Amazing training on the product conducted by an amazing trainer
What do you like best about the product?
Don was knowledgeable not only from "how to" standpoint, but also from how the usage of the tool can be best positioned by salespeople when prospecting. It helped paint the picture of how ZoomInfo can help our business
What do you dislike about the product?
There was some reporting functionality to be desired for ops level, but Don quickly volunteered to take our needs back to the development team to be evaluated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo provides validated contact information and helps us understand organizational changes in our prospects in a heavy turnover time due to COVID.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ability to set reporting for credit usage, ability to map scoops to account in salesforce

Love having access to ZoomInfo and all the insights it provides. A valuable tool for Sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish to have more accuracy in phone numbers. But most importantly I want even more accuract for Zoom intents. So often it is not true.

It allows you to reach out to your prospects by providing you with their up to date information.

The correct mobile numbers have helped me to reach out to the prospects. Having more information about the contact and the account is helping me a lot.

Zoom is easy to use and reliable! It is a tool I use everyday that really helps my sales process. I connect with more people because of Zoom and can't imagine not having it!

Nothing comes to mind! i have nothing else

It helps me connect with more people, get people's cell phones and find emails.

login in salesforce isn't great. always have to login when i am in SF and it's annoying
Finding direct phone numbers made easier
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find direct phone numbers when we only have a corporate number. Org charts of the titles I want to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to using the tool. I like it all.

Finding the right contacts within an organization. I was able to find decision-makers when I only had the interest of someone who was not the right title to make a decision.

A Great Sales tool and Amazing Team Support
What do you like best about the product?
Our Customer Success Manager, Bash Menzalji, has really made the onboarding and adoption a success for us. Not only does he follow up to make sure we're utilizing the tool as best as possible, but he makes sure to connect us to the correct people for additional training, technical support, etc.
For the tool itself, the integration to Salesforce was super easy and the contact information that it gives is just so robust compared to similar tools we've used in the past.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I can say that I dislike about ZoomInfo at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting for new clients is always a challenge, but even more so during the current pandemic. Having a tool like ZoomInfo, coupled with our own creative Sales initiatives, has really helped us reach out to the correct people.
ZoomInfo Helps Us Get Meetings!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's user friendly and easy. The fact that it integrates with SFDC to import is huge! My team has been able to streamline the processes and hit our end goal of meetings. Also, you can use ZoomInfo director from the salesforce connector all in 1 place to find contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there are some missing contacts compare to other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to get better contacts to get more meetings. With Zoom, we were able to have visibility into more contacts which has led to more meetings which = more sales. They have sales "scoops" that give us insight into projects and initiatives within our territories for comapies.
Is there anything better? I sure haven't found one.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Love the Chrome extension. Highly accurate. If it isn't correct, there is an easy way to notify their team. I love their Scoops and Insights and the ability to find similar "best customers" based on my criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chrome extensive can be wonky sometimes when working with Salesloft. Doesn't transition to new prospect immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Numbers,emails change. People leave companies. My team needs real time, quick accurate contact info on to the people they are trying to connect with.
Great tool for prospecting and getting business insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like the op alerts feature. It gives me insights to companies that I wouldn't usually know about. I also like how it is refreshed each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there isn't a lot of insights on the smaller companies. Overall great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get a company background information before I ever speak with them. It is great to see the different locations and who reports to who.
