Essential business intelligence tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Deepest level of comprehensive contacts per company - bar none!
What do you dislike about the product?
Separation of the legacy DiscoverOrg platform from the new ZoomInfo portal. This affects price considerations from employees to issue a less powerful option with budget constraints in mind but not the actual needs of Sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to reach more corporate decision makers who are now only reachable by cell / mobile as their desk phones are being used only for voicemail. I know more contacts and have more ability to reach them especially with WFH being the present norm.
Great for Account Based Selling
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data available on a company and person level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile numbers don't export so you have to manually copy and paste them into a spreadsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have recently moved to an Account Based Marketing and Selling (ABM/ABS) approach. I use ZoomInfo to target personas by industry of my sales team's accounts - drilling down into the account insights, news and scoops to inform customized outreach on lower level account targets. My sales team has licenses and also does their own research and personalized targeting for top tier accounts. The personalized outreach has improved conversions for meetings and MQLs.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to gain relevant contacts information including phone and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is much more I can do, but I have not yet figured it out. I would like to use it to track prospecting contacts and have been struggling with this within our current systems. It is my understanding zoom info may also do this so I have a scheduled call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems of getting to decision makers quickly.
It has been a great tool so far!
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using ZoomInfo for about two months now, to create call-out lists for our sales reps, it has been a great additional tool in getting the right contact information all the time! it is worth every penny!
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo allows you to tag data within the platform, unfortunately, it does not allow you to share tags between accounts, it would be helpful to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating our CRM system to have quality and correct data. It has also helped us generate new opportunities and leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Navigation is good, as well as the picking selective criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like other similar databases, there are times when the information is out-dated. However, it is pretty good. Sometimes the physical location of the employee is the corporate location - again, all these databases are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No real problems. I like it.

ZoomInfo has better email addresses than other platforms I have used.

Sometimes the contact information isn't correct or hasn't been updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to put together entire marketing campaigns and target industries/companies/companies using certain technologies. It gives me information that allows me to personalize my approach in reaching out.

I like how easy the connection from Zoominfo to SalesForce is to manage.

I dont like that I have to setup the import data sets multiple times.

Fantastic Tool With Amazing Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The enablement for this tool is great. For new users, a tool with these capabilities can be a bit daunting to use but the enablement provided at go live and the training collateral that the user homepage directs people to is fantastic. The challenge with a lot of tools nowadays is that their features are great but with no enablement it's hard for a user to rely and adopt them in their process. By addressing this gap, Zoominfo has become a "go to" tool for me and my orgs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The exporting into CRM feature is great but there are some minor gaps in it that I dislike quite a bit. There are a lot of data points you can filter on when building a list but when it's time to export that into your CRM not every data point can sync over and you'll need to rely on doing a mass excel enrichment export. I will say that it's only a few data points and the team has been great at either finding a work around or solving it in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving our ability to go after our TAM and enabling our team to focus on prospecting activity rather than researching which accounts to strategically target. The benefit here is the time saving we've been able to build in the early sales prospecting phase.
