A tool to search for contacts and companies
What do you like best about the product?
I like their new 2.0 version. It has a web extension that allows you to go on LinkedIn and search to see if that person is in the LinkedIn database.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you couldn't see the contact names on the 1.0 but now that they recently upgraded to the 2.0 version, it seems to be working a lot better. You know what exact title you are receiving when downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our problem of client outreach. With little to no contact information, we weren't able to expand our outreach to prospects. But now we can.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep doing what you're doing! 2.0 is much more useful than 1.0.
great info for credit and finance contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has lots of titles for finance, credit and accounting people, not just the typical marketing, sales and IT that most packages have. Also, have many direct phone numbers and accurate email
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the names are out dated, and the information is not correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to find new contacts with the right titles for prospecting. We use zoom paired with sales navigator and between the the two products it makes finding prospects more efficient
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a non typical title, zoom will most likely have lots of good contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is being able to create a custom search and then run that search in salesforce to cross-reference contacts that are already in my CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT's pricy. But, it's worth every penny for what you get.

It's helping me and my team more efficiently prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is easy to navigate, the org charts are great and the information is generally reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chrome extension is hit or miss but no real serious complaints

Great tool for collecting data on prospects and navigating company organizations
Great for company intel, sometimes not updated as much as would be helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see an overview of the organization, what their worth is, leadership, contacts, as well as org charts. It also integrates nicely with Salesforce so you can bulk add contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's very outdated with the contacts or information about org charts and who reports to who.

Prospecting into large enterprise accounts
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really great sales intelligence tool, especially for enterprise level companies. It was harder to use when I was working on smaller sized companies but it was still sometimes useful

The ease of use is great. Simply plug it and chug it

It works about 70 percent of the time, so it could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I am stumped and an inbound lead doesn't come in with their #, I can rely on zoom info.
Great Prospecting Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic suppression option of contacts already pulled within the past 6 months and the fast-acting custom support!
What do you dislike about the product?
User error is very possible, organization in list segmentation is key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoughtful prospecting techniques for marketing and sales outreach. The benefits are reaching valid contacts at a wide variety of companies and title levels.

Pricing could be expensive for smaller companies.
So far sales loves it!

The ease of implementation is surprising and so far sales is raving about the accuracy of the phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data restrictions are still there - for example they told us we'd have full access to a certain fields, yet for some reason they aren't available for mapping yet??? So we can't get them into SFDC or score off of them. Super disappointing. Also make sure you get the webhook - my rep told me I didn't need it when trying to get the deal closed, however you totally do if you want leads to be matched and cleaned on creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a marketing perspective we are solving the fact that 75% of our leads that were sent over to sales needed some kind of cleaning - now we can reduce the amount of junk getting over to them. Ultimately saving sales time and helping get better data on what outlets are actually producing solid leads.
Excellent product for list building or targeted prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, complete data for many records, financial information, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to limit the number of contacts on a list build to the specific ones you are searching.

What do you like best about the product?
easiest UI and more accurate info of all platforms I have used
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the lookup can be finnicky but generally with a bit of trial and error you can find the contact you're looking for within a few seconds
