Great source of information and business intelligence

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a user for many years and love how easy it is to find and pull out. From just downloading contacts to a full company profile, it helps our sales team with their prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would have the future purchase intent and past purchases/ RFP's for Public Sector accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the account better- what type of technology they are using and who is in charge of it. It helps us with a more focused message when doing direct campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use the list match option and company profile export

What do you like best about the product?
User experience, quality of leads and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, we are in the onboarding phase. N/A
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo was purchased mainly for our corporate sales team to focus on lead generation. Coupled with the intent data, we will now have the ability to design a more targeting approach and save the team a lot of time while increasing productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy getting Scoops of my accounts so I know what is going on inside their org. It also helps lead the conversations I want to have and what type of collateral to send prospects I'm looking to get in contact with for business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it better if Zoominfo had better contacts in Middle Enterprise companies as well as the larger enterprise companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in contact with the correct person and getting contact information of others that might be involved as well.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a tremendous tool for category research. Choose an industry and its related verticals, and ZoomInfo puts you in the know about the respective companies and employees. . . anything from organizational structure, annual revenue, employee count, contact information and latest news. Wow. Best of all, it is not a passive site. As a licensee, I receive notifications of intent when the companies I am monitoring are considering noteworthy changes. This maximizes the relevancy of ZoomInfo. What a great resource for anyone in business development! ZoomInfo also helps "sharpen the saw" by providing a knowledge base and tutorials to support my application training. I took their sales certification class, which added a credential to my LinkedIn account. Anytime I needed extra help, I reached out and received a quick, courteous, and satisfactory response. Growing businesses should give ZoomInfo serious consideration as a sales development resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about ZoomInfo. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it. Users who don't learn the real potential of ZoomInfo are losing out. It is important to take the time to learn everything about the capabilities of ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo enables me to be "category deep" when I am prospecting for certain verticals. I have immediate access to the prospect information and contacts, which saves me valuable time. Doing my research in ZoomInfo has also helped me grow my target groups and generated new ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
the search engine is quick to find the exact results you want due to the large amount of filters provided. The in depth personalization will make it 10x easier to find exactly what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
more people in the system that are up to date, more mobile numbers

Prospecting for our business is critical, this tool helps alleviate that issue almost all together

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo on a daily basis to research my accounts and select individuals to target who may find my solutions valuable. The info is accurate, up to date, and leads to me to the right targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company only subscribes to certain departments in our target companies. It would be nice to have access to other departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo saves me countless hours to find contact information for the high level prospects in my target accounts. I regularly discover new prospects by using their tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to do research on who are the key target contacts in your accounts, ZoomInfo is a very valuable tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable point for me is the contact information: e-mails, direct phones, mobile phones, and the number of HQ. You can find also a LinkedIn profile and sometimes additional e-mails (generally the personal email). Moreover, you can understand the structure of the company and use the search tools by location, title, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nevertheless, ZoomInfo is a powerful tool; sometimes, I can't find information about the account and its employees. For example, I noticed more than 2,000 employees, but ZoomInfo provides information about only 500 employees. However, I totally recommend its tool for all salespeople because you can find a lot about your future potential customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is a lack of information about your account. You can find only the HQ phone numbers and e-mail, but you should find direct and mobile phone numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
It has so many ways to gather information on leads as well as find competitors within the same realm. I think having contacts previous jobs and or position is a major help in connecting with the person or like I mentioned finding new connections and or leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how some are out of date and that makes it difficult to be efficient while using it for calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm skipping the "gatekeeper" stage which is just the worst. I immediately find a contact and save so much more time than the cold calling way that we've been using prior.
