ZoomInfo expedites the prospect identification process
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is the quick export to our CRM and the email accuracy
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes emails are not discoverable due to the prospect being located outside of the U.S.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to retrieve prospect contact information and zoominfo typically allows me to do that very seamlessly.

integration to linkedin and export options to hubspot and outreach make it so simple

What do you like best about the product?
More mid and senior level IT contacts than anyone else. Very responsive team that listens and updated the product based on customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Finding the correct contacts in IT to sell our products to.

What do you like best about the product?
The data is organized in a simple to use way. The database email contacts is one of the richest I have seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far except that my organization has not subscribed to all categories of info which I wish they would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized the most benefits from the employee list and organization overview.

encourage your organization to subscribe to all aspects of ZoomInfo as it is rich in data.
ZoomInfo is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to get notifications as to what organizations are searching online for solutions I can offer. It then has a very easy way to research contacts and company information that can easily be uploaded into my salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure what I dislike yet, I only have positives so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not having any problems and when I need training or support, the customer service team has been very responsive. I email them and they call me back within minutes of my request!

If your organization does not use this system for your sales teams you are missing out.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to get the details about my prospects and clients to see what scoops are going on and get automated emails of new issues. The phone numbers and emails are accurate and let me connect and book meeting faster increasing my sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of the filters is a little tricky and could be more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tools helps me solve problems like decreasing time to meeting, opportunity and contact with prospects and contacts. I can get more information about the company during research to make the most our of my conversations with Zoom info.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to hyper focus your search to find the exact group of people you are searching for. I also like that you are able to export your tagged lists in one export rather than multiple exports in the last version of the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to start from where I left off when I leave the site and then come back later in the day or the next day. I would also like to see a function that helps update the information for each contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to fully customize my searches to my liking and I am sourcing my leads from ZoomInfo. The benefits that I've realized are that the information is accurate and the website is easy to use.

Intent and Scoop data help me create relevant marketing campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I love the filtering system of the advanced search function because it helps me to create very finely segmented lists of leads to market to and ultimately results in better quality leads to pass to sales. I also like that I can create a profile of our ideal customers and limit my searches to those contacts and companies. Additionally, my company is expanding to new markets. It's very helpful to check out prospecting data for our sales reps in these new markets on one hand while also changing up the required data slightly to select for potential new leads for specific campaigns in these new territories, taking a multi-channel approach to getting new business in a new market from the very beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a recent user so I'm not sure yet if this will be an issue, but I suppose I'm concerned about having enough credits to use for FormComplete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better Marketing and Sales alignment. Gives us a solid launching point for important, actionable conversations around qualifying leads. Sales and Marketing alignment is important to me and my role, but until now, it has been challenging to frame the conversation around lead scoring, etc, in a way that would actually allow us to take make marketing decisions based on our decision criteria. Lining those up with ZoomInfo advanced search variables means we can all prospect and market to audiences with the same understanding of what makes a good prospect and how to find those contacts and accounts.

There are many different features that could potentially be part of your ZoomInfo subscription, so be sure to fully evaluate which ones are right for you as you demo this product. Also, don't worry about having the information you'll need to onboard the platform effectively—ZoomInfo has so many amazing education tools and videos including a comprehensive certification program to get users off the ground running.
