Great prospect data!
What do you like best about the product?
Most complete list of contacts with good phone numbers, including cell numbers. Generally up to date, and are responsive when given updated information.
What do you dislike about the product?
When searching very large companies there is a need to confirm information through other sources - there can be duplicates / stale info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good contact information, good company insight, good competitive information, and I love the org chart view.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using ZI for prospecting to large corporates, make sure you have the version that provides the org chart view.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform records a wealth of information on companies and I have found it to be extremely accurate. It is easy to use and navigate and the Intent module is a must have as it quickly identifies prospective opportunities based on keywords you define to the system,
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike. I use it everyday and find it extremely valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and connecting with C level contacts is difficult unless you have ZoomInfo.

A MUST-have for ANY Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the contacts and the different ways to filter. There is a ton of data available, and I keep finding new criteria to refine my search. It has really helped our team to connect with different buyers and expand our stakeholders within one org.The buyer intent data and web sights features are a great addition and allow us to have a much more targeted approach with our prospects and customers. The CSM and account management support is also very good and I've found the team to be very flexible and have helped me find specific data points that can help drive our business forward. The ability to add contacts straight into sales force is also very convenient. I also really like that we can integrate and cleanse our existing contacts in salesforce, which allows us to target existing customers more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only a minor issue, but I'd like to have a more convenient way of updating the buyer intent key words. I also think that there could be an improvement in the way you search for contacts within a company as it does not always show you the best results straight away. There is definitely an opportunity for Zoom info to create specific industry platforms as different industries require different data sets, such as more specific healthcare plan data. Since some of the data we need is not available, we had to purchase an additional market intelligence tool to supplement the zoom info data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info helps us contact whoever we want to speak to and sell our services since the data is so accurate. We are also able to launch new product lines very quickly, even if there is a different stakeholder involved that we've never made contact with before. We have launched a number of new services this year so zoom info has been an integral part of our sales stack. The buyer intent data and web sights features are a great addition and allow us to have a much more of an account based marketing approach and develop a dark funnel of buyers already searching for our services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Negotiate hard on price. Its an extremely valuable tool, but entry pricing can be high.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales guy, ZoomInfo is the best tool for creating a prospecting list in 2020. I can't even begin to quantify the amount of time we've saved on JUST list building, let alone the other parts of our sales cycle. The quality of the data is second to none. I personally created a lead list on a Monday, and by the end of the week, had brought in $12,000 in new MRR. Having accurate contact and intent data is absolutely critical for anyone in a sales role.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could change one thing, it'd be giving the users the ability to purchase add-ons and more bulk credits on our own w/o needing to schedule a time to speak with my account rep. Sometimes I find myself low on credits and have to frantically email my account manager to get me a new contract with more credits added to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we've solved using ZoomInfo is drastically reducing the amount of time we spent on finding qualified contacts to reach out to. Leveraging the scoops and intent functions have helped us identify ready-to-close opportunities that we'd have otherwise missed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about how much revenue you currently generate. Now consider how much more you could generate if you were able to shorten your sales cycle by 50% (more for us!)

Sometimes the information is a little outdated.

Able to harvest prospect names form target companies and get missing information from lists provided from events

What do you like best about the product?
Curating targeted lists to export to CRM, direct lines, easy to copy and paste their emails, search by industry and several filter categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employee info sometimes not up to date, but just cross reference with Sales Navigator and it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a lot more DMs on the phone because I have their direct and mobile numbers. Saves me time and I LOVE the similar companies feature.

Great Value, the Most Complete and Accurate Data Available for B2B Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The interface and advance search gives you every possible option you could want, but you don't have to bother with the many options you don't need to use on that search. So it is a well-designed interface that enable me to quickly do what I want. I love the tag feature that enables me to save list for future reference without having to export.
Having Intent and Scoops fully integrated is a major advantage also.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only really minor thing that bugs me is the pop-up that says "Click the arrow or hit ‘Enter’ on your keyboard to apply your filter or Ok, Don't show again", but when I hit OK it keeps appearing later, but this is so minor it is barely worth mentioning. And if that is the only thing I can find wrong, then that is a pretty darn good interface and service!

Simple access to all the Direct phone numbers and Business email addresses of anyone I want to talk t in both new and existing accounts. Intent is an avenue to warm prospects vs. throwing darts at the very large board and Scoops gives you greater insight into any particular account and what might be going on to make a more effective sales call.
So it is both a prospecting tool and an avenue to expand inside my existing accounts to people tat I might hear a name or see a quote from in a press release, but otherwise have no way to contact them.
