What do you like best about the product?
I am using Zoominfo from past 1 year for getting Executive and Brand details and according to me it's doing quite well. You can get all C Level, Directors, President/Vice executive details with there email id and Phone number. For brands you can get all the acquisition and subsidiary list. You can import all data into CSV format which is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes many details are missing while doing recon for any client like for brands there recent acquisition are not listed in Zoominfo. Also for Executives many times email ID/Corporate phone numbers are missing which I guess you can get from Othere sources like google search
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping me to easily get information about client Brands and Executive details in CSV format which I can import easily in Google sheet using App script. Verification process has been reduced as compared to manual process but still can trust 100% on zoominfo result as sometimes its wronf also. Overall zoominfo is a good choice but again not always my first choice.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, reliable data, most of the email addresses are correct. Great customer service and training through ZoomInfo University
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs improvement on the data for Latin America. More expensive than other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It's effective and quite user friendly. It can be customized as per needs and control rights, also it helps predicting the ROI and quite good in scheduling email and automated text campaigns, along with that it's way ahead of time as it's text summarization and generation is beyond the thoughts. That's quite on the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
So good, so far... No dislikes till date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ai sales assistance for quality lead nurturing, auto dialer in order not to miss a single lead, lead mining to generate quality lead for ROI, sales engagement via email marketing and SMS.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo helped me connect quickly to decision-makers at target companies. The service paid for itself almost immediately with one excellent customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I run a very small business, so the platform is a little more than I need at times. There were times i started to feel overwhelmed from a tech standpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It primarily helps me identify the right people within a company to contact. I skip the front desk and get right to the people who buy my product. it also helps me find companies i would not know about otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
An aspect I appreciate about this platform is its capability to swiftly identify businesses within my target market. Additionally, its ability to further refine my search by pinpointing key decision-makers within those companies is invaluable. Moreover, its seamless integration with Salesforce enhances its utility and makes the workflow more efficient. I also like that I can filter by folks that are more responsive.

In many cases the informaiton is outdated and the contact is no longer at that company.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company is new to using ZoomInfo & our marketing team are the main users (also our first time using an intent topics tool). So far so good! SalesOS has been great at helping us pinpoint our ideal clients and gives an unbelievable amount of helpful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo has been a little challenging to get used to when it comes to tagging & exporting our leads, but we're new to this process & learning more everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has helped us pinpoint our target audience and narrow down buyer committees.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo assists in finding the details of companies such as describtion, revenue, phone number, location etc. as well as contact details of the company.

It has accuracy of around 80% which is much more than any database provider in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use ZoomInfo crome extension, sometimes I noticed that it is providing me email format of the contact rather than informing that email doesn't exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is providing me with all the details of companies including location, industry, website, LinkedIn, revenue etc. as well as providing contact details like direct, hq & mobile phone number.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been insturmental in our top of the funnel sales processes. It integrates with our CRM seamlessly and gives us access to mobile numbers so we can reach people easily.

Whenever we've ran into any problems, there support team has been very efficient at making sure we're happy and back on our feet as quick as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I've experienced using ZoomInfo are the following:

1. Some of the best features (Organization charts in particular) are locked behind a higher tier package. Although this makes sense,having it available at the regular tiers would make the program 100x more useful for everyone.

2. It seems that their database doesn't get updated / cross-checked at a frequent interval, after some time I notice an increase in invalid contacts. However this is a small nitpick as the rate is still sub 10%.

ZoomInfo is helping us feed the top of our funnel and book more meetings by giving us easy access to contact data.
