What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo offers a very thorough and mostly accurate platform for information to prospect and gather research to approach individuals for a discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo could improve the user experience when it comes to being able to quickly search as Discover allows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping me prospect and get information about companies so I can get meetings with them and sell my solution or at the very least, get my foot in the door to begin building relationships.

Get familiar with Zoominfo for a second, it has a lot of features that you will find useful. Use them.

Contact data accuracy, contact, lead, and account enrich capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price. Expensive product & every feature comes with an additional cost

Access to target contacts in the enterprise market & contact data enrichment in real-time.

If budget is not a constraint - then a must-buy
ZoomInfo - Couldn't do sales without it

Mobile phone numbers, & Chrome extension
What do you dislike about the product?
it's really hard to keep an excel spreadsheet with a single source of truth because of all the import styles and field matching and such. Makes the sales process slower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's lots of contact information available and organization information that's easy to leverage to educate yourself before calling prospects
Easy to use platform, gives access to information that is not available on other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform. Excellent for contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the information is accurate. Some personal information such as job titles etc are often out of date. In some cases, employees have not worked at a company in several years, yet they still appear on ZoomInfo as actively working there. This can make it a bit confusing, and requires confirmation from other sources such as LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives the sales team access to contact information for prospects we are trying to contact and engage with.

What do you like best about the product?
I lovr ZoomInfo as it allows me to prospect more efficiently and see employees at the company I am prospecting at. It is very easy to navigate and if I don't see a certain prospect on ZoomInfo, customer service always tries to help me find them and their email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there have been no downsides to ZoomInfo so far for me. It has been a tool I use everyday as an SDR!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find prospects, their emails, and titles on ZoomInfo and use those to prospect as an SDR. It is so easy to export the prospects off of ZoomInfo into an Excel sheet and that is a huge time saver.

Since I´m in Brazil, it´s hard to find info about brazillian companies. I´ve been trying and testing a lot of tools, and Zoominfo gave me a most part of the info I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more information about Brazillian companies.

I´ve been looking for contacts and firmographics info about brazillian companies. ZoomInfo helped me to get a big part of this data.
Zoom Discover is an ESSENTIAL sales tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Easily searchable by company and within company. Easy to use and packed with essential information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to search by person. Some company info is years old and out of date but this is unusual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding correct go to person within an organization for my opportunity.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow of Zoominfo is elevated with a seamless browser extension that makes searching for contact or account info easy on any page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Areas for improvement are the ability export to CSV with ALL the data waned. Currently you cannot export mobile phone numbers via csv.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily, I enrich prospect lists and collect business emails that result in a number of weekly created sales leads. I have realized that I rely on Zoominfo everyday to do my job.

Never hesitate to set up a product demo for a better understanding of how to use Zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
The contact information is accurate most often accurate and the user interface is intuitive and easy to use. The scoops feature is helpful for finding pre-call information and they have good information on if a company has been acquired.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes issues with account matching and incomplete data on smaller accounts. It seems that when accounts are updated, dormant contacts of those who have left the company take a while to be removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I only know the name of a prospect I can be confident that their contact information is in the system. I use it primarily for contact information.
