ZoomInfo is a Godsend for Salespeople
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the best tool I have used in all my years in sales. This tool allows me to get updated information on people in companies I need to reach. The information is not old and is accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love everything about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is always a disconnect in trying to reach someone that you have not spoken to or do not have their email address. Having access to ZoomInfo and having the opportunity to have full contact information including direct dials and mobile numbers is priceless.
Easy and accurate!
What do you like best about the product?
The search functions on ZoomInfo are very simple. They make it easy to be efficient and quick while prospecting into different companies or titles.
I also love the competitors function that ZoomInfo has making it easy to access all the information in one place!

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside to ZoomInfo is that it is sometimes slow to load. I also wish there was a way to export lists with emails and phone numbers included this would speed up the prospecting process!

We are solving the ability to get accurate data for our sales reps!

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate contact information of the proper contacts from various companies all across the US. Compatible with our CRM + help me outperform my goals on a monthly basis.

Sometimes the information is incorrect or outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the best contact at a certain company. Finding that contact's direct contact information.

It's a great tool to help you find the best contact at specific companies & also find their direct contact information. It also integrates with a number of leading technologies which helps me work more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team went through a very detailed assessment when reviewing possible lead gen tools. The initial requirement list focused on quantity of Company/Contact data within our TAM, Quality and accuracy of that data, and administrative / support capabilities.
Going through the demos, trial run, and even during implementation we continued to uncover even more features within the system that exceeded our expectations.
A few features I really liked that I was not fully aware of the capabilities until implementation were:
1. mapping specific attributes of a company (you can actually map over specific values you care about, for example if I want Zoominfo to pull in accounts that have 'Microsoft Dynamics CRM' as a product, i can create a custom field and choose to ONLY map that over
2. There are workflows that allow you to auto-add records based on criteria. This means you constantly add new records that fit your TAM so you do not miss out
3. Intent is AMAZING. It is worth it. Use Intent during the trial period and it will prove it's value.
4. Control over imports. I like that Admins can control # of records uploaded into SFDC at a time.

Nothing to dislike about the product itself, but the price is certainly not the cheapest on the market. However, you get what you pay for and the trial itself proved the ROI

Great tool for sellers
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides both data for contact information as well as organization structure which is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contact information and 'scoops' can be a bit dated or a lagging indicator from my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is the biggest benefit, I can quickly identify the reporting structure of a department and finding out who is the best contact to progress a sales opportunity to close.

I love that ZoomInfo gives quality contact information.

At times, the data regarding company value isn't always all that accurate.

I'm able to reach more folks, and I have been able to increase my reach and my companies revenue with it.
The best tool for sales
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of contact information and the real time company updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to update contact information when someone is no longer in the role. The technology isn't always up to date either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not knowing which contacts to reach out to within a company. I am also able to see what technology the companies are using which helps me to further understand their business.
Love it, and any sales professional should invest in it.

Accurate and easy to find data. Most relevant for find the right decision maker in your market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to provide services for single use users. Luckily I have a team that we can justify the cost for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding my target market of business to prospect into. The ability to filter from rev, employee count, divisions, direct dials vs emails etc. Overall its an amazing database that if managed properly you can really get a lot of traction.
Zoominfo Review
What do you like best about the product?
Information is largely accurate, saves so much time looking for emails and numbers. Quite amazing in the fact that I was spending a lot of time doing things like calling up receptionists and looking this up manually through things like Hunter, and now things are so much easier because I don't have to do that anymore and wow its like so cool. Its also super user friendly and it rarely ever breaks down, integratfes so well with salesforce and the other tools I use such as Outreach. Really I would recommend this software to everyone is sales because it just makes life so easy and life so great. I mean my commissions have improved so much after using zoominfo just so I can spend more time actually doing sales, and planning out my day, and learning, and I don't have to do all that manual stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes emails bounce back and calls don't work, but of all the data software, this is definitely the best one I used. So like sometimes zoominfo information something leads to bounce backs but you can easily just adjust it and say its a wrong email so you don't have to keep sending the exact same one. Also, this problem can make it slightly difficult to do things like sending out mass emails to a bunch of different people.
