I would definitely recommend ZoomInfo, I think it's a useful tool with many resources.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that there is such a vast majority of accounts with information that I can easily access. Andi (STAND 8's ZoomInfo representative) is awesome! She has always been so kind and understanding, she always has explained how to properly use the tool and has always advertised best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I try to find accounts, they aren't built out so it's hard to pursue that account. The numbers are also invalid and won't be right but that's occasionally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly regarding reaching out to new contacts, ZoomInfo provides a space to find new people to reach out and understand their place in the company. I think ZoomInfo has also congregated all the information in one place so for the Fortune 500 companies I can see how much they are worth, how many employees they have and in each different category.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should definitely try out ZoomInfo, correctly, and see if it brings the value you require to your organization. If you utilize this tool the way it's meant to be used, you will see a lot of results.

Best Product Ever

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scoops and pain points, which I can utilize to identify targets I've never heard of. I think the revenue data and headcount specifications are helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Eh, I think the org charts could be better. More data on the 25-220mm revenue accounts as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are instant- closer to contacts, we can understand strategic initiatives, map spend, etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate the size of your targets and if they are in the $250mm+ Revenue range, I think zoom is worth the investment.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at ZoomInfo treated me as a partner; one of the team... not like a customer. It's my responsibility to ensure my team is equipped with the most accurate data so they can perform their job with confidence. Thanks to the team at ZoomInfo, I was shown the 'ins and outs' and best practices of the platform so that I can best support my teams' efforts. The amount of time I have been able to save is significant. Without having ZoomInfo available to me, my team would not be where they are today.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do I dislike? ... Considering how long I've had to think about this question, I'm going to say there is nothing I 'dislike'. Great solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently using ZoomInfo to help my team focus on the accounts that have the highest potential to close, based on insights provided by the platform. This has allowed my team to remain focused and highly targeted in their outreach efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate info. Direct and mobile numbers. Work and personal emails. Org charts. Search by name or title. Import leads easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to bulk import leads from a list in Zoominfo. Not sure if we can build out lead lists with the tool, but it would be a game-changer in efficiency for outbound prospecting and sequencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find contact info for people who only submitted an old work email for marketing campaigns. Direct contact with them and ability to practice your phone or email skills with the high-pressure environment of direct lines and personal emails. Makes you put your full effort into drafting those scripts or emails!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand the differences between this and your other options and challenge their salespeople to sell you on their capabilities in comparison with Zoominfo. Zoominfo is pricey, but for all the right reasons. It is a high-quality tool with recognizable ROI as long as you put it to good use and have well-trained sales or marketing personnel.

Run through your current outreach challenges (good fit?), review your toolstack (does it connect well?) and set a revenue goal you'd like to attain with the use of ZoomInfo (make it happen).

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very easy to use, training is quick & simple for Sales & Marketing Teams. Great onboarding team at ZoomInfo to make sure all integrations are working smoothly. Value is very good for the high quality data provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about ZoomInfo that I dislike. The application is best in class.

ZoomInfo helped us with our lead gen strategy and research for ABM.

DiscoverOrg is Worth It

What do you like best about the product?
Direct Dials, OrgCharts, and new data cleanliness make prospecting and the data management between ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and SalesLoft easier than it was in the past. With tools like NeverBounce, they stand behind their data quality now better than before, and are using the DiscoverOrg resources to constantly vet the data that they supply, which was a weak point of ZoomInfo before the launch of the combined platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technographics and Scoops aren't always applicable to the Human Resources or Voluntary Benefits, and the team is saying that there is now a steeper learning curve than the old Business Edition 2.0 platform, but ZoomInfo is now offering more comprehensive training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple ways to reach prospects, as well as access to the Org Charts for added multi-threading capabilities. Having this data on hand is crucial in a COVID world that is now fully digital, there's no longer business card collecting or booths to have at events.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pay the premium and upgrade to the combined platform, the quantity and quality of the data available is excellent. The new Visualforce page that plugs directly into Salesforce from the AppExchange is great, it's basically a fully functional site plugged right into your CRM.

Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the data is far and away the best out there. The inclusion of cell phone numbers, especially in the era of Covid-19 and so many people working from home was an absolute game changer. Our connection rates are way up and our sales team is spending markedly less time prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing negative that comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The two biggest problems were the time wasted prospecting and looking for good contact info, as well as connecting with those prospects in the office. Zoom solved both those issues.
