By far the easiest way to find good contact info quickly across nearly any vertical.
What do you like best about the product?
The basics of the platform are really east to understand, even the most technically illiterate person can figure them out pretty quickly. The search feature is extremely easy to use. Filtering by location, company size, industry, department, and title makes it really easy to find qualified leads. The data export feature is also fantastic, as it allows the product to be useful even when your most driven team members use all their credits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The credit limits can be a pain, as it can hinder or slow down your most driven team members. We noticed some slight speed degradation from SFDC integration and the VisualForce UI wasn't great, but the new Lightning platform may have fixed those issues. Finally, some of the more advanced features, like lead builder and data export, aren't the most intuitive things in the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be extremely difficult for sales people of any tenure to quickly and easily find contact information for qualified leads. ZoomInfo solves this problem by providing an easy to search database with vertical, title, and geo filtering. It's intuitive and easy to use, so training and on-boarding is a breeze. AND it has a decent SFDC (Salesforce.com) integration to boot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your sales team is struggling to find contact info or you are just looking to streamline the process and increase overall efficiency, ZoomInfo is worth the investment. BUT you need to make sure your sales org is using it to it's fullest potential, as it is certainly not the cheapest product on the market. I'd also recommend doing the free trial just to ensure it work for your verticals.
Great tool for researching organizations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to quickly see the address, annual revenue and a link to the company website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The family tree isn't always available, the annual revenue has been off on select accounts and occasionally the company HQ has changed recently - but overall these are rare occurrences. I wish the ERP field was more consistent - it's a good starting point but I find this to be incorrect most times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Determining annual revenue, searching for new accounts in my territory. It loads very quickly and so I can be efficient hoping from account to account.

If you're looking for leads and companies, DiscoverOrg is a great tool.

Customer support is non existent, never heard from my CSM

We need leads to call. Zoominfo gives us leads

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to slice and dice data - they make it easy to search by technology, location, industry, company size, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes that data isnt 100% correct. That makes it a little hard but i have done some verification and i would say for searching by technology, it is about 85% correct, which is rather high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for our inside sales team to find prospects. Also the ability to find new contacts if our current contact has left the organization is helpful.
Great for direct dials
What do you like best about the product?
The direct dials database is very strong compared to the rest of the market. I highly suggest ZoomInfo is this is what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information can be outdated. The old information usually stays within ZoomInfo if someone leaves a company. Emails can be hit or miss. I typically look on Linkedin for new prospecting triggers and other tools to find emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is great for cold calling during power hours.
Pretty quality contact information for a sales team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of direct dial information you can get from using Zoom Info
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails bounce, but there is no silver bullet as far as things go in the space, so this isn't a deal breaker for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When doing outbound sales activity, ZoomInfo can greatly benefit getting in touch with the key prospects you target. Having direct dials not only increases the likelihood of a prospect to answer, but it reduces the time it takes to do a single touch so you don't have to go through a switchboard.

Pretty accurate numbers and emails on here. Helps me get my day to day job done at a more efficient level.

I love the ability to be able to read the job description of the person I am calling before I call them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have looked up some Companies but have not been able to see information because it is locked. I feel that if we have been a customer for this long we should be rewarded with new leads and not charged for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to find the new contact when existing one is no longer with the company. I have been able to find the right contact so that I can get a quote out and eventually get an order.

Just starting out - Very useful for whitespace prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Zoom info add in called "reach out" as it is very useful to find the correct information for email and calling when searching for new prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is alot of companies that are not on Zoom info that are semi enterprise level and I believe should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily finding information on brand new prospects while utilizing Sales Navigator as well

The user interface is very easy to navigate and provides great insight into current organization charts as well as pain points the companies are facing and projects associated with these pain points.
