What do you like best about the product?
I think the ease of access and the ability to easily take control of the site and use it to the fullest potential even for the newest user.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really a downside to Zoominfo, however, it would be nice to have multiple log ins at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate with all of my clients during this time of Covid when those are working from home.

What do you like best about the product?
The filter tool, being able to find the right contacts in the right positions makes my life a whole lot easier. Plus being able to export these contacts is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say there's no negative reviews from me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contacts in the correct positions helps a lot. I do IT sales, so being able to filter to strictly IT and specific positions really helps me out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an absolute must have.

nothing to dislike ... maybe the TAG could be saved since they are lost each time you sign out

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy navigation tools and I love the accuracy of data I am searching.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike, but it would be cool if when searching, maybe the platform could give suggestions....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding contact information and business potential. The benefits I am realizing is there is MORE to my accounts than I originally thought....

What do you like best about the product?
The targeted lists and enhancements for databases
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point may not justify the use of the software since a lot of individuals cannot pay the price, it works more for business purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems but the price point is high as I mentioned earlier. the benefits for me outweigh the cons. I love that I can track the lists I am speaking with at the executive level in my organization, it helps streamline communications tremendously.

I like how simple and fast it is to get info on an account - org chart, financials, technologies being used

I think you could do a better job updating the org charts and some of the data there is old

What do you like best about the product?
- The ability to tag and save complex searches.
- Ease of use and how quickly I was getting value from the product
- It's a good tool

Exporting org charts was a little difficult, but overall the product isn't difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I have been able to figure out who is working at organizations I am trying to sell to, while also being more informed about their business activity

sometimes it does not clear the data properly and causes issues for next search

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and how accurate the information presented is. Also great integration tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how expensive it is. Itys a bit much for any small business to manage but larger ones could reap the benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the CORRECT job titles and contact information can be a struggle. Zoom Info helps with that.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing or what I like 'best' is how simple it is to search and find the right people at the right company/s. I must add that I also greatly appreciate the granular level of detail that we are given when applying filters/variables to a search.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the search bar at the top. It is not a regular search bar - and I understand the benefit of the interactive, live search bar - and a lot of the time it will not allow me to conduct a new search, but simply shows me the last search result it gave me in the interactive section that loads up when you begin typing. I must mention, this is only something I have highlighted because I was asked for something I dislike - I generally to not dislike anything about the platform and am finding new ways to use it to better my work and output all the time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I check contacts, their details and especially their direct lines and mobile phone numbers! A benefit I have recently realised is the alert emails. I use the new contacts as an indication of who I should be engaging :)
