Increased productivity with Tellwise
What do you like best about the product?
The calling feature including recorded voicemails has been the best benefit of Tellwise. E-mail templates have also been useful in replacing e-mails that I would previously copy and paste plus I can now see when prospects open the e-mail. Tellwise also provides excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of formatting, writing one off e-mails can be more time consuming than sending an e-mail from Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tellwise's automation tools have vastly increased my productivity.
Tellwise changed the way I work
What do you like best about the product?
Tellwise makes emailing much much easier for me. Before we integrated Tellwise, I was having to copy and paste emails 1 by 1 and it was extremely time-consuming. The setup is easy and creating new emails templates was a breeze. I just received training on their Salesflow tool and while I have only used it a few times as I am trying to create the most effective salesflow, it has already paid dividends by setting up a few appointments for my AE's.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I had trouble with was importing my company logo into the signature. Once I figured you can drag and drop, then it became really easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the Salesflow feature has allowed me to have more time for prospecting leads and finding new opportunities. It also allows me more time with my team members and helping them be more productive. Emailing has never been easier and the ability to mass email leads has made my sales life much more productive. Also, having local presence when using the dialer has allowed me to chat with more leads that otherwise would block my calls. Very helpful!
Easily track client contact history and plan for future outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Tellwise has helped me keep track of who I've contacted and also saved me a huge amount of time with preparing outreach. Queuing up call lists is a huge help when making multiple calls in a row. The easy integration with Salesforce is another bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's could be easier to find the outcome of calls and emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client engagement has been my biggest use of the software. Lets me easily set up a list and widdle away at who needs to be contacted.
Making sales one step easier
What do you like best about the product?
Tellwise has an easy to follow layout that allows me to explore different customer service and prospecting capabilities. The ability to send personalized emails to a targeted list of prospects and then the ability to track prospect interactions, is a driver of efficiency. Making the most of my sales methodology.

There is not much I dislike, and nothing that would keep me form using this tool.

Zoominfo is a simple to use and straight forward contact acquisition solution.

The integration with Salesforce and title search capabilities.

An occasional error notifying that it can't find the country.

Data at times can be bad/inaccurate and creates more workload

Finding the right people at the right time and easily importing them with ease. Benefits include time savings, proper account mapping
Accurate but meticulous - needs more cleansing data
What do you like best about the product?
zoominfo is a great resource to lean on for finding individual contacts, quite often them being direct phones numbers and emails, with an effective filter system (titles, company criteria, job function, vertical, seniority, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be incredibly slow to manually build out contacts as the data can be out of date. The most effective way to use zoominfo is to leverage Linked In Sales Navigator as a confirmation of the data and prospects your building as much of the zoominfo data can be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solving: building out contact data bases for our sales team to leverage and generate leads from.
Benefits: we can get more direct contacts more effectively than discoverorg or Linked In Sales Navigator.

Easy install, but expensive and somewhat patchy data
What do you like best about the product?
I like that DiscoverOrg is a flat rate annual contract, and integrates quickly with Salesforce. The install was a breeze as a SFDC admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some of the data for niche titles and industries seems a bit patchy. In some cases its out of date, in others its simply wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales prospecting is the main reason we use DiscoverOrg. Helps us navigate org trees and find correct decisionmakers.

Great if you need Salesforce integration and Org Charts
Good tool to look up contacts and do basic research

Easy to do look up and build reports with criteria. Simple to get started with no real training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike. You worry a little about how up to date the contacts are, but so far it has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to append some of our data or find the right contact at an organization to reach out to. It has helped solve this problem.

Good tool that is very intuitive to use.
