Zoominfo is a great asset to those generating net new business

What do you like best about the product?
The main purpose of the platform, which is contact intelligence, but second to that would be the scoops!
What do you dislike about the product?
Credit limitations, I would say, and the fact that it's a bit tricky to get scoops into your crm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact data integrity, intent data-driven prospecting, understanding company background and organizational charts

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of ZoomInfo isn't the data, although that is a close second, it's the ZoomInfo team and the relationship we have built! The Customer Success team is one of the best I have ever worked with! We got off to a pretty rocky start, that could have easily derailed us from moving forward with ZoomInfo. However, we were assigned a new team that came in, accepted responsibility, and quickly went to work repairing our relationship. Now, we are about to renew our contract by adding more licenses and more functionality to our already robust system. We have been able to enrich our data so effectively using ZoomInfo that our Sales teams actually use this tool! They see the value in it and are constantly using it to be prospect more effectively and efficiently. We are supported by a team that truly cares about our success. We often reach out to the team with questions or suggestions and we always get quick responses filled with valuable feedback and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like I had mentioned above, the initial experience with ZoomInfo wasn't ideal. But, once the new team came in and instead of making excuses or trying to "sugarcoat" the situation, and immediately started working to get the project and relationship back on track, we knew we had made the right choice! There really isn't anything to dislike, but I would suggest that possibly try to find a way to improve their initial training. Theis sometimes left the team with more questions than answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using ZoomInfo to enrich a significantly large database of Contacts and Accounts in Salesforce. One of the biggest benefits the team has noticed is the confidence in knowing that when they try reaching out to a contact they know the data is fresh and useful! No more wondering if that person is still with the company or if the email address is going to work or not. Having updated, reliable data has tremendously increased the success of our Sales teams!

Easy to use platform for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and can save lists to my account that can be directly imported to our CRM

Some of the information can be outdated therefore you may need to consult another source

prospecting for business development. We have a lot more contacts now.

Quality of contact data, ease of use, integration with Salesforce CRM

DiscoverOrg data is not as relevant/ price point for subscription is sometimes a tough sell

Faster target account acquisition, new customer streams, higher success rate of contacting decision makers

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I am able to log into Zoominfo to receive the most up to date information about my accounts. I also like the integration of Zoominfo into LinkedIn. This is important to me because once I learn about a new contact I am able to verify their contact information within a few minutes of logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't experience everyone at my company utilizing this tool as they should. The outcome of this reality is that I am beholden to the limited number of licenses that are available to the other people in my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time to market issues. I am able to reduce the time it takes to connect with people who may or may not be critical to my sales success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that the revenue producing resources have what they need to be successful in a quick and timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of communication. My CSM and Account Manager are great! Every since I transitioned to Stardog - the team has wanted to do nothing but assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable. Overall great and simplified experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact Information gathering + Insight driven outreach within target accounts. I'm now more so on the admin side of ZI but am also a user and a part of the Sales Enablement for the tool to uncover names-job titles-phone numbers - emails - and more importantly RELEVANT INSIGHTS!!

What do you like best about the product?
By far the best trove of information on contacts to help us get to the right contact quicker.
The ability to upload all your accounts from Salesforce into ZI and search for contacts that way is great for AE's with a lot of greenfield who are looking to target specific user personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface could be a little more modern
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster sales cycles.

It's the best one out there.

The depth of the data, speed of searches
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, but there is so much to filter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing who the right contacts are at a prospect, or even diving deeper into existing accounts. I've found new prospects at companies I have been doing business with for years.

Doesn't have all info I need, not updated with people changing companies enough

I'm solving a lot of informational issues. It's been very nice to have access to mobile phones. I would have far less success without listed mobile numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
- the ability to search using company url
- ability to search by industry with pretty advanced search features to narrow targets
- ability to create and migrate lead lists
- ability to search by sic code
- ability to search by naics codes
- we specialize in deal origination and constantly putting together lists of candidates for our clients which would previously take us longer
- accurate database when compared to other paid services we have used
What do you dislike about the product?
- rare but sometimes outdated info. (sometimes either the ownership information will be incorrect or outdated/ revenue numbers or size of company are the most accurate)
- interface could be a little cleaner, takes some time to find search areas through expanded menus
- we don't use a mainstream crm like salesforce, would like to have hte ability to migrate data directly into our crm as opposed to through a csv file
- cost per seat is pricey for smaller organizations

- putting together targeted lead lists, with correct point of contact and their contact info.
- continuously massaging our existing database by cross examining with zoom info
- ability to quickly put together lead lists when taking on a new search industry (we source and advise our clients on companies to acquire which makes it very easy to put together a candidate list
