedIn information) is SO helpful -- I used to have to do this manually which took a lot of time. Now I almost never have to manually create a SalesForce contact.

I truly don't think I could be an SDR without ZoomInfo and would encourage anyone applying to be an SDR to ask future employers if they will have access to this tool. It would be a dealbreaker for me if a company did not invest in ZoomInfo to enable outbound efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Information! A lot of information that can be strategically used to target right account and right persona at a right time with right and relevant information to have conversations around.
2. It is also easy to navigate and search right data.
3. Also the Zoominfo university is a great place to learn skill. It helped me in my day-to-day activity.
4. Sometimes contacts which are not seen on linkedIn is available at Zoominfo.
5. Company's insider news like adopted or remove technology. I use it to to pitch value selling.
6. Simple to create a list of Account, contacts, save searches.
7. one stop tool to manage leads, accounts, data base
8. The zoominfo reachout is simply awesome. It can be used anywhere to get the information. Fast and quick
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Not all accounts have complete information. For example - enterprise accounts have intent and scoop detail but a start might not have it. But I know thats the challenge Zoominfo team is trying to overcome ;)
2. While exporting data to salesforce, most of the times not all contact details are exported (may be API integration issue).
3. Sometimes the company info are not completely up-to-date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems - Hunting right accounts and persona out of the pool of big data, relevant information to get the conversation started. Organisation chart to learn sphere of influence. Bad contact number or email.

Benefits - Quality Lead generation, faster data collection, prioritising accounts and contacts based on intent and scoops

After using Zoominfo for more than a year I would highly recommend it to my peers

What do you like best about the product?
I love having access and insights into a business, its attributes, and all the relevant information I need to prospect into an account. I like being able to drill down in a very strategic way on the employees within a business and understand the best way to get in touch with them. I can search by name, title, job description, etc. I also like the flexibility of moving a contact directly into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email addresses are incorrect. This is very rare but it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding important attributes of a customer account and a prospect account. Being able to make almost real time decisions based on information I am getting from Zoominfo. Being able to put a list together of the perfect candidate for my product makes it easier to segment down to a group who is likely to purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is really critical to helping me find the right contact person and their information. The insights are customizable and I rely on them on a daily basis. I find myself checking zoom info multiple times per day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the downside is sometimes outdated or missing information. I dont think it is a huge flaw, but it is something that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outdated information in our CRM info. Sometimes I come across someone who's email has repeatedly bounced back, and I can check a combination of Linkedin and Zoominfo for help.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its definitely worth the investment. I have worked in sales for a long time and I have used other competitors like hoovers - zoom info is hands down the best tool I have ever used and would implement it in any future role I take.
