What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales has a very good database and accuracy. Its makes it very easy to find leads and make a reaserch on it andtarget the company. The integration with our CRM platform is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo sales one of the main drawbacks I’ve encountered is the pricing structure also i have noticed that the customer support experience could be more responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo addresses my challenges of data enrichment. It save alot of our manual efforst and save alot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using ZoomInfo Sales because it streamlines the process of finding and connecting with the right prospects. The platform provides accurate and up-to-date contact and company information, saving me time and effort in lead generation. Overall, ZoomInfo Sales helps me work more efficiently and achieve better results in less time
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I didn’t like about ZoomInfo Sales was that the leads’ information wasn’t always accurate, and there were occasional bugs in the software. However, I was impressed by the ZoomInfo team’s responsiveness and dedication to addressing my concerns. They worked quickly to resolve issues and ensure my experience improved, which I really appreciated.

ZoomInfo Sales saves me a lot of time by providing easily accessible contact information, so I don’t have to spend hours searching for it manually. This allows me to focus on reaching more people and expanding my outreach efforts, ultimately increasing my productivity and helping me connect with the right prospects more effectively

Zoominfo is leader in B2B data provide, we get an option to deep dive in crores of database and pick the relevant ones for the marketing activity. all the data of leads and company are genuine and verified

there is not much real time update on Manager level data

Most helpful thing is the automated task flow on alerts and notification, verified contact details and intelligent. get linkedin profile link as well

The ZoomInfo sales and onboarding process has been amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The Advanced Search filters allow our users to search for their exact target audience so they can quickly reach out to people instead of wasting time digging through long lists of irrelevant data. I especially like the "Likely to Engage" filter because it gives us insight into the best way to engage with a prospect.
Some features are unavailable to us because of our subscription level, such as organization charts and technologies, but I was able to utilize them during a trial period, and they are AMAZING. I hope to be able to upgrade our team in the future!

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see additional financial metrics other than total revenues, specifically for the healthcare provider space (large health systems and hospitals); we use Net Patient Revenue and Medicare Revenues as financial metrics to determine if an account is a target.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales has the most accurate contact data that we have found in the market. Other solutions that we have used tend to either have out of date information or no contact information for the titles/roles that we are looking for.

Its easy to use, friendly and helpful CS Team, good data and growing product line that provides value.

the costs are higher then many of its competitors but you get what you pay for.

Sometimes the information is outdated, for example, if someone retires from a company or moves to a different company.

I use ZoomInfo Sales daily and I benefit by using ZoomInfo Sales through finding contacts within my white space accounts to reach out to. This has helped me reach my sales metrics and opened new opportunities for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo constantly to find contact info, confirm lead locations, map target orgs, etc. It's easily the best source for sales intel that I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor UI quirks that I've noticed when navigating a company's location and employee lists but that hasn't slowed me down much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me confirm the role/location of sales leads, find new contact information, and find alternative contacts at that lead's company.
