Huge help to my business
What do you like best about the product?
The insights and contacts I can get with a few clicks of the mouse are invaluable. I couldn't do my job without it, well I could but it would be much more time consuming and difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the triggers can be outdated so its best to cross check any critical information you choose to utilize. Beyond that there is not a lot to say negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to connect with decision makers within an organization is my primary use for it and the org charts and summary reports are easy to use export and implement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you have a service that compliments DO, cross check against things like linkedin to make sure the info is accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of finding a name and narrowing it down by title. I can be very specific in what I am looking for and usually find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times I get bounce back email addresses from Zoom Info. I wish the database was kept up to date more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find the correct contacts and build pipeline by setting up a campaign with the contacts I have found.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use this database for creative/hr contacts, and have another database for IT contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to import contact information directly from LinkedIn using the ReachOut tool is a game changer for us. The addition of being able to import data as a contact and not only as a lead was a welcome change that transformed the benefit we receive from the tool. We have conducted a few mass contact updates and their team was wonderful to work with on this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the website is still a little clunky. We mostly use the integrated ZoomInfo window within the Account and Contact pages within SalesForce, but when you need to do an advanced search the website is better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information to populate and refresh accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I haven't found a better product in this category yet for our needs.

It bi-directional sync capabilities to CRM for one off uploads as well as bulk uploads.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really call this changing what the platform is currently but I would add smaller companies private and otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales force is able to be more productive as a vast amount of time is saved using this tool as a main resource for sourcing as well as researching.

Allows you to grow your sales by getting qualified prospects

Sometimes the prospects generated are not qualified, but it is impossible to turn all prospects into leads

ZoomInfo is a great product to help find contacts that are unavailable on other sites.

I wish that ZoomInfo allowed for more access per month on the unpaid version.

ZoomInfo allows us to access contact information for people who do not show up in our other databases.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used quite a few tools similar to ZoomInfo in the past and Zoom has been, by far, the most accurate tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's the most accurate tool on the market at the moment; however, it's nowhere near perfect. Sometimes, it takes a ridiculously long time to import leads. I've also called numbers before from ZoomInfo that belonged to COMPLETELY different people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the contact information of leads we want to reach out to. The email address accuracy has been far more accurate than phone numbers. For the most part, ZoomInfo does what it's supposed to do and has solved the problems it was meant to solve.
A niche product that generates best results

DiscoverOrg has played a pivotal role, help us target right accounts and right clients (more specific). DiscoverOrg is a full-scale ecosystem solution to your company's marketing, sales and streamlines the effort taken by Market Researchers to get solutions on time. I also like the opportunity that you can configure and customize as much as you needed to make it work on any specific business model

If I have found inaccuracies, I reach out to the Account manager and they will update the information. Please keep updated contacts in accounts and Price!..

I am saving a ton of time manually sourcing, I'm able to get accurate contact information (Phone)

Useful tool for sales and marketing go to market initiatives. Provides comprehensive information on a company and its contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a large database of contacts on a global level, which I've found helpful. It's the most efficient way to find contact information for both company and individuals, based on company, title, name, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is definitely not always accurate. I use it as a quick option, but always know I need to call/email to double check that the information is accurate. I'd say it's accurate about 50-60% of the time, but because it's so quick to check, it makes sense as a starting point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenge of getting in touch with very busy individuals around the world. Business moves much faster with tools like Zoom and employees are far more efficient.

Understand up front that it's not always going to be accurate, but if it does have the information you need, it's an easy and quick process
