Valuable tool.

What do you like best about the product?
efficient delivery of pertinent information on a targeted account. Org Charts, Technology footprint, and current objectives are readily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike. If DiscoverORG does not have info on a contact. The response to a request if typically within 24 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverORG allows our team to reduce time for prep prior to a campaign, which maximizes reach.

Great Prospecting Tool for Any Form of Sales

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the design of ZoomInfo and it's ability to connect with Salesforce when necessary. My goal when using ZoomInfo is to find marketing executives at different institutions in order to find their connect information and connect. ZoomInfo allows me to find their LinkedIn, Email, and direct phone number.
From gathering this info, I can call the potential client and make an instant connection faster than using Google or any search engine and constantly running through web pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how sometimes when using ZoomInfo they do not always have the marketing executives for each firm. However, this may not entirely be ZoomInfo's fault because occasionally when calling these firms, said marketing executive doesn't exist.

However there have been times when ZoomInfo's data has been inaccurate and makes me sound like a fool when I ask for them at the institution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of slow prospecting is being solved. I am able to quickly find my points of contact and reach out.

The search engine function on ZoomInfo is always very useful in saving me time overall.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend not only sticking to just one prospecting tool. ZoomInfo's customer support is very good and worthwhile. If you work in sales, you can never have enough prospecting tools so stay aware and what is available and use them all.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team is fantastic (specifically Christina). She and the team have been incredibly helpful in the following ways:

- Proactively helping to use the platform more effectively through continually education & training
- Has been helpful scheduling additional trainings as the team grows
- Reminding me about useful webinars / programs that help my team with various skills
- Training me (how to use the platform for analytics / usage) and bringing new ideas to the table to help the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Intuitiveness of the product could be improved through simplified UI

- Triggers so BDR team can personalize outreach
- Contact info for outreach campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
- View of the organization in terms of hierarchy
- Technologies that companies have adopted are listed
- DiscoveOrg has recently done research on individuals and their responsibilities
- New TEDD set great for companies in the Big Data space
What do you dislike about the product?
- Wish there was a more user-friendly chrome extension for LinkedIn
- There are multiple packages (SME, Enterprise, and TEDD) which can get difficult if you have a budget
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- DiscoverOrg has helped us crack into new accounts
- Understand where folks in the org are with our current opportunities
- Great tool for organizations that are adopting the Account Based Marketing model

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the account managers are very personable. The tool now has step by step tutorials that are easy to find and a training portal for admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more contacts that I subscribe to in South America due to the fact that we serve that market. Also I wish that the visual force page in saleforce worked easier when looking for lead/contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to find lead/contacts and import them into campaigns. Also see when projects are starting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to ask what all comes in your subscriptions within countries and industries. Keep up with automatic renew dates due to fine print in contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like best about DiscoverOrg is the information is accurate and for the most part up to date. I also enjoy how user friendly it is. The support team is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would like to see improvement on would be a more clear picture of companies financial data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time researching. My team has the ability to focus 100% of their time selling and not having to research who the decisions makers are which in return results into sales....faster.

What do you like best about the product?
We really value how easy the software is to use, and how quickly you can extract data. The accuracy is as good or better then I've found anywhere and the support I receive from my representative is outstanding. The additional functionality they've built into the tool allows you to receive individual and industry updates. In the short time my team has used this it has allowed us to speak more intelligently to our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would ask that contacts and org charts are updated real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to know and understand our prospects org charts and have their contact information. Discover excels in these areas.

Great Acceleration for Enterprise Sales Organizations

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg provides an unbelievable wealth of information and insight that is very useful in scaling our prospecting efforts within large organizations. Org charts ensure that we're contacting the right people, and business intelligence alerts provide some context for our outreach. One other thing that can't be overlooked is the ease with which we're able to add direct-dial ready contacts to our CRM through DiscoverOrg. This saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we sell into marketing organizations, and because that currently constitutes a bit of a smaller data set within DiscoverOrg, our mid market team doesn't experience full coverage of their account lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal was to save time in prospecting, while also appending our account records in Salesforce with the proper company information. The biggest initial impact is that it freed up our BDR team to perform more high-level activities as opposed to combing the web for contact information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know and understand what you'd like to track before connecting it to your CRM. Map unique identifying tags to records added through DiscoverOrg.

Excellent tool that saves a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
The import to CRM function makes creating new leads extremely quick and easy, you just press a button on an interesting contact and in seconds they pop up in your CRM, ready to be worked. The data available is pretty reliable and accurate around 95% of the time (could do with more EU contact data, though I know this can be more difficulty to get!)
What do you dislike about the product?
When importing leads to CRM, the software has trouble with special characters (e.g. é, ü), so that a name like Müller will come up as Mller on the CRM. This can be irritating and you have to look out for it and change the names manually. This happens particularly often for me as I am contacting people in Germany, Austria, Spain etc.

The interface is a bit 90's and could do with being modernised
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound prospecting can be very slow when looking for email addresses/phone numbers – DiscoverOrg speeds this prospecting process up immensely. This has given me more time to a) increase the number of prospects I contact, and b) spend more time actively working leads once they are in my CRM. This has lead to an increase in the number of interesting opportunities I have uncovered
