What do you like best about the product?
High quality contact information. There are many tools out there that provide contact information, but I have not experienced any other tool that is as accurate and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website can freeze up and it won't register that I transferred contacts over to Engage. Does not happen often enough to be a large concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have established a great prospecting pipeline that runs in the background while we work on warm leads.

It allows our team to strategically zero in on target clients & effectively communicate using relative content

A little pricey but the roi makes up for it.

It saves us so much time. The company research is done. It takes away the cold call/email feel.

As long as your willing to actually use this tool, you will make your money back. ZoomInfo makes it pretty hard to fail here. Our team set up 5 training sessions to make sure everyone was on the same page.
Effective tool for sales and marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for professionals of all industries, and also for specific job titles/responsibilities at scale. Also, the Chrome extension is convenient and easy to use--a must have!
What do you dislike about the product?
My account is used mainly for lookups and to provide best practice tips for the sales team; I wish I could transfer my download credits to a sales manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Major benefits include finding contact information at our wishlist companies. Also, I enjoy reading scoops and subscribing to company updates to help guide sales on opportunities to reach out and make a connection/congratulation.

ZoomInfo is a great tool to help sales and marketing teams work together on target accounts, to explore the expansive world of job titles unique to your industry, and to stay on top of company updates like funding, reorgs, mergers, and acquisitions. I recommend all sales & marketing users go through the University to get well acquainted and ensure they are using the tool with its intended capabilities.

It doesn't allow me to export mobile numbers into HubSpot

Filling our pipeline with qualified prospects and with beneficial data (phone numbers, email addresses, company profiles, technologies, etc.).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the Intent feature. It informs you of companies that are actively searching for topics that you can assist with resolving pain points for. I have been able to use the Intent feature on multiple occasions in order so secure a meeting with a potential client at the exact right time they were interested in the topic. I also leverage the scheduled updates functionality for my lists. It allows me to use my time wisely by having the tool do the work for me. Each week, I am sent a report on any new merchants that fit the description that have been added to Zoominfo since the prior week. I am able to stay on top of new merchants regularly and ensure that no lead goes untouched. I also love the ability to leverage the org chart within the employee matrix. I can find the correct contact or find their boss if they aren't responding to me in a timely fashion. Being able to understand the org chart of the potential client has allowed me to better focus my efforts on the contacts that will lead to a higher conversion rate.

ZoomInfo is easy to use and allows us to use a variety of filters to identify our ideal prospects. Interfaces with Salesforce for easy export.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all data is accurate, obviously, but they have quality scores that give a good indication of the accuracy of each contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to contact information within target accounts and visibility into org charts. Using this with our outreach/CRM efforts has saved us countless hours to source email and phone numbers.

THERE IS NOT MUCH I DISLIKE ON ZOOMINFO.

PINPOINTING THE APPROPRIATE CONTACT PERSON WAS ALWAYS A STRUGGLE BUT WITH ZOOMINFO I AM ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND CONTACT THE RIGHT PERSON IMMEDIATELY.

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE TRAINING OFFERED AND THE ZOOMINFO UNIVERSITY PROGRAM! YOU WILL BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT HOW MUCH ZOOMINFO CAN DO FOR YOU AND YOUR COMPANY!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use and straightforward for lead generation and prospecting. The data is accurate and reliable. It has been extremely beneficial for new and existing leads. Our lead prospecting process has improved immensely and we have been able to enrich/append current customer data, allowing us to effectively market to our existing customers as well.
The tool provides helpful training and knowledge base resources for continuously learning and developing the benefits of the tool. The ZoomInfo University and Knowledge Center resources provided are helpful and easy to understand. Utilizing it with a growing team has proven beneficial. ZoomInfo provides all of the necessary support needed throughout our use of the tool.
Added features like the Ideal Customer Profile give our team additional insight and enable us to determine viable leads that may have gone unnoticed without the use of this kind of feature.

Sharing across teams could have better capabilities, i.e. sharing saved searches between team members and being able to replicate searches across the team would allow data exports to be more seamless and have better functionality with multiple team members.
Providing the ability to export more records at one time into integrated platforms like Eloqua, Salesforce and SalesLoft would also be beneficial for improving workflows.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been incredibly helpful for our demand generation, customer retention and partner/channel marketing. We have been able to uncover a lot more leads than previous tools that were used. The straightforward search features help us find the right prospects to market to. Features like Intent and Websights give value-added insight into timely, applicable lead generation.

I would highly recommend this product for any company that is looking to improve their demand generation and customer retention efforts.

the only thing that i dislike is only being allowed to move 25 records at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has contact information for nearly every organization in my company's target market. It's easy to navigate and has a lot of features that I didn't even know I needed. For instance, there are a ton of different filters that can help me narrow down my searches to only the contacts I'm looking for, which prevents the platform from being overwhelming. ZoomInfo University is especially helpful. Not only does it teach you how to use ZoomInfo, it also has insightful trainings from industry experts on sales, marketing, and other business subjects. I would not be able to contact the leads I do without ZoomInfo. It saves so much time and helps me keep my pipeline full.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I will come across a contact's profile in ZoomInfo that doesn't have the correct information. This happens more with smaller institutions. To prevent this, I often cross-reference the listing with LinkedIn (conveniently, the contact's LinkedIn profile is usually linked in ZoomInfo) to confirm that they still work there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves the problem of prospecting. Without ZoomInfo, I would have to go to each individual organization's website and search for contact information, but ZoomInfo conveniently consolidates it in one place and saves a lot of time. ZoomInfo also means I don't have to buy lists of contacts.
