What do you like best about the product?
75-90% of the contacts i need are there.

Sometimes emails or phones are missing some info

Difficulty in getting data out of non-U.S. countries via zip and state/province query.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that the processing just takes a few minutes to complete. The tool makes it easier for our team to load records and prevent duplicates from being created provided that we run a match against a suppression list.
IT helps us update existing records from our database in a couple of minutes and run a duplicate check using the suppression files that we have to load every week. We just managed to provide our sales team with detailed instructions based on how they can help us narrow down their query and provide records that will have to be loaded to our database.

What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty in getting results when you use non U.S. zip codes (eg UK) or state names. You will still have to filter your data after redeeming in order to ensure that you are just getting the records specific to a particular country. We do hope that the tool will also be applicable to other countries.

We noticed that the location filters are more accurate if you will use the City/State/Country fields

What do you like best about the product?
I like how most everyone I'm looking for is already in their data base. It is very helpful when prospecting into a new organization or company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard and search features are still a little clunky.

I solve the problem of finding the right contact or their info within an organization without having to contact them prior.

The integration to CRM's to transfer data.

As an SDR and now Inside Sales rep ZoomInfo has helped me reach out to the right prospects and make account mapping that much easier.
Solid but could be better
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoominfo will find direct phone numbers occasionally. They also seem to have a pretty high rate of being able to identify email addresses as well, solid database of info. I use the Chrome extension all the time, very helpful. I only occasionally use Zoominfo's actual site to mine leads, since we do most of our lead mining directly from Sales Navigator, but we gather a lot of our info from Zoominfo before exporting the lead from LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email addresses can be very hit and miss with their accuracy. Plus I wish there were solutions out there that provided a company name in a normal format (e.g. not having INC, LLC, etc. in the company name). I'd love to be able to pull a list of leads from Zoominfo and plug them right into an email campaign and pull in their name, title, and company name without any formatting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows us to more quickly mine new leads and prospect more efficiently. Getting direct numbers has been the single biggest thing. We have our own way of figuring out a prospect's email, so that part isn't as big to us as getting the number is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good platform, best one I've used in this space thus far (only used Data.com and Datanyze).
Zoominfo is a great tool for locating new contacts.

It is very easy to use, up to date, and intuitive. It is rare that I don't find the info I need.

There really isn't much that I dislike with Zoominfo.

A lot of information is out-of-date, navigation is a little clunky

The best thing about it is that I can get people's direct phone numbers and email addresses.

Sometimes the info is out of date, even when you say that you recently updated it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the most part I can get the correct contact's name and info. That is huge in my position.

Sometimes the titles for people are not correct.

Easy search functionality and accurate emails are nice. 'Direct dials' are often the main company line.

Having to click on a prospect to see their email and phone number.
