ZoomInfo is awesome, and Wade Zarosinski's training was even better!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is just the tool we were looking for, as we are expanding our US presence - it allows us to efficiently and effectively locate the companies and contact that precisely match our search criteria. Wade provided our team with training over multiple sessions - he is sharp, agile, knowledgeable, and always had the answers to our (many) question - which were always delivered with a smile!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike - this product is great.
It would be good if ZoomInfo would consider supporting more advanced search queries - similar to Jira's JQL. This however is a nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info allows us to seamlessly laser-focus on the market segments and potential partners that are most relevant to our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how ZoomInfo and Discover.org merged capabilities because having the company highlights, as well as updated contacts via the search has been an absolute game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
At time the contact information is out of date, or the person is no longer at the company. If there was a way to double-check or cross reference with LinkedIn that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving smart sales prospecting, as well understanding which accounts to prioritize based on alerts I have flagging certain types of initiatives. This saves me time and effort, as well as helps me to import the data where I need it via the integrations.

Direct telephone numbers and business email addresses

Sometimes not enough financial information vs Hoovers

Great tool for prospecting. Users can target companies and contacts in specific markets
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool if you are a "Hunter" and are looking for companies in a specific industry, and contacts within those companies.

What do you like best about the product?
When you need to find prospects (Accounts or Contacts) - there is no better tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
"Industry" classification has been a struggle...wish there were more options and paths to look at the data in various ways...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you need help determining what Accounts to cover & what personas to go after...and then have a means to connect with them (email, phone, etc) this tool is a must have. Our ability to build pipeline has now reached new levels
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pair ZoomInfo with LinkedIn Navigator. These tools should compliment one another - not be an either or selection.

Zoom-Info is a gamechanger!

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I love is finding leads at prospective businesses before calling. Even when they are the wrong contact, it opens the door just to have a name and number because they're usually far more likely to help you get connected or get a sales appointment than the operator/front desk answering person who's trained to keep you out.

The other thing I love is that you can export those contacts effortlessly to salesforce! It makes prospecting a much more efficient process.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some businesses that are a little less established it is still hard to find a contact and you only have the phone number to call instead. But that is slightly expected with smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is that when you cold call a business the front desk people are likely try determine if this call is worth their time even though they are not the decision maker for that solution... having a name to ask for (even if it's wrong) allows you to by-pass them by just asking for that person instead of telling them your access message.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool but you need to learn how to use it still and you can't expect it to take the place of good old fashioned prospecting techniques like making lots of calls every day.

Best Direct Phone Line Data

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of direct phone lines, especially mobile numbers which has been a life saver while being a remote SDR.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the Chrome extension can be glitchy throughout updates and you'll encounter a wrong number, but only occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to the right people faster and more efficiently - helps me create more opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
In my position as an opportunity development representative, I am always looking to connect with IT and Network Titles , Security and Operations Titles and Zoom has a clear search method that makes it easy to get to these titles as well as finding additional contact information for these titles for prospecting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the information is updated accurately, but things change every minute so I use my other resources if I am in question. I don't always find the information I'm looking for in Zoom but I use the advanced search option and submit request to the HELP DSK within Zoom for future searches
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me understand what prospects are searching for by utilizing the Intent content section of Zoom and then being able to sync data with our Sales Force platform is very useful! I am able to see when prospects are looking at my emails and if they connect with me I get notification of such!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the links to News Feeds and Articles about the companies you are prospecting to gain insight and knowledge about the key people you are trying to connect with!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has an exhaustive, constantly updated, and accurate list of data that really assists every portion of the prospecting process. If you need any information on any company, key players and decisions makers, ZoomInfo has it. Their client success team is very responsive and reactive to support, they work with you if you need absolutely anything, and are always on call to see if any data or emails / numbers have changed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo slows down my computer some and the plugin is a bit hard to use. It takes a while to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my company, we are able to identify key main points of contact. Scoops is an extremely effective method in learning pain points that a company is facing, which really comes in handy while prospecting. It is great being able to get mobile numbers through the app and we are minimizing the work needed when it comes to connecting and contacting a prospect. Additionally, it is great being able to stay up to date on what is currently happening in an industry and within a company's organization. Intent is an incredible feature that has helped us tremendously, and I highly recommend you use it too. The app is easy to use and really improves all steps of the sales process. I truly recommend ZI to sales teams everywhere out there.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo saves me a lot of time when prospecting. My job would be much more difficult and time consuming without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
This is completely understandable, but not all companies are listed. They rely on their existing database and accuracy of its contents. More contacts = better product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZI I'm able to communicate with more leaders within a company. I have more opportunities to create a relationship.
