Best source of quality prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo gathers more leads with better accuracy by scanning the web
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of quantity over quality with some leads being retired
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoominfo we are able to reach out to more leads in our target markets

What do you like best about the product?
It provides direct lines and correct email addresses based on signature lines
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates only happy 3 or 6 months so contacts can be wrong. Also, if an employee's email signature isn't updated or shut down after they leave a company, you won't know unless you call in (I've called for deceased employees)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get a hold of decision makers and get around gatekeepers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Does not replace other tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator - but should be considered a supplement (Navigator will tell you their role and provide their personal description of their job title, etc.) Zoom info adds to that with contact info and some neat details about work history, in the news, etc.

Easy-to-use interface, great for discovering companies and their org structures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact information is sometimes inaccurate, but that's a common complain for this type of software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has helped enrich current data as well as discover new companies and contacts.

I love the org structure of the visualization. Using other tools in the past, they have most of the same information, but it is difficult to navigate the organization and understand who works for who on what team. DiscoverOrg makes this easy

There have been times where larger companies of 300+ people only have 3-5 people in the "org", which is not true. Sometimes the list is a little light

Make sure you have the right attributes for your specific territory/target market before purchasing

Not always up to date with the latest company org chart and the pricing

Easy to find new companies/people to target and the trigger feature also helps in the research
DiscoverOrg gives me the ability to quickly find a plethora of information on almost any company!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to find phone numbers and emails that lead directly to the contact - they're almost always the correct information. I also love to generate most of my prospect lists through the simple search and exporting tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information isn't always up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have made many prospecting lists using the search/export tool on DiscoverOrg. It saves me days of prospecting when I can simply export a list with a few clicks. The organizational charts are also very helpful, as it shows me who falls where in the scheme of things.

If you're looking for a simple way to find detailed information and employee contact information on an organization, DiscoverOrg is the way to go!
Great data and in depth informattion
What do you like best about the product?
There is a full complement of current employees available for the research I am doing for potential customers. It shortens my research time and allows me to touch more levels within an organization

I would prefer that the org charts are a little more condensed and reflect the standard view of an organizational chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business problems are not having enough prospects to fill the tunnel and knowledge of their current projects, interests, and organizational changes. DiscoverOrg provides me with all of that and also recommends similar prospects. That is sales gold.

It is worth the investment to provide a sales team with accurate and relevant data for their client building needs.

Think through what datasets you need
Makes me so much more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Business e-mail address, phone number, ability to look up their LinkedIn profile, new names within the dept. and corporate hierarchy, easy uploading into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
They probably need to stay a lit bit ahead of the curve by updating the names more frequently. I know it's very challenging.
