Excellent solution and resource for demand generation.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use and straightforward for lead generation and prospecting. The data is accurate and reliable. It has been extremely beneficial for new and existing leads. Our lead prospecting process has improved immensely and we have been able to enrich/append current customer data, allowing us to effectively market to our existing customers as well.
The tool provides helpful training and knowledge base resources for continuously learning and developing the benefits of the tool. The ZoomInfo University and Knowledge Center resources provided are helpful and easy to understand. Utilizing it with a growing team has proven beneficial. ZoomInfo provides all of the necessary support needed throughout our use of the tool.
Added features like the Ideal Customer Profile give our team additional insight and enable us to determine viable leads that may have gone unnoticed without the use of this kind of feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing across teams could have better capabilities, i.e. sharing saved searches between team members and being able to replicate searches across the team would allow data exports to be more seamless and have better functionality with multiple team members.
Providing the ability to export more records at one time into integrated platforms like Eloqua, Salesforce and SalesLoft would also be beneficial for improving workflows.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been incredibly helpful for our demand generation, customer retention and partner/channel marketing. We have been able to uncover a lot more leads than previous tools that were used. The straightforward search features help us find the right prospects to market to. Features like Intent and Websights give value-added insight into timely, applicable lead generation.

I would highly recommend this product for any company that is looking to improve their demand generation and customer retention efforts.

I like the contact search coupled with the export to engage feature!

the only thing that i dislike is only being allowed to move 25 records at a time.

I have highly increased my connections and gotten my business name pout to so many. I know of companies that had no idea even existed.

you need this and it will streamline your mining calls to allow you to save time by talking to the right people.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has contact information for nearly every organization in my company's target market. It's easy to navigate and has a lot of features that I didn't even know I needed. For instance, there are a ton of different filters that can help me narrow down my searches to only the contacts I'm looking for, which prevents the platform from being overwhelming. ZoomInfo University is especially helpful. Not only does it teach you how to use ZoomInfo, it also has insightful trainings from industry experts on sales, marketing, and other business subjects. I would not be able to contact the leads I do without ZoomInfo. It saves so much time and helps me keep my pipeline full.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I will come across a contact's profile in ZoomInfo that doesn't have the correct information. This happens more with smaller institutions. To prevent this, I often cross-reference the listing with LinkedIn (conveniently, the contact's LinkedIn profile is usually linked in ZoomInfo) to confirm that they still work there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves the problem of prospecting. Without ZoomInfo, I would have to go to each individual organization's website and search for contact information, but ZoomInfo conveniently consolidates it in one place and saves a lot of time. ZoomInfo also means I don't have to buy lists of contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is full of features to help automate and accelerate your sales efforts but, the support team has really been top notch - Quick response time and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation had a few challenges but, really didn't take all that long to transition to the new systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending emails faster and more automated has been a huge plus. Keeping track of call and email data has saved me a lot of time. Hot prospect data being captured helps me target interest. Call tasks ready to go and somewhat automated has also saved me time and allowed me to make more calls.

The tool is robust so ask a lot of questions to learn what all it can do for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use application, accurate information and a smart notification system to keep you up to date on the changing markets. I also appreciate the scoops and notification options of the system - letting it do the work for me to identify new opportunities in the market rather than manually digging.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to list anything that i dislike right now, as the only issues I've seen have to do with mapping, which is more of an internal practice to get the most out of the data in the system. Overall, I'm satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm no longer having to work off of incorrect data or names. Instead, I can access accurate contacts and work my way down from the top, something I have had a difficult time doing before this tool. I've also been able to set up notifications when clients enter the market that fit my target, taking the manual work out of the process.

the data points are accurate and the user interface is simple and easy to use. the support from their onboarding team was top notch

we have been using this software for 3 months and have had zero issues

we have a large database of customers who fill in forms asking for information. we keep the form fields short to capture the highest number of leads. Zoominfo helps us capture more data points on inbound leads

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo helps me on a daily basis to provide the most detailed and up to date information possible to my org. There is a ton of value associated with it. The CRM integration and the Chrome extension are my favorites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people just are hard to find on any internet-platform! Zoominfo does a good job of attempting to fill in the blanks, but there are always some contacts who fall through the cracks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I am solving daily would be data validation related, updating contacts with the integration to our CRM is huge and saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has been a great change from DiscoverOrg. As a user, there are far more contacts, better quality data, more cellphone numbers, etc. The platform has more features as well, with the ability to save different prospecting lists, tag your SFDC accounts, tag leads, integrate with outbound tools, etc. Far too many great features to dive into here. Overall highly recommend the switch to Zoominfo, reach out to their team and at the very least get a demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I miss is the ability to search titles with complex Booleans. Right now the functionality is limited to just AND/OR/NOT. No parentheses are allowed, so you can't do something like (Manager OR Director) AND (Sales OR Marketing) as easily without the parentheses. I'm sure they'll add this in a future update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales is all about getting in front of the right people. Zoominfo solve the challenge of quickly identifying the right people and providing their contact info. Benefits realized include many meetings held that would have been tougher to get before having that data, which also led to closed won business.
