Engagement, demonstration, negotiation, and onboarding process all very smooth! Highly satisfied
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience at ZoomInfo with Anna Rovins was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and pointed me to resources when she did not have a complete answer. We were able to follow all the steps of the onboarding plan and have the next 30 days mapped out. Our Account Executive Jason Mercer was also very helpful and patient as we discussed internally on the ZoomInfo purchase. I also needed support in getting our trial of the "Intent" feature to be activated, and all it took was one email. The whole team involved in our acquisition and onboarding so far have been stellar!
What do you dislike about the product?
Cell numbers not automatically exported in csv file - I thought it would be. There might be a way to export this in bulk, or perhaps that is a violation of data privacy, so maybe that's why. Another potential improvement is having the credits roll over. We have 1000 credits/seat/month and there may be times when we do not use up all of these credits. Having these roll over to the next month will be very helpful. Additionally, all credits are reset at 12AM PST, it would be great if it was reset at the local time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Researching contacts for our B2B business was very inefficient before we had ZoomInfo. It could take a few days or even weeks to get a completed list with verified cell phone numbers. Now it takes about an hour to do research on Zoom, and upload the data into our CRM. The Intent feature is also very useful since we are a B2B company that wants to get in touch with decision makers immediately. This efficiency and increased time to conversation and potential sales realization is incredibly helpful and valuable for our team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate your current lead generation and research tools and find out how much time and money it takes for you to generate one lead currently. Compare the time and cost with using ZoomInfo. This calculation made the decision much easier for our leadership team.

ZoomInfo Intent shows who is interested.

Nothing - the UI is very powerful & easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Intent shows us who is looking for solutions like ours - we then research similar companies in ZoomInfo and download the relevant contacts at this expanded list of companies to expand our prospect database of contacts who are likely (by the Intent data) to be interested in our solution. We then use our SalesTalk AI engine to generate specific (RELEVANT) emails and call opening statements using AI to mine all the company and contact data, i.e. Industry, Company size, Technology Stack, Titles, etc.) so we will be immediately RELEVANT when we reach out to the ZoomInfo identified prospects. ZoomInfo's WebSights shows us many companies who anonymously visited our website. WebSights even shows how often they visited our website as a signal of who we should reach out to first through researching the contacts using the ZoomInfo Contact data for those companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce iFrame, ReachOut Chrome Extension, Locations & Hierarchies, Contact Accuracy Scores, Export to Salesforce w/Dupe Checking and too many others to count.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most platforms, data accuracy isn't always perfect but as good as they come.
So much data, it can sometimes be challenging to navigate a record to find exactly what you're looking for.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I lead a Sales Development team and sourcing and validating prospect data is a key component of the role, so we're not so much solving a problem as addressing a critical need.
The biggest benefit is reasonably easy access to predominantly accurate prospect data; companies and people.

What do you like best about the product?
When I need correct phone numbers to call my customer contacts, I can depend on ZoomInfo to provide that data. I also love to read the scoops to give me ideas on which of our services I will call and offer my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then the job titles of contacts are not as up to date as I find on Linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to locate more accurate phone numbers in ZoomInfo than our Salesforce system has. I can locate additional contacts working in IT which is my target group to work with.

Take the courses in the Zoom University - they are fantastic!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo allows me to contact people the way they want to be contacted, by phone, email, LinkedIn, and in these times, having access to mobile numbers is very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
No database is going to be perfectly up to date, but the more and more accurate the data, the better! It's very helpful when people who have moved on have been removed/updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID, ZoomInfo has allowed me to reach out to people on mobile, often the only way they can be reached. This is invaluable.

The added details are great and the Chrome extension is extremely convenient.

Having more people in the data base is always better and some of the info is outdated but not too much.

Use the scoops and the Chrome extension. They are excellent features. The list building capabilities are excellent

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is intuitive and it was very easy to get started once the subscription was active. The onboard team took over and helped answer any questions I had (and I had a lot) and provided additional information that I requested. Our trainer was spot on in training the team focusing on what mattered most which was appreciated. From an Admin perspective, it was also incredibly easy and seamless to provision user licenses and integrate the tool into Salesforce. I have had to integrate other competing tools to Salesforce in the past and it was never as easy as integrating ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have run into contact records that are found to be older than I would like them to be, including people who are no longer at the company. But when you do come across that, you can submit a request to remove which is helpful. I would like to see more UK contacts made available but I understand that could be more challenging due to GDPR. I don't like that the search functionality doesn't have the ability to add negation (this, but not that) as I've created lists that include contacts that I don't want but they fit some of the criteria somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving using ZoomInfo include: 1) Providing Sales with a tool to easily identify their targets and obtain contact info, 2) Ability to watch target companies to reach out to when they have an interest, and 3) Providing marketing the ability to efficiently enrich the database and a low cost per contact.
The tool is intuitive and without training Sales Reps were able to get into the system and build lists quickly. Marketing was able to quickly identify targets to enrich target accounts in Salesforce and thus able to utilize in our marketing automation system.

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly and accurate finding contacts are and great way to push out e-mails quickly. The descriptions on the companies are very helpful along with ability to narrow down point of contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is very slow to respond and hard to get to the right people to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching the correct person quickly is essential and Zoom allows you to search specific titles.
Great platform for finding mobile numbers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface along with the large number of mobile numbers available on Zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to say in terms of what I do no like. I think the platform is great!

Contacting more prospects which Zoominfo has been a great help with considering the amount of mobile numbers available.
Great website for gathering cell #'s

I like that cell number are available as more people are working from home
