Great platform to access data

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and provide useful information on both companies and employee's. They have a direct link to their LinkedIn Account as well . It's useful for both scrubbing lists and building lists of particular industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high, I'm not directly involved with the cost but it's my understanding you are only allowed so many download credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's useful to scrub data and build out target campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is great for finding quality contact and company information.

What do you like best about the product?
The recent update has a look that is much cleaner than the previous version. I enjoy that they list competitors and top executives in the company
What do you dislike about the product?
what it refreshes it always bounces back to contact instead of company - still getting use to the new views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps us to find other more relevant contacts with in a company if our original lead is not effective. I love the new added benefit of competitors to use to compare when showing value.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
very helpful - new update is more sophisticated than the previous.

What do you like best about the product?
For a product that provides data, it does a great job identifying emails and direct lines correctly
What do you dislike about the product?
The credits. I haven't used one credit but there must be another way of a pricing tier than to say we only have 1000 credits a year to upload to SF
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting passed gatekeepers and connecting with people immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
The contacts were verified and up-to-date.
What do you dislike about the product?
No drill down into categories and was unable to target very specific verticals effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed to replenish database as well as conduct ongoing list hygiene for large sets of contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of contacts and tools available to quickly complete list hygiene projects.

Solid tool for finding contact info

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to find contact info however the info is wrong about 20% of the time. No bueno
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact info is sometimes bad which makes it a guessing game.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive contact information database
Able to customize search through function, industry, and name
Better than careershift as a sales database
Easy to use
Accounted for 90% of direct lines on contact list due to use of ZoomInfo
What do you dislike about the product?
Old records and 25% inaccurate information
Site crashed a couple times during usage
Some of the company information/description is out of date or for the incorrect company

Get phone #'s, email addresses, org structure, titles, employee contacts/titles

What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful tool, not sure we are fullly utilizing all of the capabilities. My understanding is that there are different types of licenses and seats that you can get with access to different types of information. It seems like a extremely powerful tool, it would be helpful to have some sort of training to ensure that we were taking advantage of all the capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Training would be helpful to ensure we are getting the most out of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been helpful from a sales enablement perspective. Our sales team solutions consultant suddenly generation have access to it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The org charts are super helpful for account based selling

I love that I have the ability to find direct numbers to reach most prospects

When I don't get direct numbers to reach some prospects

Collecting data for outbound sales

It's not 100% accurate all of the time, but ZoomInfo does well to keep up with contacts and update them regularly

Good contact info, poor info on employee count, strong SFDC integration

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's contact info is good. Phone numbers and emails are fairly reliable. Easy to import contacts into SalesForce when set up as a plugin. Also easy to search for accounts and contacts from within SalesForce, and import to create new contacts and accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The employee counts are trash. Everything falls into a bucket (25, 50, 100, 375, etc.,) but when you look at the actual employees in the company, it can be far off from the stated number. For example, ZoomInfo says "375 employees" and when you actually click into the account to look at the employees, there might be 45.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to find companies, employees, and contact info is very good. Strong benefit for a sales organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for finding contact info for prospects. Not sure on the back end, but seems easy to connect to SalesForce, and strong ability to quickly import contacts on a one off basis, or in bulk. The contact information isn't perfect but is very good.
