What do you like best about the product?
The Chrome extension makes prospecting so easy. ReachOut has saved my time countless hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
No intuitive e-mail guessing based on logic of existing contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the quality of our CRM for prospective customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to ask for a trail with access to ReachOut

What do you like best about the product?
The search tool works great and fast.
Gives the needed information on leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email ID for leads of the southeast Asian companies is less.
Updation of profiles more frequently should be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating reliable and resourceful leads list for North America.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A good tool for building lists and fetching needed information on other leads list except for companies present in SEA region.

Great for getting emails and Direct lines

What do you like best about the product?
Does a great job at finding emails and, if not, you'll be able to figure out how an email is formatted - just look at the other contact at the company. Best I've used so far for Numbers and Emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to tell if people are still at the company. My work around is sourcing people on LinkedIn and then finding their number/email on zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding direct phone numbers and emails
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't source directly on platform. Source on LinkedIn then look for contact info on Zoom. Its the way I've realized helps you find more people who actually work for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The phone numbers that it provides with the person's name and title.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the numbers are very general and not direct. (ex. one number may be listed for 20 different people).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me reach out to potential customers by giving me numbers and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to quickly create filters to narrow my search findings and identify accurate contact info for the people I wanted to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. The data was accurate and the software was intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, prospecting -- we used this tool to build lists and reach out to prospects in our target market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I liked this tool as the information seemed accurate and social media links, including Linked In profiles, were included. Useful to validate info and build lists for sales prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has recently been updated so it has a new look and updated all contacts on the site. Very reliable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't a fan of the old look and direct phone number are not accurate at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving finding contact and updating my company CRM with information.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and we are able to find new info on prospects we have never had info on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is inaccurate. There will be wrong phone numbers and very old data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to gain insight on prospects and go in warm which is a huge benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about ZoomInfo is how user friendly it is, its very easy to search and find what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information may be outdated or incomplete, but that's with any software

Adding new contacts to reach out to and get an increase in sales
