What do you like best about the product?
The interface makes it very easy to search for people if you know their name or company. I also like that it's very easy to transfer lead information directly into SalesForce

It can be very frustrating when information that seems to be current (based on the last updated date) turns out to be wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to get contact information for my sales prospecting efforts. The benefits have been that on average, I spend substantially less time trying to get a prospects contact information and as a result I can reach out to many more people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be realistic in what you expect. It's never going to be able to provide contact information for everyone you're trying to reach.

What do you like best about the product?
As a user, it's pretty simple. It easily imports into Salesforce, and the data is pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin portal could be revamped, it's looking a bit outdated.

Data finding; it's accurate
Zoominfo is a very reliable tool

The information is very accurate and their support is extremely efficient. We are obtaining great prospects from their database.

The integration with outreach could improve in some ways.

We have reduced our average bounce rate in a 7%. Besides, we can target very specific companies and profiles that match our ICP.

The best part is their plug-in for Google Chrome which makes data quick and easy

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say to give it a chance. It has a lot of great data and even if some of it is outdated the product has a great support team that is constantly updating the information.
Easy to use and very helpful contact information
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and apply filters to create lead lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is old - even when more updated information exists on LinkedIn. Note that on the screenshot I uploaded, my personal data is from two companies ago. I tried to fix it myself, but wasn't successful. I'm sure I could, but don't really have time to figure it out.

I am able to get contact information for my leads which I hope to turn into sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of learning all the capabilities of Zoom. Due to time constraints, I feel like I have only just scratched the surface of what it can do.
Solid system, data has some gaps

Interface is clean and intuitive. We can build pretty good lists for our marketing and sales folks.

Some of the data has gaps and we are sometimes missing critical contacts at a company, or it's the wrong info al together.

Easier access to contact info for our outreach.
Lots of intelligence - more than just a look up tool
What do you like best about the product?
Stephen Mott did a great job getting us to really see the value of the platform this year. We had mainly been using it as a look up tool, but he invested in showing us how to use it as a "platform" and we have seen some pretty quick success.
They have lots of contacts, and most do have accurate phone (DL's too) and emails. Their scoops are very helpful to identify companies that have raised funding, executive moves, and layoffs. The Websights also are great to look at what customers and prospects are visiting your website.
Subscribing to daily alerts for scoops has helped us get some quick upsells (funding alerts for growth). Uploading lists of companies to match has also been helpful to narrow down I searches in the platform and surpress from searches. I also really like the org charts.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot in the platform, so it can be challenging to know where to start. Saved searches are also a little finicky as some you can subscribe to, some you can't,. It would be very helpful if Admins can upload lists and set up saved searches for people on my team. It would also be great if the whole idea of "credits" went away, although they seemed to have made this easier by allowing monthly credits per rep that don't count as "bulk" credits.

Trying to find contact information for prospects and companies to focus on. We have been able to find the right people and reach out at the right time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the key is to have the right searches set up so you are not wasting time looking at an ocean. Take the time to set up some narrow searches and go bulls eye hunting. The upfront investment in getting the platfom properly set up is worth it.
Fairly priced option for good quality data
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the interface and the sheer number of contacts within the database. I also like the breadth of information for accounts and the integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the phone numbers or contacts say that they were updated in the last 60-90 days but turns out the number is wrong, the email bounces, or the contact is no longer with the company. Leads to some wasted time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of direct dials/emails within our CRM. I'm spending less time researching my accounts/contacts which saves me a bunch of time.

Depending on your needs, this is the best option out there for companies not looking to break the bank with more expensive data providers.
