What do you like best about the product?
I like that DiscoverOrg actually picks up the phone and calls these people to verify they are there instead of just using a piece of software to quickly scour the internet. I also really enjoy setting up the trigger emails and getting exactly what I need right to my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything at this time that I dislike. When I first started using DiscoverOrg, I came across two company employees that were wrong. I submitted a ticket to DiscoverOrg to look into it, they did just that and corrected the data. I haven't come across inaccurate data since.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this for lead verification, as well as company information from the triggers and technologies used. By being able to view technologies, it can sometimes give us the leg up going into a meeting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth looking in to! It has been extremely helpful to both our operations and our sales teams!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to reach talent directly with phone numbers including their personal lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
In large organizations, sometimes it tough to track who's still there and who isn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to see what technologies certain companies use and be able to target them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've previously used ZoomInfo and the information in their database was regularly out of date. DiscoverOrg has alerts to let you know when key people have left companies and where they've gone! This means that when you call, you can be assured that most likely than not you will reach the person you are trying to instead of numbers that are out of service or a completely different person.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the data on security executives you have as well as the alerts i can set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company bought a license. I dislike that i cannot see all companies. You shouldn't break it down like that. You buy a license you should be able to see all data like Zoom Info.
Also- You do not have data for all folks. Chief Innovation officers, Director of Financial Crime Analytics to name a few titles. You need to improve on that. I get about 75% of what i need..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just having the ability to get phone numbers and emails on certain execs is solving a great deal for us. Also, like the triggers i can set up. Although sometimes the projects are old..
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stop nickel and dining your customers.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has made it much easier to locate new potential clients in my territory and also identify folks within organizations I've already been working with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being in a relatively smaller market, I find that not many of my target accounts have any information listed on the site but hopefully that will change with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge is finding new folks to talk to but also learning about their environment from a technology standpoint.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the multiple tools that Discover has in their system to help Inside Sales people generate leads and understand company data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Global information that is in the database, I work the UK/Ireland and other parts of EMEA and the information is not as accurate at all compared to the States.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing DiscoverOrg to increase opportunities and understand what Customers want with our solution. We have increased opportunities month after month because of the vast database in North America.

What do you like best about the product?
Phone numbers very accurate, good customer service, excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost, IT Security Sales need to talk to legal and risk professionals as well. Many of the times they are not included in the IT group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am gathering information for warm calls to new accounts. I save a tremendous amount of time gathering information, and research.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a trial with someone who will actually beat up the program.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can plug in the email, and it pulls up the contact information. That is very helpful for my role in business development in a new market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I get an email back saying that that person is not in IT, or is not at the company, yet it still shows that the contact was validated near the time I found something was incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The technology budget and the overall company description gives me some ammo when I make my calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the speed of customer support and the quality of data in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of technology visibility to see what tech stack the lead is using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are generating new business using our ideal customer profile, and save time using DiscOrg by narrowing down appropriate targets.

It is a very valuable resource to start building a customer base, with accurate data to support the outreach.

Innovative Software for Tracking Prospects

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Tellwise is not only that it tracks emails but also logs the history of emails and calls and takes away a lot of the hassle of manually entering every detail into a CRM. I also LOVE that you are able to call directly through the program and leave a pre-recorded voice mail with the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't update in real time. If my colleague and I are calling from the same contact list, I have to refresh mine in order to see who she has called. I also think you should add an area code function. I am on the East Coast in one of the earliest time zones so if I start my day with a call block, I have to look up area codes before calling to find their time zone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see within our organization who has touched each prospect and the history of it.
