Wonderful experience in finding key IT personnel within the Federal Government sector

What do you like best about the product?
Discover/Zoom Info not only helps me find key customer contacts within the federal government, but it also does a great job of keeping you in the loop with current happenings with your target customers or agencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is challenging to find government contractors who are supporting the government. i.e. if an agency has a prime contract with a systems integrator, but still has a .gov email address, it can be a challenge to

What do you like best about the product?
The export to excel feature is such a well thought of tool. It makes my process of lead uploading much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like all the emails I get, and alert banners on the websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get my sales people new contacts at plants where they cannot go (due to COVID). The benefits are numerous; direct dial numbers, mobile numbers, LinkedIn connections, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to source information easily, creating a seamless sales process and an easy tool to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can occasionally become a bit slow and cause some lag when using a lot of pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving so many problems! It allows me to source genuine information and contact leads quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
The insights around buyer intent, drill down in the hierarchy of leadership and contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 10% of the time or so that the personal info is not accurate. Pulling hair here!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
top of the funnel to get in contact with DM's. The fastest way to get the info you need

What do you like best about the product?
My company has numerous offerings, so being able to use buyer intent to target contacts for relevant campaigns on topics that they are researching is great! Also, integration with CRM is a huge time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was able to save filters on Buyer Intent topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to update contact information especially during the pandemic. Easier to target the right people with the right message - increased open rates, webinar attendees, new logos!

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to get information on accounts like IT budget, which is relevant for my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it updated more frequently since sometimes prospects are no longer at the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to prospect on reliable information. It is great when you can connect with the right people.

Zoominfo Engage removed all the manual process for my daily outreach to prospects

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ability to see who has opened, clicked and replied to all my emails
I am happy for the additional "variables" option, so I can send multiple emails at the same time. Some days I have to send 200 emails and before it took ages to organise my day. With the use of Zoom Info Engage I plan everything in the morning and I am done with daily outreach by midday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do experience glitches using the platform such as:
- I use tags with all contacts that I transfer from Zoom Info. When I create various tags for different campaigns tags are sometimes not uploading even if I refresh the website 3 times.
- emails in the queue are not sending so I have to double my hussle: When I want to send 50 emails at the same time system sends 3 emails and the rest is unfortunately untouched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- being able to track who has viewed, opened my email and clicked on the link provided
- productivity increase since I don't have to copy and paste all the emails in Gmail
- using Variables which allows me to send hundreds of emails at the same time to different organisations
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend investing in zoom info engage platform to make your own life easier, work more organised and spend less time remembering by yourself when you need to do another outreach touchpoint.
Using Zoom info engage you can set salestasks and the system will send emails by itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from being able to map out my entire territory and finding new contacts to reach out to, I love the daily email alerts of new contacts and account intelligence. It's also fantastic to set parameters of company size and technologies used which is 100% essential to prioritizing my outreach. The days of spraying and praying are over with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't point my finger at anything I dislike because Zoominfo offers an incredible web application + an incredibly reliable Chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an account executive who is also responsible for setting my own meetings, Zoominfo is part of my daily routine. I've tried many, many business intelligence tools but hands down, Zoominfo is the most effective.

A lot of information relevant to me when pursuing new logos. Contact information mostly.

Org charts are not the most accurate information

Ability to understand the customer landscape. Have been able to reach out to potential customers. We also get a view of the application and tools being used by the prospect
