Great Option for Lead Generation
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick import of leads through Salesforce app and easy interface to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a way to save preset searches (i.e. always searching in specific industry and by certain titles).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generate leads for sales. Best way to provide bulk of leads. Other options only provide a few here and there.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the accuracy for the direct dials as opposed to other professional information platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times it can be hard to really nail it down because the company name has to an exact match to your data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to find prospects information on an inside sales level.

What do you like best about the product?
The plugin for LinkedIn saves a ton of time - easily the best aspect about Zoominfo
What do you dislike about the product?
When the emails are correct for an account, they're correct across the board. However, if one or two emails are off for an account, the chances the rest of the zoominfo-given emails are wrong

At some points the data is a little behind compared to other resources.

Solving business and database problems effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the tool is to use on the front end and the continued improvements they are constantly making. Also very easy to work with their data services team to get more complicated projects done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, just a few tweaks they could make to the front end product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to strategically build out our database and clean up our database to improve the response rates of our marketing campaigns and increase our marketable universe. Our sales teams also benefit a ton from the new contacts and accounts we add as they build out their territories.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a quick and reliable way to access a lead's email and phone. It is pretty accurate and a really great way to get information to contact new leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion the lead information is for a past job, which then requires another step to find a corporate phone nuber.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a bus dev rep and need to add new leads every day to SFDC. Zoom info is a vital part of my work process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a really great tool. Haven't seen anything better for sure!!

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Salesforce, the ease of obtaining direct dials and e-mail addresses
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more user profiles were up-to-date (where they work, e-mail and direct dial) and i would like the search feature to be better (e.g. if i search a company then I get several other companies in the search)

It's simply speeding up prospecting and helping me to get in touch with customers & prospects

Information is current and updated. Great way to see who the point of contact

Finding the right contact, their info (email, phone number) It's a great tool to prospect for new leads based on the industry

The best feature ZoomInfo has is the ability to filter contact by date uploaded, insuring they are up to date.

Zooms biggest downfall is that it seems to be very limited on searching for specific industries

Zoominfo helps us connect to potential clients and saves us time searching for contact information. the best part for me personally is how fast that the information loads. It is really beneficial to be able to pull up info within seconds of someone and be able to verify that our records are correct. It saves us a lot of guesswork.

Sometimes we have experienced issues finding info that is completely up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with information much faster than we could get it in other ways. We use zoominfo to fill out missing information from our leads list and also to verify that the people we are contacting have the proper information. It really helps us have peace of mind that we are wont look silly asking for the wrong people or calling the wrong numbers when reaching out to cold leads.

I would recommend this product. It has been great for our sales team, and helped save a lot of time and effort. Zoominfo is an efficient way to get in touch with the right leads and a trustworthy way to know that you are getting the right information for the right people.
