What do you like best about the product?
It's been very helpful to me in my work when creating opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to enter information but it's not a huge pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my work much more streamlined

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to identify the most accurate contact information for my prospects to target for sales opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully, not much. It can be difficult trying to understand departments structure in larger organizations. Some kind of organization chart would be really beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using zoominfo to prospect for sales opportunities and drive revenue for my organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Fewer steps than any other mining software out there. In the past, we spent loads of time to pull through just one report.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inaccuracy of emails. When you create a large list, you can count on several bounced emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving loads of time and finding excellent leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that there is a good amount on direct dials along with the email addresses provided with Zoom Info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times the numbers and titles that come up are with previous businesses that the prospects worked at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows me to have easy access to the information that I need to reach out to prospects. It eliminates a lot of research time for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool that will save you a lot of time when researching information for new prospects. I really like that when I find a prospect using Linked in that does not have a last name, only an initial, the majority of the time I can locate them through Zoom Info.

download costs, exporting data can increase the cost

Able to locate information on business leads, unable to do so with much success before using zoominfo.

Very easy to navigate and find information about prospects
The ability to build lists is very useful as a prospecting tool

Sometimes you have to put in the name as well as the company which is not always totally useful. Not all contacts are on there and sometimes the information isn't accurate. Sometimes the phone number is for the company mainline and not

The ability to find contact details of key prospects in order to help with an outreach campaign.
This speeds up what is usually quite a manual process. It also helps to be more organised.

What do you like best about the product?
Most of all I like the fact that Zoominfo can be opened in Salesforce, so I just can update contact details without opening a new browser. I also like the possibility to search for contacts by company and title.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, you can not get a lot of direct phone numbers in Europe, in most cases you would get a general number

Simple User interface. the comprehensive data base.

Exporting is not that effective. Credits allocated are less

What do you like best about the product?
So far, the access to contact information has been good. Where there are holes in the data they provide a few options to refine your query so that you can pull the most accurate data you need. I personally like that it is fairly quick and easy to use and allows time to edit and refine your specific data set before being credited for that data set.
What do you dislike about the product?
When pulling lists, there can be confusion about what companies were needed for the data pull and some junk info has come back as well, but that could be due to using a '12 month' Last Update feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not problem solving, but benefiting from updated contact info for marketing campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend going through a couple of demonstration of their platform, then dive in yourself and test it out. For me, this is a product that you have to really test in order to see the full benefits. Primarily, building lists and pulling names out of the database was the biggest test. I think they're doing a good job, and considering the parameters I use it has been fairly accurate information.
