What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easily accessible as a plug-in, and when the information is accurate, it's incredibly helpful to my team for setting up meetings with the right company size and geographic location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information on State, Revenue, Employee size is sometimes off or does not show up at all. Happens a lot with smaller companues. As we focus on SMB it's important to have tha data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us see a companys location, arr, employee size with in seconds. When we have folks calling or in the chat it's critical to have this information so we can set up a meeting for the proper AE.
Easy way to get contact information
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to get contacts in an easy way by just adding the extension of ZoomInfo. I use it everyday to get contact information for prospects whose numbers or emails are unknown.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information is incorrect and there is no way to easily report the number as incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales person youare trying to get to as many people as posible. Without Zoominfo it is really hard to get the right contact information for prospects or to know whether they work for a company or not. ZoomInfo makes it easy to see who works at the company and gives you their contact information to talk to them.
Best tool to help with prospecting!
What do you like best about the product?
I am amazed every time I search for a prospective client with ZoomInfo, as when I do that, I get what I came there for, and it is no surprise that with ZoomInfo's help, I was able to book many important prospective client meetings, thanks to the mobile numbers I found there, and most of those meetings turned into contracts, so THANK YOU, ZoomInfo!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when mobile numbers do not belong to the person I called for, and even numbers that are out of service, but those happen rarely, so maybe having someone inspect for those accounts/companies that are out of date would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me locate important prospective client information.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate and find the required information. The support and customer success managers are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The international data (especialaly Europe and APJ) is not comprehensive

ZoomInfo helps maintain the accuracy and enrichment of our account data with various data elements that support our internal analysis. The primary benefit we gain from the platform is enhanced lead generation and prospecting capabilities
Great Prospecting and Account Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me identify and organize my targets within the accounts I'm prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
More accurate data. Sometimes I run into the wrong number or email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow me to navigate my book with ease and prospect efficiently and effectively. They also give me good insights into my accounts and make sure I stay on top of my sales efforts.
A lot of info still learning to tap into
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find and update existing contacts & aid in prospecting is something that I see as very useful from the beginning. As a newer user, I know there is much more information available at the click of a few buttons and filters. Anything new takes some time but with the little experience I have with ZI Sales I'm excited to the possibilities it brings and I use this daily. Also the fact that it works well with Salesforce is a nice feature too.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my limited expeience wth ZI Sales, I have found a bit of out of date content. If i could 'flag" such content it would be nice to see an update. There may be that option already but I am unaware at this time. when copying a contact into Salesforce, it would be nice to have check marks to choose what to bring over as it doesn't copy the whole info on the contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The expanding of contact/prospect info is very helpful. Also the fact that AI writes an email and can tweak as necessary. It also exposes other contacts within am organization to bypass gatekeepers and get in touch with decision makers.

Really easy and intuitive to use! My team and I love the "most likely to engage" filter.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I can think of is that it logs me out about every 3 hours or so -- not sure if this is a Zoominfo problem, or if it's something my company does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even though I am in an outbound role, a lot of time we get inbound leads with fake numbers or emails -- easy to pull them up on Zoominfo and get the correct information so we can get ahold of people!

I've never had a need to reach out to customer support because the UI is very user friendly. I use this daily and highly recommended for sales professionals looking to streamline their process and boost results!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ZoomInfo will have duplicate company accounts or does not automatically update people who leave the company. It's a small dislike that does not out weigh the pros of having this software for GTM.

Solving the problem of not having good contact information, this is very beneficial for B2B sales.
