Marketing Database Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface. Much improved over earlier ones. Software using the "walkthrough" approach to building queries and storing results always gets a + from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The query building is great, but it would be very useful to be able to save the query groups into a single saved query that can be reused. Having to rebuild queries from scratch every time is a bit tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a base of leads for sales use, appending data to existing or partial records. Prospecting for new leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set filters based upon my territory and target market to get direct lines/emails of decision makers. I like how it automatically syncs with Salesforce and creates leads with the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every company is in the database. If this is your only prospecting tool and the company is not listed, your course of action is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has cut down the admin time it would take me to manually find and create leads. It also exposes me to companies/people I wouldn't have found on my own.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoominfo is going to be your best bet. Arguably the best prospecting tool on the market.

Having to click into each profile for contact info

Finding new contacts, expanding the marketing reach.
Always a great resource to find the information I need to get directly to the person I need to speak

Search parameters make it easy to find individuals or companies and going into the company profile let's me find the people I want without knowing there name. i.e. HR, C-Level, Operations

My search results for individuals in a company can come up with a variety of companies which can be more difficult to wade through

Getting directly to the person responsible for making a hire.
Good overall to find specific people with company info.

Generally user friendly, intuitive. Good for getting a search list of specific titles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Restricting the number of contacts to export. The limit should be higher

A good reach for companies we are not working with. It takes a while to get some results, others are immediate. Good for finding people in specific roles.

Good database builder. Strong supplement for marketing and finding candidates that are passive.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is quite a helpful prospecting tool. While it doesn't always have the direct line or cell phone for every VP and Executive, it has the phone numbers for most or at least the more critical contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoominfo took more time to update numbers and verify that people still work at a specific firm. I often have to cross reference with LinkedIn to see if that person still works there. Takes way to much time. Also wish I could import to SFDC by contact instead of lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows me to talk over the phone with more people as a Business Development Representative, as opposed to going through the company line and having to talk with a gatekeeper. I can earn more appointments with individuals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very helpful tool to help get your BDRs to have more conversations directly with decision makers through direct lines. Less time getting turned away from gatekeepers.

What do you like best about the product?
The data is relatively accurate compared to other directories. It's not perfect but it's pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is when I try to hit the back button after clicking on a specific name. It takes me back to the beginning of the scrolling and search so if you're 5 pages in, you have to jump back to your ending place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We focus a lot on finding new prospects and this has definitely cut the time down to find good contact info.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would make sure you have your industries in check first. I find that some industries are more accurate than others.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and how easily you can get access to people's contact info. It's also a lot less expensive than other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not always correct. Just like any other contact information tool it can have a lot of wrong information but for the price it's not that bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting exposure to decision makers. It's a good way to get on a companies radar at least at some level.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the tool to get some good contacts. Don't expect that all the data is going to be accurate but I have found it extremely useful.

I love ZoomInfo, it's one of my favorites tools I use at work. Its features are unique and beneficial to everyone in the sales and marketing industry. I highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is amazing, there's nothing I dislike. I do recommend one thing, would it be possible to search for the phone number? Thanks!
